      My family and I were at Kohl's on ************** in ******, ** on 12/8/24. While in the checkout line, my 6 year old daughter was looking at one of the standing jewelry displays. It tipped over on her and one of the hooks that the jewelry was hung on caught her under her upper eyelid and tore her eyelid, causing her eye to fill up with blood. We were right in front of the customer service desk and not one person came to help us! We rushed her to urgent care down the street. Thankfully, she was lucky and it was superficial, but it could have been catastrophic according to the doctor. We filed an incident report 2 days later. We were told that someone would contact us in the next couple days and no one ever did. My husband called the ******* ** store to follow up and was given the corporate phone number to follow up. This is a bogus number. I called multiple times and it's just an automated system that just keeps circling back to the main menu so you are not able to talk to a live person. This is a terrible corporation and the ******* ** store in general for not even caring to see if my daughter was ok while she was in the store bleeding and screaming "Am I going to *****?!". As of today (12/17/24) still no response to my incident report I filed on 12/10/24!!!

      Terrible customer service, unreal, dismal, pointless exercise, just attempting to get a refund for items not received and returned to sender due to their incompetence. Best bet is to just contact your credit card company and dispute the charge.

      Horrible customer service from manager Rick *****. We have purchased thousands over the years and never had such a negative customer experience. We have an item that has never arrived and the post office can’t find the item, it just says in transit and no updates on the tracking. The so called manager was argumentative and showed no empathy. We will not do business with companies that don’t treat customers in a positive manner. Would not recommend.

      I placed a small order and didn't notice all but one item was store pick up over 4 hours from my home. I immediately tried to cancel the order (within 5 mins) and I couldn't. One of the items was $4. I was charged 8.95 and now since I wasn't allowed to cancel the order, I'm stuck. They won't help at all so they have lost a 40+ year customer for good. Congratulations.

      I purchased a shoe from kohls cash I received after my thanksgiving shopping and got a good deal for it. They cancelled my order just one day before delivery and it was one week after I ordered them . I bought those shoes for gift and did not order anything else as I thought I will be getting them soon. I talked to customer care and they said just sorry and asked me to place another order and told me that they will match the deals I got before . I placed another order with some other shoe and talked to them with reference number given to me. Firstly they said they cant match the price as its different shoe and when I asked them to refund shipping charges atleast they said they cant do it and I have to pay $16 more and they cant do anything about it . I told them that I placed a new order because previous agent promised me for refund . They did not listen to anything and said we are sorry for miscommunication. They just gave me kohls cash which is of no use to me. My money got wasted and I did not get anything for gift for my son ??They were not listening to anything and just said sorry . This is the worst experience I had and I will never shop with Kohls again . They do not care about their customers and their emotions at all . Saying sorry does not work at all . They ruined my sons birthday . They should cancel any order within 2-3 days if its not available . They can not cancel it after 10 days and this kohls cash is a total scam . Sorry I am really frustrated right now .

      I went to khols in ***** **** on Friday at 11 amwhen i got home i noticed i was missing a bag. I called Immediately and they tell me there is no bag. I call again and explain again and they say call back later to see if anyone put it back. Around 8pm a manager gets on the phone i give Her all the information item numbers and transactions number she says someone will call me Saturday. No one calls. I call Sunday speak to another manager Amanda who tells me she will figure out who and call me back. She calls me back and says no manager talked to me. So i give her all the numbers and she says she will get back with me. She calls me today and tells me they checked the cameras and i lefts with all my bags and pillows. I said I didnt Not buy pillows and she still tells me i left with all my stuff. Very disappointed in the customer service it definitely seems like they were accusing me of lying. Then today when i said Something about not finding the manager i talked To now she knows who it is. I try To call corporate and there is no way to get through to them.

      Kohls cash used to purchase item. It was shipped with incomplete address. Post office returned item. After two phone calls I was able to have item re sent without my having to pay the shipping fee twice. Item was again returned for incomplete address. This was the second part of a two-part order. The first part arrived within three days no problem. The second part was shipped from ******* ******** and evidently they do not know how to make a complete address on a package phone calls to Kohl’s did not have any satisfactory response the girl noted my complaint and said OK did not offer any kind of resolution And I feel that is a come on scam with this Kohls cash. They have taken $10 for shipping and I have not received anything. The most I have been offered is $10 in Kohl’s cash which is just not acceptable.

      I bought the adopt me mystery pet series 3 and got series 3. Was only going to get $5 in kohls cash or I could return them which the store I got them from is 35 minutes away, its the closest one. So Im inconvenienced and have to spend $10 in gas to get there, I dont think so. Very poor customer service.

      I will never shop kohls.com again. I ordered some Christmas gifts off kohls.com over Thanksgiving break UPS lost the packages. I called Kohl’s customer care. They issued the order with replacements UPS again lost the package by delivering it to the wrong residence. Kohl’s customer care to request a refund they refused to give me a refund because UPS says the package is delivered. I told them it was delivered to the wrong address still would not give me a refund. Do not shop at Kohl’s
