      I brought a vacuum from Kohls online, I used my kohls cash and a 40% off coupon. So I paid 85. Dollars great deal, needless to say i put it together and it was defective. So I return to the store to exchange it for another, they charged me an extra 20 dollars because of a price increase. I left the store because I had to leave for work. So I called theur hotline number so after them telling me to go back to the store and they will call them. I said no I am at work, he offers me Kohls cash I said no. I want my 20 dollars taken off of my bill. I am waiting

      I have had two issues with Kohls in the last week. I order a patio chair for in store pickup, picked the item up, it was damaged. I now have to load the chair back up to return, defeating the purpose on the in store pickup option as I needed to save time. Online support has no capability to assist even though the order was placed online.Order two, outdoor patio furniture, 25 pieces to assembly the units - did not come with instruction. Kohls is not available via phone and again online chat cannot assist. Here I am on my day off that I planned to assemble the units waiting because of another Kohls fail.

      I had a kohls charge card since 2019. I canceled my card as of 7/18/23. The reason, I received a letter "I was selected for a visa". I never requested or applied for my card to be converted to a visa. I then receive a Capital one-Kohls visa, but I never activated it. Why because If I wanted a visa, I would of requested. So I call to pay my bill, no account. All my information, including my balance is now transferred even though I never activated the card. I told them I do not want the visa, I just want my Kohls charge. They told me I would have to cancel, then reapply for my Kohls charge card. I called to talk to the Manager and they told me the same. However, did I mention, I never applied for the visa. I told the manager I am cancelling the visa and I will never shop at Kohls again and I will not. I call Capital one to pay my bill and cancel my card and then the representative starts reading me about the terms to a disclosure and asks do I agree. I state no because I never asked for the card. I pay my bill and he state I must tell you that after you close this out you will never be able to open another visa with this company. Why would I want to do business with anyone that treats their customers in this manner.

      I received an email from my bank about a negative info from Kohls posted on my credit record. I checked my Kohls card and saw a bill. But I didn't receive any mail or email or a call about that. They just reported me instead let me know my bill to pay. I tried to call their customer service but they just dont charge me late fee and sorry about that. They said they could not remove this negative info. I never have trouble about other credit cards. Very dissapointed. I NEVER COME BACK THERE ANYMORE!!!

      Ordered from kohls online checked weekly on my order, said delivered 29 days laterNOT! Contacted CS only online. Reshipped the order supposedly just checked said delivered todayNOT! They will not issue a refund! I never shop at kohls but wanted some summer clothes Ill never get them now If I didnt have to put a star for the review it would be-10

      Kohls said I didn't make a payment in January. I talked with a store manager and someone from the corporation I was told they would clear my late fees; it's July, I've had to call every month about late fees, and I showed proof of my payment, yet kohls refuses to take the late fee away charging more money each month. Last month in June, I was told to pay a certain amount, and my late fee would be taken away, and they would do another investigation. I got my bill, and it doubled the amount I paid last month. I was told the I was given the wrong information, but I must pay the amount due regardless. I asked if they could email me all the conversations I've had over the last 6 months I was told she would request it, but it was highly unlikely I would receive that. I have been a cardholder since 2013 and was in very good standing with Kohls. I have since closed my account. They have TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never shop there again. They don't deserve 1 star that's to much.

      The Kohls in **********, ** on ** Hwy 72, is fooling their customers. They recently opened their Sephora store and the team lead told their beauty advisors to sign people up for the rewards system under false pretences. If you say no to signing up, their employees have been told to get your personal information anyway which includes and is limited to: first and last name, birthday, email, and phone number. This opens people to an insane amount of risk since Sephora just lost a lawsuit from selling company data which includes things like that. If you say no, theyll sign you up anyway. They will ask for your information and not tell you in an attempt to do it secretly. Thats so slimy.

      Kohls in ****** ***** ** and also Chat option on Kohls Website. Had an incident at the Kohls ****** ***** ** today. Had to walk out without all the items I was going to purchase as I was so shaken by the actions of another customer. Went home to email corporate but could not find an email address for corporate (did not want the general or customer service email). After more than a half hour tumultuous chat, I still did not have an email address and I am shaking more, nauseous, and sick over it. It was so bad I screen shot the baloney I went through with this supposed customer service supervisor Sean *. I do not want to call them...I want an email address so I can state my case. I am so furious I will be heading to Bealls tomorrow to buy the bras, pjs, and dresses that I need and never step foot in a Kohls again....not even for an amazon return!!! The bottom line is that this is why Kohls is in financial trouble and will end up out of business. I warned Christmas Tree Shop of their impending downfall and said they would be out of business in five years if they did not change course. That was 4 years ago and they are closing all PA stores and the rest are not far behind. Start listening Kohls. I had a problem with you years ago and you did not head my warning and guess what....you are just around the corner of the same fate cause you do not listen. You stopped being customer supportive and that is your downfall. You just don't care.

      I was unaware until I received a Capital One kohl’s visa in the mail that my balance was transferred from my kohl’s store card and the store card has been deactivated. Every attempt I made to talk with someone at capital one kohl’s visa was initially met with trying to get me to activate the visa, which I refused and denied activation. Even trying to pay my existing balance from the previous card. This visa balance which my balance was transferred to has an APR of 30.74%. I can’t believe that this is not illegal and don’t understand why this organization is not facing charges. I will pay my balance immediately and close the account. I will never shop at kohl’s or never get a capital one card. I hope everyone who reads this sees what they are doing to all of us. I had to select a star or it would not process. It should be zero stars.

      Kohl's changed my card to a Cap one card, as I already have a Cap one card, I called and told them I did not want to change. I also called Cap one and told them not to send the card. Well long story short. Went to pay my bill and they shut my card down about 2 1/2 weeks early and Cap one was not to be turned on until 6/25/23. Called again they said pay on the phone. I never give my info over the phone. Went on vacation after telling Cap one do not activate the card, guess what they did. I called and canceled the card yet again. Now I can't pay my bill. The nice girl at my Kohl's tried to help and so did the manager. A customer listening to my problem said to send it to the Kohl's payment center. I did. Maybe they can figure out where it goes. Shame on Kohl's. I applied for a Kohl's card not a Cap one card. You had no right to try and force me to take a card I did not want. I have been a customer for 26 years and Now I'm not!!!!
