      They're absolutely scamming people out of their money. Not only by running their credit over and over again for their Kohl's card but charging them 30% interest. Most of their clients are people in the very lower middle class to poverty and they are ruining their credit making them pay hundreds of dollars a month for their garbage and it is disgusting I wish they had never got me to sign up when I was young because it has absolutely ruined my credit

      My local Kohls in **** ****** ** has gone downhill. It has turned into what looks like an outlet - racks and racks of jumbled up merchandise. There is no way I am spending the time to go through all those racks. Everything is mixed up size-wise and even items on tables are messy.
      It's a mess even if you are the first customer through the door.

      Honestly kohls credit card company is a bunch of greedy a-holes. I reached out on the customer service chat, because I was in the hospital due to pregnancy complications. And just completely forgot about along a payment, that was due a few days prior. I have NEVER had ANY issues with any other company before hand in the past. I’ve been a card holder of kohls for several years now. And honestly after yesterday I will NEVER use the kohls card again. I was told that my card was in collections only after 2 days of a missed payment. TWO DAYS. How I’m earth can you put something into collection that’s quickly. I made sure to reach out asap. I got the run around on the chat. Was told I needed to pay the full amount due. Which I explained that wasn’t possible at the moment in time. Granted it was only 52.70 but the payment should have been 36.70 . I spoke with a supervisor and they said I had to pay that amount and that the system was allowing him to take away the 15 dollar late fee. Which my fiancé worked for them in the past and yes they can do that. So I had to call. I get told on the phone it’s in collections already. After to god **** days! Bunch of greedy people. will NEVER use kohls card again. Or even shop at kohls. Customer service sucks. All they care about is money.

      I have been disappointed with their online retail website having higher sale prices for exact same clothes and footwear you can purchase at Macy’s and Lands End Online retail websites! When I called customer service just “1” day after transmitting my order confirmation They wouldn’t match the same sale price $20/$25 less or able to cancel these items. It is unfortunate even with rewards $ cash back where you have to spend even more “3” weeks later It’s unfair not trustworthy retail practices I tried contacting President CEO Mr Tom A Kingsbury at the corporate office NO response to my emails unfortunately You can email President CEO Macy’s Department Store within 72 hours an Excutive in his team will respond and President Biden at the White House as well both are above & beyond so respectful eager to be professional proactive in their business efforts!

      Received and email about my Kohls CC payment due. Paid it right away. Next bill showed my payment and a late charge. Called in and after 15 minutes of checking on it was told I paid too soon and that my late charge would be reviewed. Asked for a supervisor one was not available. Horrible customer service.

      I truly feel like Amazon should take their return process out of their stores. Every time I go into Kohl’s to do an Amazon return if I start looking around I continuously get harassed, and and miss treated by their employees like I’m going to steal something. I am so sick and tired of it tonight they took it to a whole Nother level. This is why I am writing. I was browsing around the clearance rack and picked up my husband, my daughter, my son, a few things, to be honest most likely I’m going to return everything because of how I was treated. As I was leaving the store, I seen several clearance racks for women’s athletic, which is what I was originally looking for, but I figured they didn’t have any so I walked over with my bag and was looking through the rack. I found several things as I’m looking I watch the manager keeps pointing at me and sending employees over to the clearance rack. I was looking at so watch me it got so uncomfortable I started to leave as I’m walking to the exit, there’s about six employees in a line and some African-American woman look like almost blocking the doors at the exit it’s not like she was a greeter because she didn’t say **** to me goodbye or nothing and before I get out the door the manager is like 3 feet from her and as I’m walking out the door, she gets on the walkie-talkie and start telling the employees great work good job keeping an eye on me. What type of company is this? I truly am not the type of person that thinks I’m above anyone, but I’ve probably got more money than all of them in the bank. I hate to say that I get that I don’t look my best. I’ve been in my flower bed all day and power washing my house but shame on this company if they’re training their employees to judge people by how they look. All I wanted to do was make a simple return for Amazon and now I’m regretting the hundred dollars that I spent at the store and fully plan on returning every single bit of it and I want an apology from the store manager .

      I have been unable to pay my bill over the phone, no matter how many times I have tried, and gotten confirmation numbers to state I have paid; yet I keep receiving bills with late fees and interest on the bill I have been confirmed to have paid. I contact them and they tell me that they cannot explain it but the payment did not post to my account when it said that it would. I cannot be put in contact with a supervisor who is not reading the same script. They always make it sound like it is my fault that it was not received on time and explain that I must be misunderstanding. I've told them that I believe this is a strategy of theirs and they become upset with me. I have told them that I was contacting the BBB.

      They have stupid regulations regarding Kohl’s cash and discounts and last one this past Wednesday when I brought a pair of shorts back because they didn’t fit right I had $20 in Kohl’s cash and they took half of it with leaving me 10 and I got an extra three dollars or so and then because it was a name brand I couldn’t use the Kohl’s cash it’s ridiculous I have all these stupid regulations a way you can spend your Kohl’s cash on which is not namebrand such as Nike under armor Adidas, Reebok, or Lee’s and such others. They are totally have no training at all. Asked to help people and shoes. I asked this one kid like a $25 kid for some help on something and I’m at 41 Road man almost 42 years old and I needed help on some shoes so I ended up going to go somewhere else I’m paying as much as I’m paying them for the stuff they’re even with my Kohl’s card. They’re not giving me any leeway or giving me much help. At the very most I want all my Kohl’s cash that I have spent back out which is total over $50 of Kohl’s cash. I want coming to me and I want at least over $100 paid on my account for the Kohl’s credit card as a resolution They also made it to where I have to physically going to the store and pay on my Kohl’s card instead of being able to call on the phone and use a debit card which is ridiculous because I’m a working class. Man they might work but I have a job too. This is ridiculous.

      We were scammed out of $31,0000 worth of Kohls gift cards and realized what just happened after allowing $23,000 to be to be given to the scammers. I filled a police report and realize the money is gone. We still have $8,000 worth of gift cards (16 x $500) with recites for each including the gift cards the scammers got. We tried to return them back to our credit card, and was told by the manager Jacob at Kohls they couldn't do this, but maybe we could sell them on line. We are seniors and retired, this is an enormous amount of money for us as we need the money to pay for misc bills and medication. We even tried to exchange the gift cards for different gift cards for different companies we might use. Kohl's refused. Kohl's encourages this criminal behavior because the scammers got our money almost immediately but we can not get any of it back!

      Horrible return customer service for a bed. Have not been able to get two twin beds returned together because their system only allows for one return label. UPS could only pick one up and when trying to return the second one I’m getting that a return was already initiated and that trying to process another one will take a long time so I keep getting put on hold and staying on calls for over a half hour each time and then calls get dropped. Reps cannot call customers back so I have to start the process all over again. I restarted the process for the 9th time this morning and it happened again. I want a refund and can’t get it done. Bed is too heavy for me to just take back to a store. Horrible experience. Still trying…. Will ever buy furniture from them again. Never mind the quality…beds came destroyed.
