      There is no zero star option, but that is what they actually deserve. 1 star is way too high. Kohl's takes advantage of its customers. Do not shop there, especially online. The customer service is horrible. I ordered a mattress online which turned out to be extremely poor quality and now I suffer from backaches because of it. I called to return it and explained that it was damaged (the foam is not even and sags on both ends, so there is no support). This issue was there from the first day I had the mattress, so it is not from wear and tear. I called to explain this and they said I had to return it to the store! First, I cannot carry the mattress on my own and second, it does not fit in my car, I do not know how they think this is possible. I also see that others experienced a similar issue where they were told to return large items to the store, which just makes NO sense and is completely inconsiderate especially when it comes to customers that have disabilities and/or do not have a car to transport the items. How does it make sense that you need to return something in store that was purchased online? Anyways I have called so many times and received different responses from people. One representative finally agreed to make an exception and sent a request for it to be picked up by UPS. UPS ended up showing up at my billing address instead of my shipping address, which honestly makes no sense. So I called saying that they put the wrong pick up address and gave them (triple checked with them) the correct address (which obviously they already had on file since it's the shipping address for the item). They said that everything was good to go...and then the next day UPS once again shows up to the wrong address! I called to let them know and they assured me that this time they would get it right. And guess what?.....they never showed. I've called time and time again to request another pick up explaining the story over and over again and NOTHING. So frustrating!

      I want to cancel my Kohl's card and I literally can't do it. No one at a retail store can do anything for you, the website will not allow me to access my account because it will not accept any zip code I have had in the last 15 years. I get no emails, mail or anything from Kohl's and due to that my 802 credit score was hit by "late payment" because I did not pay a yearly usage amount of $30 something dollars! Somehow, miraculously, they found my address to let me know I had been reported for late payment, knocking my credit score by over 30 points!! This company is unfair, uncommunicative, impossible to get a live person to speak to you, they should be sued and shut down.

      ****** has the worst customer service. I spent $250 and received 1 broken and 1 missing item and was basically told I was lying that I did not receive the item and will not be reimbursed. They told me there is nothing they can do and I should dipute with my credit card. What kind of customer service is that? I have an on line business and buy things from ****** all the time. I will never give my business to them for treating their customers like that.

      Their customer service is atrocious. They flat out lie and tell you they cancel an order when they do not. You call to check on why it wasn't cancelled and they tell you there's nothing they can do because it is too late. Move your business to an honest company and avoid these scammers.

      I received a statement message from Kohl’s stating that I owed $33.50. As I am currently overseas, I immediately thought it was fraud. Well, it wasn’t that but, in my opinion, it was deceptive practice. The charge was for a STATEMENT VARIANCE. I had never seen a charge like that in my life! When I chatted AND called Kohl’s CS, the agents could not tell me exactly how this charge happened. If Kohl’s system is so faulty that it charges customers 3 months later for something that wasn’t their fault, without any explanation, then that is not a store anyone should be doing business with. I’ve filed a complaint with the CFPB and I hope that I will at least receive an acceptable answer as to why I was charged.

      Terrible service at Kohl's on **** * ******** ** ********* ** *****. I'm not sure if it was just an off night or what but the man taking Amazon returns acted and looked like he'd rather be anywhere but there. He was rude. The staff up front blatantly ignored me. One was counting coupons and the other was putting carts away. Walked all the way back to customer service to ask for a manager who also didn't seem to care so I submitted my complaint about the lack of customer service in his store and he said he'd take care of it but seemed like he couldn't wait for me to be out of his face. So I'm just letting everyone know, maybe go elsewhere if you think you're going to get decent customer service here on a Friday night an hour before close. Probably the worst experience I've had in awhile. I'll take my business elsewhere. No big. There's entirely too many competing companies to waste time on poor customer service.

      I will not order from Kohls, or shop at their stores for that matter, unless there are absolutely no other options! I ordered 5 pairs of shoes which were to be delivered in 3 orders. That is fine. The last delivery containing 2 pair of shoes was never delivered. UPS sent me emails confirming delivery and "proof" which was another email with no photo. UPS automated system hung up on me once when I tried to resolve my claim and refused to connect me to a representative the second time I called. I called Kohls to request a refund or to cancel the order since I did not get the package and they refused saying UPS says it will be delivered today. They told me I have to wait until the delivery window is closed and if I don't get it, then I can request them to resend (which will again come through UPS and be after my need). I have been a long time Kohls shopper but am so disappointed in their service, I actually took the time to spare others from this fiasco.

      Kohls credit card is a disaster. Do not ever apply for one. My online AND by phone payments bounce back every month and then I receive a late fee and numerous phone calls throughout the month. Once I speak with them on the phone, my payment information is collected and it magically goes through (with the same account/card information I use for my online payments). This month I called to speak with someone because I grew tired of wasting time and endless phone calls to get things resolved just for it to happen again the next coming month. I spoke with Liz and she told me I had two late fees and she could not remove both, only one. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was placed on hold. Liz picks up the phone to inform me my account only has one late fee and she will remove it. Very convenient. I still wished to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor I spoke with was named Brittany. I explained to her my situation and that I was growing frustrated with the back and forth with no resolution. Brittany was very snide and spoke to me like I had no clue what I was talking about. She removed the late fee and when I asked to have my bank statement mailed to me, she replies “bank statement?? Ma’am this is kohls?” As if she didn’t know the difference between bank statement and credit card statement. I asked what it was called and she says “ it’s called a statement” and laughed. Brittany knew exactly what I meant when I asked for my statement, she was just trying to be rude. Long story short, once I pay off this credit card I will be canceling it and won’t be returning to kohls. I have never dealt with a more difficult company. Kohls and lowered my credit score for late payments and has wasted so much of my time. Not worth the hassle.

      Extremely disappointed in the Kohls. I went into the store while visiting family on 9/13. The store was very dirty and disorganized. I went into the girls clothing section and my oldest daughter started crying. After investigating I realized she had a security pin go through her shoe and into her foot. I removed it and found another one right next to where she would step again. I informed an associate who brought me a manager. I wrote up an incident report and was informed they have had many thefts and security tags left on the floor. Unfortunately my daughter was the one that had the repercussions of them not cleaning up their floor. I was informed I would be followed up on the action and incident. I have not had any contact and any time I try and contact corroborate I get no where. I will not recommend Kohls again for these actions.
