      I made an online purchase of over $250. I returned part of the purchase and was told I had to do a return and could not exchange so I had to re-purchase the items that fit though they were not exact swap. It has been 7 days with no return of the money to my account called Kohls they confirmed that they initiated the return w my bank and said I had to call my bank, called my bank and they said we do not have that transaction. Now I have to call Kohls back AGAIN. This will be my 4th call and over 7 days with no refund of over $80 Kohls is hanging on to probably in hopes that I give up and they can steal my money. This is exhausting and unethical when they dont wait 7 days to take my money for a purchase. I also had the same discount issue as the previous reviewer. I had to pay full price at the time of the return and Kohls did not honor the discount that I initially had online at the time of the purchase just days before. Once this is resolved Im done with Kohls.

      Terrible customer service. I received a damaged item, they refused to replace the item, the best they could do was either have me return a very large/heavy item for a refund or give me a 15% credit to make up for the damage. It was a waste of an hour of my time and no resolution. They did not make the situation right at all.

      Worst customer service I've ever experienced. You can't understand what they are saying. They can't understand you. They obviously are reading from a script and have no clue how to answer real questions as they truly don't speak English. What a nightmare. Whoever hired this horrific outsourced company should be fired immediately. You get the promise of a "supervisor" to call you back when you ask for someone who speaks English. Then you are put on hold forever and no one ever calls. My package was lost and there is literally no one to talk to or get help. So basically ****** has now decided to become thieves. They take your money and provide nothing with no hope of getting the merchandise or your money. These should now be criminal charges. SHAME ON YOU ******!!!!!!!

      Placed an order for pickup. Canceled order, was still charged2 days later, the next day a credit was issued. The very next day I was CHARGED AGAIN. THIS IS FRAUD AND THEFT! Disputing charges, still no credit 10 days later. DO NOTBSHOP AT KOHLS and Gid forbide use their card! Sales are fraudulent, cash back is a game and they should be out of business!

      I placed an online order with Kohl's. It was never delivered to my house because the UPS driver couldn't find my address. I was assured by the customer service department that I would receive a refund on my Kohl's charge card within seven days of the merchandise being returned to Kohls. Two months later I'm still dealing with this nightmare. I have spoke to customer service several times about the the refund and their billing cycle. I received a late fee on my charge card. I wrote a letter to corporate. I got a call from the "office of the president" stating that they refunded my money but I would have to call customer service again to get a refund check. And when I went to call the number back if was a fake number, I just got a recording from a number in New Jersey when the corporate offices are in Wisconsin. What a croc! This company, is SHODDY. This is no other way to describe it. I can find other places to shop, I cut up my store card.

      They sent out an ad stating 40% off for card holders. I reached out and was told that "this isn't guaranteed". This wasn't mentioned anywhere on the ad. I still have all the messages. Really shouldn't advertise a percentage off if you don't plan on giving it to your customers.

      I bought two musical toys from kohls during the one day internet special sale For half price. They mysteriously sent it to the wrong address even when I paid with my credit card and included my correct address. When I contacted them, they first said they could only refund my expense and when I asked to speak to a supervisor to request my merchandise I was put on hold for over 20 minutes and then Asked to give a survey. When I called again, I was told I could only get a refund and would have to order the toys at full price. Even with a $20. Coupon I still have to pay over $60 More. As a AARP, AAA, UFT, member, I plan to report this bait and switch to them.

      I ordered a toy(solar construction set- discovery) for my grandson on line on 11/25/2022. They sent a pair of men’s shoes (9.5size) instead. My daughter took it to local store to return and get the original item. She had the gift receipt too. They refused to give her credit and said they wound refund. I called them and they said they can not replace it with the original item and I have to reorder. Also price has changed! They do not want to acknowledge their mistake and provide the customer the original order . Disappointed. Will not do any online business with them!

      I made a purchase on 11/12/22. I was unsatisfied with the purchase due to false information given by the Customer service rep and returned the items on 11/25/22 brand new unopened. I was told by the customer service rep I would see my return within 24 hrs. It has been 2 weeks & I am still being charged for the items by khols. On 12/5/22I was treated rudely by khols third party customer service reps and was told it will take 30 days for my refund on my charge account. When I asked the rep why 30 days she told me she can't answer that question? This damaging my credit report with the ongoing charge and is a violation of my civil rights to overcharge my account. I want my refund taken care of immediately. I have been a member for over 10 years and khols is going downhill.

      They only post good reviews of their products. I left reviews for multiple purchases that I made there and only the good ones show on their website. I liked shopping at this store but I’m not going back, that’s really shady.
