      Banzai Slide 'N Soak Splash Park
      Good Afternoon I purchased a water slide from the above (Banzai) company from Kohl's in May 2021. I used the waterslide 3-4 times in the summer of 2022. I have the receipt the code that was asked of me and a video that I submitted to Banzai. The waterslide is leaking water profusely and Banzai is trying to tell me this is normal. I am not satisfied with the amount of leakage from various places of the waterslide so I requested another waterslide. Banzai said the slide is out of the 60-day warranty and there is nothing they can do about it. I spent $399.00 for a waterslide that is only operative for one summer. That is unacceptable and I would like to have another waterslide. I have filed several complaints with Banzi, I have called them numerous times and no one will return my calls. I would like to have another waterslide.
      Below is additional information that I sent and received from Banzi via email. I will never purchase or advise anyone to purchase their merchandise, the customer service is horrible! I want to escalate this complaint to the Customer Consumer Trade Commission. I have been dealing with this issue since October 16, 2022.

      I truly liked Kohls when it first opened in Toledo. But over the years ... and most recently with the addition of Sephora to their store .. its not the store it used to be. I'm sure Sephora was added as a business deal but, I used to go there for clothes, home goods not a LARGE makeup store. Very disappointing.

      The worst customer service!! I ordered clothing online and the item was too large. I SIMPLY needed to exchange for a smaller size. I went into the store to try and start the exchange process and their customer service said they can't help and I need to call online customer service. Since I was already at the store I reached out through the chat on the Kohl's app. I was assured they would exchange for me by placing an order for me, told me go to the store and return the wrong size, and that I would get an email confirmation of the newly placed order. I was still in the parking lot so went back inside and returned the item. Two hours later and still no email confirmation. I know how SLOW Kohl's is when it comes to shipping so I thought to reach out and see if the online customer service could see this exchange transaction since I couldn't. Apparently no exchange order was done by the first online customer service contact (can I take back the 5 star rating I gave them lol), I had to talk through chat for what seemed like another 30 minutes, and then all they did was direct me to place an order myself online and just use the code currently advertised on the website. I am so happy I never opened a credit card here. These people need serious training.

      Placed an order on Kohls.com. Order status has been label created for one week. Estimated delivery date has passed, order has not been received. Called Kohls Customer Service 5 times. They refuse to provide a supervisor. I've been told to wait another 5 days and then they can process a refund that will take up to 30 days to appear on my credit card. They refuse to replace the order. Customer Service Reps speak off of scripts because each one says the exact same thing which doesn't resolve the error. I've simply asked for the order to be replaced since it's lost. Instead my credit card was charged over two weeks ago, they won't resend or refund my money. Tried to call corporate offices but phone reroutes to useless customer service. Had to leave one star to post but I give them negative stars. Shocked a company of this size is engaging in credit card fraud!

      They took my credit from a 813 to a 724 just for being 30 days late on a 68.00 bill. They are scumbags. I will never do business with these people again. In fact I called in and confirmed they finally received my check which was actually delayed in the mail. Then they waved the late fee. On top of that I paid off the little 2 dollar balance to get me at zero so they couldn't try to charge me a late fee again. All of this effort on my part and they still screwed up my credit rating. They are garbage people.

      Terrible service!
      Terrible customer service!
      Never want to shop there again.
      I paid cash for my $500 order and got my email confirmation. Hours later my order was canceled. When I called I was disconnected twice without a callback. The third call they still didn't give me the reason my order was canceled but wanted me to reorder on the phone. I don't give my information on the phone.
      The customer service people couldn't understand me and it was hard to understand them. It would have been good to have someone who could speak English.

      I ordered a lot of things from Kohls online and when I went to track my order, it said there was an “exception” to 2 of my orders. When I called the customer service number for kohls all they told me was that maybe the person delivering my item could not find my address even though I have ordered from kohls many times before and I just had something delivered on the same day which was part of that order. The customer representative named Ana would not help me no matter how many times I requested to speak to a supervisor and just said that they would tell me the same thing that I would have to wait 30 days for a refund even though I just wanted my items and not a refund. I used my discounts and kohls cash and I wanted my items but she just said that I would have to wait 30 days and order them again and hopefully they would get to me. I have never felt so upset in my life by a representative. She said that everyone was too busy to talk to me. I asked her if a supervisor can call me back since she has my phone number and she just kept saying that they are too busy and that was it.

      Customer support for Kohl's card is atrocious !! It is the 'policiy' that before one can speak to someone about problems with the account you go through a collection department. I pay my bills on time. Autopay. I should not have to go through a COLLECTIONS department before I can speak with a non collections person.
      How do they get away with this???? I will definately NEVER Go to Kohl's again.

      The Spokane Valley (***** * ******** **** ******* ******* **) Kohls is literally the worst place to work in. The management is trash, the coworkers there also trash, they are all trash, nothing but trash. That store needs to close down. Their management plays favorites, WILL NOT listen to your side of the story, WILL lie to you and about you to all the associates to get them on THEIR side. Defamation is their game and backstabbing their middle name. This store SHOULD NEVER have been in business. They treat their customers like trash; never in all the years, have I been treated as horribly as a customer at ANY store I've been to. Every employee at this store is complete and utter trash.

      I had made payments on time for 2yrs. Then I got COVID and fell be hind 3 payments. I made a payment arrangement with customer service associate. Paid off my full balance just we agreed. Then my wife tried to buy kids some online and card would not go through. The next morning I called customer and was told my account was closed despite the agreement that was made. Then was given the run around about speaking about why account was closed. I hope nobody from horrible company that no empathy for other. They can over priced c*** that customers think they are getting a good deal because of the discounts. Please think twice about get a store with this company. Other that I fallen held true to payment arrangements that were made. Why couldn't khols?
