      It's really against my Kohl's charge card company, I fraudulent purchase was made online with my Kohl's charge, the thief who used it did not change my name or email address they just changed the shipping address, so as soon as I saw the confirmation email I call my card company immediately. So instead of them stopping it they let the whole process go through and let whomever still get the merchandise after I had told them I did not make the purchase, that's the part I don't understand

      I bought some boots online at Kohls.com. They were too big, so I returned them, and was told by the lady at the counter I had a $20 restocking fee because they were not regular stock items. I also returned two dresses that were too big, which I bought and used $20 Kohl's cash coupon, When I talked to customer service they told me the money was because I had used the coupon, but I said I returned the item so I did not use the coupon. The returns were made minutes from each other, but I am told because the coupon was"used" at one point (even though items were returned), that I have to pay the $20. So basically I have nothing to show for my $20, except that I will not return to shop at Kohl's again. This is really bad business, especially in this economy. How can Kohl's charge you $20 and you get nothing at the end? The customer service person told me "that's just the way it is!" I would give this ZERO stars but it required at least one star.

      If there was an option for zero stars I would give it the rating. Kohl's did not send me a bill and then started calling me for collections. I usually ignore unknown numbers but took the call after several attempts. When told I was due for a payment, I asked them to send me an invoice as I'm uncomfortable making payments over the phone. Once it came I paid it off. Ther person on the phone mentioned that I will not be charged for the late fees or interest. A week later, the same number called me and said I had another $43.60 due with both interest and late fees. That very day I got an alert from my bank that my credit report showed a delinquency so my score had come down a bit. I've always had a score above 800 and this was due to Kohl's mismanagement. I finally called them, paid them over the phone and made them cancel the card. They kept asking me to retain the card. Fat chance I will even shop at Kohl's again.

      Worst website. I can't even browse without pop up promotions. I can't even use my gift card to buy what I want. :((

      Kohls released my credit card information to an Affiliate named freeshipping.com this was done without my knowledge or approval and they charge me $13 for the service which I did not request

      I have just encountered the worst customer service from the Kohl's customer service call center. They double charged 2 banks accounts paying the entire balance on my account twice. Then when I requested a refund from the account they fraudulently took the 2nd payment from, I was told it would take up to 4 weeks to receive a refund. After speaking with the supervisor, Carlos, he told me there was no supervisor above him to approve an expedited refund, due to Khol's mistake, and repeatedly told me that he could not help me any further.

      Worst experience I have ever had with any online purchase. They charged my card for purchase and after several calls to customer service there system continues to indicate that the order is "completed" though it hasn't even shipped. Their back-end system only cares about the order being packaged for shipping. Even though we are a few days past the latest delivery date that I should have received the order, they are not doing anything. It's as if everything is normal with this order.Essentially they do not care if or when the carrier actually picks up package from them. This is unbelievable. They are telling me that they can't do anything but wait for carrier. Only if they haven't picked up order within 6 business days of them "completing" order (about 4 days after I ordered.) will they act. What will they do? They will cancel the order and refund the money. What? What about the two weeks I have waited? Why not check the warehouse to see why there is a problem with pick up or contact shipper to see why the delay on their end?It's as if I sold something, left it outside my house for a shipper to pick up, but don't care whether they actually pick it up or ship it... let alone contact the shipper if it's still sitting there 10 days later. What about the customer whose money you took and who is waiting for the product they need?I understand errors can happen, but the policies they have in place to deal with them are not acceptable.

      Terrible service! I placed an order last night & saw this morning that it was to be shipped to my old address. The system said it was assigned a tracking number but wasn't picked up. I immediately called to intercept the pkg. as the people at my former address have previously thrown away items that were sent there, despite my change of address at PO. The customer service agent and his supervisor both advised that there is no way to intercept the shipment immediately. My only option was their "intercept order" which would be sent to the shipping facility and take 30 days to process...at which time my Kohls Credit would be refunded (never mind the sale would be over). I asked why they were able to send this "intercept" to the facility but couldn't call or email the facility immediately and was told that "is their process". What a sham and what a shame. No one can pick up a phone & do a stop order? Perhaps because the agents are all in foreign countries but that doesn't make sense. After 20 years with Kohls I am through.

      I recently obtained a Kohl's credit card and received my first statement. I tried to register online for 3 days in order to pay the bill, but the website failed to continue on so that the bill could be paid. I called customer service and after being on the phone over 30 minutes - they still could not help me. I called to local store to obtain the number for corporate office and received 2 numbers. The fist number recorded unavailable to answer call or closed! The 2nd number told me they don't deal with customers. Are you kidding me. You want my business but you must not want my payment! In the second call I was given another number to call which was the original customer service number posted on their bill statement. She then gave me another number which went to customer service as well. By this time, I had been on the phone about an hour so I asked to speak to a supervisor on the second service number. Supervisor would not speak to me. Offered a call back of which I declined. I am cancelling the card and will do no more business with Kohls. According to the internet, the CEO makes 13 million a year to mishandle this company and is laughing all the way to the bank as I can see from recent posts on this customer review page!

      I applied for a Kohl's card in Nov. 2021. I did not receive the initial card that was issued, I called, they reissued, not delivered. This reissue back &forth happened about 3 times, & my main reason for wanting the card was to set up my online account to physically see/track my balance & payments. I called again, & was told that my card could not be reissued, was not given a reason but he alluded that because it had been done so many times, & advised me to go into the store to have it reissued. I did that & was told they couldn't do anything for me (which I suspected when it was originally suggested, but because it was a rep that told me this, I believed him) - this all happened between January 2022 - approx. May 2022. I can't remember if I called again - I don't think I did, until July 26, 2022. It is also worth mentioning, the bill was magically able to make it to my address, but not the card. I called to TRY to have my card issued AGAIN, & was informed my account had been closed the 25th & there was nothing they could do to re-open unless I re-applied for a new card (which I would obviously be denied). I went through the chat & was told I could call & have the card re-opened. Today (8/8) I received a call from Kohl's & worked w/ the rep to schedule a payment after being told that if I did so, he could re-open the card, so I did that. AFTER I scheduled the payment, he informs me that he cannot re-open the card. The run around is absolutely ridiculous. I was consistently told different & incorrect information. I know the rules as far as not receiving the card doesn't absolve me of the debt, but it is incredibly frustrating that I made every attempt to received my card - & that was literally all I wanted & I would have GLADLY made my payments because I could SEE/TRACK them like every other person with internet access - & yet I was blocked at every attempt & then punished by having the account closed. It may be "legal" but it is not good business practice.
