      I spent nearly $200 on an 18 piece set of dishes. One of the bowls had a chip on arrival and they offered $5 coupon. OMG, seriously? I will never shop there again & I will give as many BAD online reviews as possible!

      Placed an order and tried to change shipping address through cs. Instead they canceled my order. The website is so difficult and will not let you submit your changes. I’ve shopped with them for many years but I’m done with them!! Teresa C

      Company is actually worse than 1star, Lousy company, terrible website/usually not working, customer service the worst! Kohls must be on the way out of business!
      You can't speak to an American in customer service, all are located overseas, they don't understand anything you're wanting, or saying. They are rude, and if they don't understand what you want, they cut the call off. I ordered 1 snowsuit to go out of state for a Christmas gift, 3 were delivered and charged to my account. Yes, I'll probably receive a credit eventually, but very inconvenient for my 9month pregnant grand daughter, with a 2yr old to drag herself, her daughter, and two boxes into a NOT local Kohls store, because of incompetence in Kohls Customer Service. Last puschase!

      I want to inform others to be aware of the “click bait” when ordering on kohls.com. At the end of my order I saw free shipping get $10 back. This was actually a subscription for “freeshipping.com”; $13 a month automatically charged to my credit card that I entered for my purchase only! If I hadn’t seen the posting notice on my American Express account, I never would have known that something untoward was going on! Worse, I called the company and they were very nice about canceling my subscription dated one month later! They didn’t mention a refund. I called back next day to get immediate cancellation and a refund. I’m just wondering how many people miss this and pay monthly for a service they don’t even use! Shame on Kohls and Freeshipping.com!

      Made the mistake of putting a different shipping address {My Son at College) than my billing address on a Kohl's on-line order.
      Long story short: PERPETUAL ISSUE where a shoppers "preferred address" on the customer profile supersedes what customers enter into shipping address at the order level! This is a wide spread this self induced circular firing squad mentality issue resulting in needless customer service calls and in turn, increased wait time to speak with an agent on other issues, customer frustration, and perceived corporate ill-will.
      I have been trying for over two and a half hours to get Kohl's to correct THEIR mistake first via the "24 hour" on-line chat that had a 38 minute wait time, then and then with a Representative that I had to ask to speak with a supervisor over 10 times.
      Seems that the only way to get Supervisor assistance is to hang up and await a call back from them.
      When they called back, the system would not allow her to re-route the only 6 hour old order.
      She was also not able to cancel it.
      This was yet another self-caused system deficiency issue as there was no possible way the order was "Physically" pulled, boxed and ready to ship. The KOHL's supplied ONE WEEK DELIVERY TIME FRAME pretty much would self affirms that. So, in about a week, I, the customer, will have to undertake physical driving to Kohl's to return their mistake efforts - so looking forward to that.
      TWO CORPORATE SELF INDUCED ISSUES IMPACTING CUSTOMERS AND INCREASING CORPORATE CALL CENTERS WITH ISSUE RESULTANT SELF CAUSED CALL VOLUME.
      The Supervisor ended up sending a second identical order to my son in Denver with the understanding that I will return the original order when received at the incorrect "preferred" (home) address versus the shipping address used.
      More customer efforts to cure a Kohl's self caused issue.
      Seriously re-evaluating my shopping and 19 year credit relationship with Kohl's.
      Sad.

      I regularly shop at Kohl's and use Kohls.com to place orders to pick up. Today I received emails stating I had placed some orders. Someone had hacked my account. I called within an hour of the order being placed and they were unable to cancel it, so the thieves get the stolen merchandise.
      I received no apology and the fraud department told me to secure my account better. When I said it was because password is 11 characters with special, capital and numbers, the rude person said if you say so and tried to pass the blame to me and was extremely rude.
      It was their website that was hacked and my information acquired. I would expect at the minimum an apology for the inconvenience and the time I had to spend fixing this situation.
      I advise no one to order online and save any payment information on their website. I am sorry I can no longer support this company.

      I use to love going to Kohl's, but as their Kohl's Cash has become more frequent. I shop there less. On numerous occasions, I have earned Kohl's cash and then when I go to use the Kohl's cash it says I have $.01 available instead of however much it is suppose to be. The helpline doesn't do anything and say I must have returned something which is untrue and will not reissue it.

      Kohl's as a company is HORRIBLE. I've had a Kohl's card for several years and never mis6a payment bc I am on autopay. I got a 30 day late on my credit so I called them and was escalated to a manager. She told me they had recently changed computer systems and It kicked a lot of people off of autopay and thet she would have it removed and took away my late fee. Now they refuse to take it off stating I should have paid more attention. REALLY? Then why offer autopay if I have to check every month to make sure Kohl's system works correctly? HORRIBLE COMPANY

      We received a coupon offer from Kohls in the mail for 30% off starting today. In the day we received the offer, I selected two pairs of slacks. Each pair cost $39.99. I be placed my selection in the shopping cart to hold for when the coupons became active. This morning I went to finalize my purchase. To my surprise the price of the slacks increased by $10.00 per pair. How dishonest!
