      I was shopping at the Colorado bvld and 120th location on 12/4/24. I waited in line over 30 minutes because their online pick up, returns and checkout is in one location! Don’t shop at this store because they do not value customers or customer's time. I think I will not shop at kohls anymore. I even asked Melany to call for help and she didn’t call anyone. She ignored me.

      NEO B is a terrible customer support supervisor. I received a damaged product. He lied to me multiple times during my interaction with him and tried to rush me off the phone. He said he couldn’t help me with a refund or recording the product because “the system wouldn’t let him”. Can’t make this up. Said the system wouldn’t let him escalate to his supervisor either. These are the people who are representing the company. I feel scammed and wish I wouldn’t just bought the product on Amazon cause now I’m just screwed. 0 empathy, 0 solutions. May dispute this purchase with my bank if I can’t make any traction, cause hoolly

      I ordered a $199 garmin watch online on black Friday with a discount. I got a confirmation email and thought it was done. On Monday I was called to see why I hadn't recieved the Kohl's cash. I was told my purchase was canceled. She told me I could reorder the watch. I went to reorder it, but it wasn't on sale anymore. I called back and they said they can't reorder it for me. After reading the complaints, this happens a lot. What a waist of my time. I was trying to give them my money. I guess I'll buy it somewhere else. We were going to go go there with the kohl's cash and buy all our Christmas presents, but not anymore. Avoiding them now. I have so little patience for that kind of wishy-washy buisness.

      ******************************************** has gone seriously downhill this year. After it was somewhat remodeled to add ******* it was neat and tidy, for a while. Ive been in there a few times recently, and Ive never seen a more disorganized, disheveled, downright junky looking store. It appears to be way overstocked. The shelves are a mess and merchandise is all over the floornot in just one area but everywhere. It seemed to change drastically at the same time they moved the ****** pick-up location next to the maze customers have to go through to get to one main check-out counter. It could be under new management. If so, that person is doing a terrible job. I have no desire to shop there now.

      While shopping at the ************************************ this evening, the employee at the register (an older lady) was speaking loud enough for several customers to hear, complaining about a fellow employee. It does not matter what the complaint was about, this is absolutely disgusting behavior to have in view or earshot of customers. As someone who has worked in retail, I am keenly aware of the negative perception this can give customers in any public service. Not only does it show the complete lack of character in the employee that is complaining, but it also serves to undermine any positive interaction they may attempt to engage customers or fellow employees in thereafter.I will not be shopping at Kohls again.

      Our nonprofit purchased a $75 e-gift card online from Kohls to help a family in need buy two coats for their children this winter. The transaction was processed successfully through our nonprofits ****** account, but the mother never received the gift card. Contacted customer service via the Kohl’s website chat, where I was told the order had been cancelled due to a need for “verification” and was instructed to call an 800 number. After spending 15 minutes on the phone with a representative, I was told I could purchase another gift card. I asked why I would do that when the first card wasn’t delivered, and I hadn’t received a refund or any notification of the cancellation. The representative couldn’t explain what "verification" meant and claimed a refund had been issued but couldn’t provide a confirmation number. Escalating the issue led nowhere. I don’t shop at Kohl’s, and after this experience, I doubt I ever will. Thankfully, we were able to send the family a $75 ****** gift card, which was delivered immediately, ensuring the children will stay warm this winter. Kohl’s handling of this situation was disgraceful. I’ll let legal handle it from here.

      This is the worse store I have ever in my life shopped at . I use to go to the store and never had a problem. I ordered on line and the item was not what was showed on the computer. I was supposed to get a refund and I have spoken to around six different people plus two supervisors and it has been four weeks and I still havent gotten my refund. Every time I call they say it will be credited in seven days. I will now publish all negative about Kohls plus contract theBBB. WHAT A SORRY WAY TO DO BUSINESS! I am also contacting my Lawyer. ******

      THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE. THERE RETURN POLICY IS HORRIBLE. NO LABELS TO RETURN. SENT THE WRONG MERCHANDICE AND WOULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT . RETURNED IT AND THEY WOULD NOT CREDIT MY ********** WONDER THEY ARE CLOSING STORES.

      I recently went Christmas shopping at this kohls location. I picked out a $12 beauty kit for my daughter. When I went to the register, it rang up as $40. I showed the employee the $12 price tag and she said everything in the row was stocked wrong. That the item I wanted was stocked in the wrong spot. She said it was clear that it was in the wrong place, but to me it wasnt. Some products werent even labeled with a price, so how is a customer supposed to know what the price is when everything is in the incorrect place? Manager was rude and said it was clearly stocked in the wrong place but wouldnt honor the price. I feel as a customer, this is terrible customer service. They made me feel as if I made the mistake and I didnt matter as a customer. I have lost my confidence in ********************** as a customer. They should have honored the price and then fixed THEIR mistake.

      The phone number for this establishment which is *************** does NOT get you corporate help, it is just another regular kohls number, it says press 0 if you need something else, and just repeats from the beginning again...SO frustrating!!! I have been trying to place an order for 2 days, I and anyone else, should not have to fight to spend our money here, and it should be a quick, pain-free experience to shop on the web site! That is not the case... Complete and udder hell!
