      I have used my Kohls card over the years and always pay off balance fairly quickly to avoid the high interest on this card. I did all Xmas shopping online this year and purchased from multiple stores. It was a little chaotic.I monitor my credit pretty closely and a couple days ago I received an alert that I had a delinquent account reported. Looked into it and it was Kohls. I thought I had my card paid off, but turns out I had a 7 dollar and some odd cent balance that accrued $1 interest in January and again in February. Why in the h*** didnt I get an email notifying me, I think to myself? So I search my email and sift through all of the spam ads they send me that I cant turn off through my account. They have NO notification setting adjustment on their site. I find my monthly statement emails buried in between all their Ad emails. I then went to my kohls account and my card account no email saying your payment is due, no internal messages from them notifying me that I had a past due balance. Needless to say Ive switched back to paper billing since this is the best way to ensure this never happens again. Kohls is apparently stuck in 1990’s method of communications, or lack thereof. Is it my fault for not paying my bill. Yes. Do all of my other cards send payment reminders and have alert setting and ways to set their cardholders up for success? Absolutely. Does this seem wrong to anyone else?! Their site is so hard to navigate and glitchy. It takes forever to find important information on their website! I had to search Google to find information on shutting off notifications. Sharing for others: you can only turn off ad emails by unsubscribing through a sent email. I found all this out the hard way. I suffered a hit to my credit of 50 points, and ruined my perfect pay history that Ive had for years. All because of a less than $10 charge that was reported to the credit bureaus. Please do better by your customers and get with the times.

      Just cancelled my Kohls charge after receiving a 25% late charge. Called to cancel card, first thing they did was offer to reverse the late fee. I was a long time customer with clear payment history and the payment passed the late fee issuance in the mail. Sometimes we all have a bad month and could use a bit of understanding, could have looked at my previous usage and payment history to see it wasnt habitual and more an anomaly. Lost a customer with the 25% sky high late fee charge, so in the long run you lost more than the gain of that 25%.

      I contacted customer service due to me knowing that I was going to be 3 days late on my payment. I asked if there was any way that the late fee could be waived due to the fact that I have been a customer for several years and have never been late on a payment before. The representative assured me that it could be waived, that I would just need to contact them after I make the payment to make the request and that she was going to document that I called in to make them aware that it would be late. Well I did call back again after I made the payment to request that they waive the late fee and again they told me no problem it would be waived. However it was never waived. I called and talked to another rep about a month later who gave me some crazy explanation about them not receiving the payment because it was refunded back to me. Why would it be? It has never been before.. so needless to say because they never waived the fee my bill just continues to increase and now it's affecting my credit. They deserve no stars. I would never recommend them to anyone.

      Earlier this year, 2023, I made a purchase from KOHLS. I have been trying unseccsesfully to have a billing statement sent to my home address via the USPS for at least 2 weeks. I have done business with KOHLS for many years paying my bills online. However, my computer? or KOHLS will not let me log on. I repeatedly follow their directions with no luck. So now I need my bill sent via USPS so I can mail a check. Just today I talked with 3 different agents to resolve this issue, each telling me they do not have the ability to help me and that I must log on to my account to change preferences, refusing to understand that I cannot log on. I am 80 years old,and do not wish to purchase another computer, etc or to make the trip to the store to pay in person. What is KOHLS problem? I contacted my bank and requested to have future statements mailed via USPS. No problem, received statement following week. Why can't KOHLS do the same instead of giving me the run around? I just want my statement sent via USPS so I can pay my bill. Thank you

      I believe Kohl's is no longer a USA company. We stopped getting a credit card statements in the mail for over a year and Kohl's confirmed this. We had charges of about $45.00 that accrued late charges to total of $358.03. This was turned over to a collection agency. Every phone number on their website, credit card and given to us by a store manager was in Belize or Central America. My wife has been a Kohl's customer for years. Not anymore! We reached an agreed upon settlement, but Kohl's said they would not contact the collection agency. Kohl's said they knew we were not getting the statements, but still turned it over to a collection agency with our correct address.

      Their customer service stinks. They cannot refund money to your account regardless of where it came from. I have been waiting for a return on a gift card for over a month and counting. And when talking to the representatives (there have been many) even escalating, they could not do a darn thing about it. It is making me second thought about ordering anything for delivery from here.

      I have tried more than several times to contact Kohls about unwanted unasked for spam messages that keep coming to my personal e-mail box!! They show no signs of trying to help me get this problem fixed!! They disappoint me and just let my anger continue!!! This is unprofessional and shows no sign of class to help your hard-working taxpaying people get things done. Kohls is a pain in the ass!! Talk about not caring about their customers. I have tried to unsubscribe and that's does not work and it false why to try to stop these unwanted unasked for spam messages coming in.

      I'm pretty disappointed in Kohl's right now. I'm a long time customer of theirs and have a credit card through them. I was shopping yesterday and saw that they had gift cards, so I bought one for my brother-in-law for his birthday. I purchased a PlayStation gift card and nowhere did it say that it was not returnable before buying it. As I went to leave the store, I reached out to my mom about the gift card that I had purchased my brother-in-law. She told me that he didn't have a PlayStation, that he had an Xbox. So I went back to the store within 10 minutes of purchasing the gift card and was told there was nothing they can do for me. I could understand if the back was scratched off or if it was several days later but literally 10 minutes after buying it nothing could be done. I called back today to speak to the store manager. I spoke to the assistant manager Ashley. I was told maybe corporate could do something for me and to call them. It's really disappointing that the store that I go to often could not take care of this for me and now I'm on the hook for $50 on my Kohl's credit card for for a gift card that I can't use because I personally don't have a PlayStation. It's crazy that Khol's is willing to lose a customer over $50. This just tells me that they don't care about their customers. I won't be shopping here anymore.

      I ordered a couple of sheet sets and misread the product description, so I couldnt use them. I thought I wouldnt have any troubles returning them, but not the case. They are so cheap. This large company doesnt even offer prepaid return labels for their merchandiseyou have to pay for a return that doesnt work for you! Ridiculous!!! Ill never order from them again.

      Tried to leave a review on the Kohls website regarding cookware. My husband asked the question if these were compatible with induction cooktops before he purchased. Kohls customer service answered yes so he ordered them. They are not compatible and Kohls refused to send a mailing label since they are the product we ordered. Thus taking no responsibility for their mistake. Now we have to drive an hour each way to return. Just got notice that my review was moderated and not published. Could it be that its a warning to others??Of course they look forward to my future business. I am still laughing!!
