      Have been sent MULTIPLE emails saying my Kohl's account has been locked. Have changed password MULTIPLE times and even changed my email account to try stopping this from occurring. Have spoken to Customer Service several times, being reassured each time that the problem shouldn't happen again. And yet it continues to happen.

      My email was hacked and changed address with Kohl's. I receive email and post office flyers. I forget from a charge and found it on my credit report! I have always had 800+. Now it is 735. I never received a bill for this charge and I called immediately and paid it off. I still have no charge bill for what I paid for. I am never shopping ay Kohl's anymore. There are too many hands in the pot, store, credit, corporation, snail mailing and email.

      I have an outstanding catalog order that they wont cancel they switched me to a foreign country who then switched me back to ***, ONE HOUR AND THIRTY MINUTES later Im disconnected!!!!!! They have my money and my merchandise and will not give it back!!!!! Merchandise is clearly in stock and available but the foreigners couldnt do a thing about it!!! I want ALL of my money back and my account t closed now!!!!! This merchandise is time sensitive but they dont care as long as they have my money! FRAUD!!!!!!!

      I open an account one day, next day I tried to pay it off and couldnt because someone had used my account information. Called Kohls and they investigated and found out that it was fraud!!sent me a letter that it was all taken care of. The next month I get a bill so I called them and things went downhill from there. First I couldnt understand a lot of what was being said do to a language barrier, I had to keep repeating myself which made this very hard. I didnt want to give them my information but had no choice. Just want people to be on the lookout for this STORE!!!!!!This fraud was from the inside. I will never shop at this again!Beware

      Why is it that I am unable to pay my bill over the phone, no matter how many times I have tried, and gotten confirmation numbers to state I have paid; yet I keep receiving bills with late fees and interest on the bill I have been confirmed to have paid? NO ONE on the phone can get me to a supervisor who is not reading the same script like a record player, but Kohl's is calling me every day while I'm at work and unavailable about the bill I owe them. I've even walked into Kohl's stores to get help from the store manager; and together, we call the help line with the SAME script I've been given... None of the phone operators can get a supervisor to help. Why is the corporate phone number on a constant loop that I can't get ahold of a human being? Meanwhile, the interest and late fees multiply each month while I do my best to reach a human being that may want my money to pay the bill.

      Kohls the worst service!Casandra ***** especially This was the worst buying experience I have ever had online. The customer service was inefficient. The help I received from the office of the president rep Cassandra ***** was down right indifferent and rude! She is an absolute embarrassment to the Kohls organization! I will never patronize kohls again, online or in a store!

      Kohls credit cards are a scam. Every time I go to pay my credit card through the app its wont accept my money and it crashes. Then when I call if its after 7pm my payment wont be posted until the following day. If its my due date than what are customers to do. This is predatory. I should have know you card was backed my capital one. Because of your application errors I was reported as if my account was late when in fact I tried to pay my account off. My credit score dropped 100 points and now I am homeless because I cant get approved for an apartment in ***. Thanks a lot. Sincerely a scored customer ??????????????????????

      Terrible online experience. The website for the credit card does not have the same username as the credit card making it difficult to remember your username. When I called for assistance, I was told I could not be helped until I made a payment since my payment was 2 days late. I never received a statement, and I was unable to log in to my account, so I was not aware that my payment was late. I wanted to be able to log in to my account to review my account before making a payment, but the agent was unable to help me due to the processes they have to follow. Additionally, the website did not allow me to use the forgot username link since I lost my credit card and don't have the account number. In total, I spent an hour trying to get help just to be told that I could drive to the store to get the account number which is 30 miles away from my house. I would choose 0 stars if possible.

      I ordered a pair of shoes and after waiting 7 days for them to arrive I got an email on that 7th day saying they were cancelling my order as they dont have that size available. You would think they would have known this much earlier. When calling customer service you just sit on hold for long wait times with no resolution.

      The WORST customer service!!! Completely incompetent! They don't know why our order was canceled. Reordered through customer service. First representative didn't process refund for first order. Second representative processed refund for order we received. So three weeks later and still waiting on refund. Merchandise is great but not worth paying double for or the aggravation of constantly calling for people to refuse to do their jobs while blowing smoke up your tail pipe!!!!
