      The way that Kohls handles their credit card billing is egregious! I have been a member for about 20 plus years, however Kohls has not offered me a new replacement card, nor have they changed in how they bill. This was the first year that I have used my Kohls card in approximately 10 years, and I received nothing in my email list reminding me of my balance. Some of the emails went to promotions, so I didn't see them. In addition, since I didn't see the emails in promotions, I was given late fees which begs the question, does Kohls do billing that way to make extra money?? They did billing that way 10 years ago, and nothing has changed. I receive emails in my inbox by every other creditor, so why can't Kohls send a reminder out to the registered email inbox so that it lands in the proper place?! I stopped going to Kohls for the exact same reason years ago, and they should be responsible for their billing the same way I have to constantly look at my emails because companies don't use paper billings or phones anymore. Ridiculous! I think I will cut up my card and not go back to Kohls for another 10 years!

      They always cancel the order which one they want to increased the price.
      And they always send the opened and uncompleted products to me, when I go to the local kohls store and return, they think I steal the item. That's rough and unrespect me. I spend more than 10k dollars in their store. But I want to quit now.

      I placed a order for a pair of boots , a pack of washcloths and 2 tshirts on thanksgiving. They split this small order into 3 shipments which is really annoying and confusing to tract.
      I received the boots on Nov 28, and they were defective, there was no sole in the right boot.
      I called to rectify this and was offered a refund to the giftcard I paid with. I never got the refund, when I called back was told they’d have to mail me a giftcard which would take 2 weeks.
      The rep said it would go back to my original giftcard and she was wrong.
      The other part of my order has been sitting in New Jersey and I’m on west coast for days with no movement. It appears lost but kohls won’t do anything except make me wait.
      Not a good online shopping experience and I will never shop online at kohls again.
      Phone reps are overseas, you have to request USA person, then they tell you they have processed refund when they have not.
      Waste of my time!

      DO NOT EXPECT GREAT THINGS FROM KOHLS!!!
      I ordered a linen kitchen valance to match my living room curtains as my place is combo kitchen/living room. They were discounted for black Friday, I used my 20% off, and Kohl's cash. To get free shipping, I got a shirt and socks I didn't need. I obviously changed my address with them because I got my statement in the mail here.
      Yet, they shipped my curtains to PA. ?? I tried live chat, useless!
      I called Kohl's. Their response: If they cannot get the order stopped and returned to them during transit, there is not anything they can do. No refund ??!!!
      When I threatened to pay off the card, cancel it, and never shop at Kohl's again, they said they would credit the curtains, but it would take at least one month. Not helpful. Since I got them via the aforementioned discounts, I cannot rebuy them, and I lost my Kohl's cash.
      I request a refund for the shirt/socks I only ordered to meet the free shipping because they have not shipped yet. Kohl's refuses to give me a refund, saying they can't, until the above order is resolved. Seriously, Kohl's refuses to refund items that never shipped.
      As usual, the people with whom you are trying to communicate are from another country. I asked to talk to a supervisor, on hold .......
      After a period of time, the woman comes back and says, "it will be a 30 minute hold to speak to a supervisor". Sure! Been there, done that before.
      Needless to say, I WILL NEVER GIVE KOHL'S ANOTHER DIME OF MY MONEY!

      This is only a one star review because zero wasn't an option. Kohl's has no customer service. Its a third party Philippines non trained untrustworthy group of individuals who take phone calls. Kohl's doesn't trust them to do any price adjustment , order adjustments or refunds. If Kohl's doesn't trust these people why are we required to give name, phone number, email address to get help. These people use this info to get paid for the phone call. They can't help with any issues. They read the order to you and say their sorry for not being able to help you. Like you don't know what you ordered. Now your personal info is in unsafe. This is how Kohl's set it up and how they want it to work. Although Kohl's is probably open to class action law suit for their privacy policy failures. They look at it as a cost of not paying for actual customer service. Corporate greed is thriving and customer service is dead.

      Kohls Credit Card help line sucks!
      Yvonne -0060 - Supervisor hung up when I asked her a question.
      Currently I'm on the line with Javies-TKA1BWT ABOUT MY ACCT AND BASICALLY HE IS USELESS!

      This company is running a false advertising scam for the holidays they claim you get 20% off and at check out you only receive 10% they should be investigated to see how many people they took advantage of with this scam it is a shame to do this to people at the holidays or anytime for that matter they should be fined and have to honor the full advertised discount to everyone they scammed

      There worthless website claims you can use other forms of payment besides their credit card but it refuses to accept it. Then called so called customer service the people answering the phone barely can speak English (must be in the Philippines!). They were unable to help basically told me couldn’t do anything as not allowed to help unless it’s their card. To me that is pure bait & switch! Advertise can do 1 thing then refused to accept it. Won’t bother with them as not interested in helping them do this to other people as well!!!!!!

      Absolutely the worst customer service. On Monday the 21 I bought some clothes when i got home i realized i got girls instead of boys pajamas. On Tuesday i went back to exchange them for the same brand same price pajamas they said they couldnt do an even exchange. They returned the pajamas on transaction then did a second transaction for the exchanged pajamas and informed me they took my 15 kohls cash i got on monday because i no spent the required amount of money due to exchanging it in separate transactions. They haven't just lost me as a customer they lost my adult children and my parent's.

      Poor Customer Service. My Kohls app never loaded my new home address after putting it in. I ordered an item on Sunday and when I noticed the address was wrong I called Kohls.com. They informed me that they could not change the address but Fed Ex could. I contacted Fed Ex and they told me that the shipper had to change the address and they could not do so. I contacted Kohls.com again and the customer service agent told me he would have the item returned to them and eventually ship out the item again to the correct address. I dont understand what is so hard about changing an address days before it is scheduled to arrive. Something as simple as an address change could not be done by your pathetic 3rd World 3rd Party Customer Service that you have contracted out instead of keeping it in house. Kohls just lost a very valuable customer.
