      Which over from regular kohl's card to new kohl's VISA card was worse experience ever. I had to cancelled the hold account all together. Because customer service was very terrible.

      I used to shop here for myself and my son as it was the only store that carried tall and plus sized bra options in the store for reasonable prices. My last visit here however let me know that they were perfectly okay with unethical behavior. I witnessed a cashier lying to a customer and telling them that a ********************** card is not a charge card. When I intervened because I could tell the older customer wasnt aware based on how she phrased it as a discount card or points card, she then proceeded to argue with me about it. Each time I have come in, I saw employees pressuring for surveys and card applications which means that corporate is likely basing their pay or hours on these metrics instead of actual customer service. While I would typically firmly decline offers, watching an employee lie to a customer in order to run their ********************** for a card was the line that was drawn. Ill order his items online or pay more elsewhere.

      Kohl's, without my knowledge, changed my billing from mail, USPS, to email. The problem with that was they used an email address that no longer exists. The billing was for $33.00 and for this amount they reported a delinquency to the credit bureaus. I found this out by email from the company that monitors my credit reports. I have been a Kohl's customer for 20 years without a late payment. I have called Kohl's, left messages with corporate and emailed, all without results. Kohl's customer service representative told me to contact the credit bureau myself to have this delinquency removed. This is not a fair business practice to destroy a customers perfect credit report because Kohl's does not want to pay to mail out statements to their customers.

      I went to the Sephora here for the first time. I experienced the worst service ever. As soon as we walked in the white lady with pink hair was following my mother and I the entire time. It was so sad and next time Ill be sure to loudly tell her and the fake security man to BACK UP. Ive never been profiled that hard before. We were there for less than a minute it was ridiculous. Please do not ever do that again. That was ridiculous. It made my shopping experience very uncomfortable. This is the only Sephora nearby. The next closest is in *********. Yall need to do better. And stop profiling.

      Until now I have not really had an issue with Kohl's. I know their items are overpriced , which is why I d o not shop there unless somethin is on sale or I can use a coupon. Currently, I am very unhappy with their service. I purchased three mini blenders in November that qualified for a rebate. I processed my rebates immediately and correctly. It took several months to get the rebate and they only sent me the $ for one item, instead of the three, Since then I have been trying to figure out who to contact to get it corrected. Rewards could not help me. The rebate number is a loop of selections that do not apply and no option to talk to a person. I finally posted a review on the site and have been talking to someone opinion lab at customer help. However, this person so far has been no help. He is asking me for information that I do not have access to anymore, mainly because I sent in the rebate and there is no record of it because it is considered completed as they send me a visa card for the incorrect amount. I have no idea why they do not have a record of it but it is very frustrating that I have to spend all this time and effort to get 24 dollars. Apparently I did something right because I got a portion of the rebate. The error with whoever processed it is not my fault.

      This store is forcing me to pay on my kohls charge card for articles of clothing that have bern returned to the store so I should have a zero balance on the kohls charge card and no one will do anything about it but force me to oay

      I contacted to credit card company and complained that the kohls credit card allowed me to go over my amount and they refused to help me whatsoever. I was fully prepared to pay what was not covered on my account but the whole amount went through put me over my limit. They told me it wasnt their problem contact the store it was where the transaction occurred couldnt help me. Supervisor wouldnt even close my account for me.

      For my 2nd anniversary, I wanted to purchase a leather briefcase from Kohl's. My partner has been searching for one for a long time but, never purchased one. The Kohl's website offered me two promotions, first, 15% off when I sign up for rewards emails and second, "An additional 15% off when I sign up for texts". I added the item and coupons to check out but, they wouldn't work. I assumed the reason might be that it's not allowed to combine the offers. After reading the fine print, I learned I could combine the promotions, as it is not stated that I couldn't in the conditions. I called and was offered $25 as a courtesy. I explained the promotion would have given me 27 could I please have the additional two dollars as I am currently on a tight budget? The call was escalated to a supervisor who told me nothing can be done at all and took away the offer of $25. The interaction felt beyond predatory as I was only asking for what was described in the promotion, I wasn't asking for anything more. The supervisor was beyond unreasonable. I'm a first-time customer who wants to create a special moment for their partner, kohl's could have been a part of it all but instead, they chose to make me believe their promotions are deceitful and their company is untrustworthy. For this reason, I will continue to shop with other brands. If this is how I am treated when I am trying to make a purchase imagine how I would be treated when there is an issue with my order or I need to make a return. In all, this was a terrible experience, that left me feeling hurt by how large companies make people treat one another. This was a situation that could have been easily fixed but instead, I will have to go to another company to find the perfect leather briefcase to gift to my partner.

      I think you guys are just as bad as target...how dare you groom our minor children..you should be ashamed for what you are doing...I hope your stores will loose lots of money over this...I hope your stores go out of business completely...how dare you target our kid's.. sick people..I guess you all forgot that there is only 2 genders...MALE AND FEMALE..
