      Would not honor a sale price. It was an online only order and I couldn't purchase the item as their computer system crashed. The sale ended before their system was up. I went up the management ladder and was told there is no way of giving me the sale price. That is not customer service at any level besides the lowest. I know...I spent 23 years in upper Retail management. There is always a way.

      On October 27, 2023 | placed an order for 2 siblings on my unit who ls currently undergoing chemotherapy whose family recently lost their home and personal belongings in a house fire. These children not only have to deal with Stage 4 Cancer and radiation, they now a new hurdle in life, which was watching everything they love and need burn down in a matter of seconds. I have watched these kids spirit deteriorate every single day staying in our cancer unit and it literally broke my heart. I took it upon myself to collaborate with other physicians and nurses in my hospital to raise money for clothes and shoes for these beautiful children. They have been in my unit since the end of September and just wanted to replenish the smiles back in their face. I placed an Order with Kohl's and was super exited. I received an email about My order within that week alerting me that my order has been delivered. I arrived to my front door I noticed that this "delivered order" was missing. I immediately reached out to customer service team hoping for a quick resolution but was swiftly greeted with impatience and a basic lack of decency and empathy. I was told there wasnt anything else that could be done regarding this order and to contact my bank to file a dispute. I literally cried my eyes out to the agent and still was provided with horrible customer service. I felt like I was being a burden just by voicing my concerns and total desperation for these clothes. I have never been treated so poorly by a company. I left that phone call feeling disregarded, unheard and devalued! All I requested was a refund and was turned away. I will continue to warn other patients, physicians, families and the general public of this horrible experience. Providing Empathy and compassion should always be at the forefront of any company providing assistance to consumers. If I have to continue making videos on ******* and ******** I definitely will! This is a complete nightmare I just need a refund ATP!!

      Bought a watch, and a week later it was a $100 less on sale, when I asked for a price adjustment, all of a sudden there was an exclusion for my watch. No where on the receipt or the ad did it say anything about exclusion. They sent me a chat with their “policy” info. They won’t ever get another penny from me.

      I have called customer service about missing item. They will not help me or return my money I have tried every number possible with no luck. They ate extremely rude and unhelpful online customer care. They should go bankrupt. Now I need to call my bank and fight for my money

      I am super disappointed in Kohl's customer service. Someone hacked into my online account and ordered some things. I called them within half a day of the order being placed (as the order was placed late in the evening and I didn't notice until the next morning), and they weren't even able to cancel the order even though it hadn't been shipped yet. I had to wait for the package to be delivered and then refuse shipment. The biggest disappointment was that I had gift cards on my account. I told them to quickly cancel the gift cards and reissue me a new one. Well, they did NOT cancel the gift cards, and I later found out the hackers used them 3 days later. I called back multiple times about these gift cards, and nobody seemed like they were doing anything. The last time I called, I was told that they emailed me the week before asking me for more information about my gift cards, like where I got them from. Firstly, I never received that email, even after checking spam and trash. And secondly, why does that matter?!?! I told them to cancel the gift cards right away, and they didn't. Now both of us are out those gift cards. Those same hackers also hacked into my ****** account. When I called, ****** immediately cancelled those gift cards, and I had the new one in the mail within a week. Why couldn't Kohl's do that? The last time I called, I was told that they could just issue me Kohl's cash instead. I went with that option as I had no idea how long it would take to get those gift cards reissued, if they would at all. However, I am now stuck with $40 of Kohl's cash that has to be redeemed this month. And actually, my gift cards were worth a few pennies over $40 so they also shortchanged me. Talk about poor customer service. Please take some notes from ****** customer service. Once I use up this Kohl's cash, that will be the end of Kohl's for me.

      Kohls advertised a 30% discount for veterans on 11 November 24, there were no exceptions listed. We entered the store and again saw a sign stating the same (NO exceptions listed). We chose 2 pairs of Levis and an Igloo cooler. Upon checkout we were advised that no name brands were included in the discount. The store advertising was completely misleading, wasted our time and was a disgrace for a military discount.

      Placed an order with Kohls.com. Never received the order. It supposedly traveled around the Twin Cities Metro Area for 2 weeks and was then shipped back. Called Kohls and was supposed to get a refund. Did not receive the refund in the time they claimed I would. Got an email a week later saying it would take 30 days to get my refund. No honest company operates in this manner. This company needs to be investigated. It is stealing customers money.

      Horrible customer services! All located “off shores”. Connection is bad and did not understand the representative. Even store associates here in the USA must use off shore’s service. The federal government needs to charge Kohl’s with running a scam business online. I was told my order was delivered then when I asked for delivery confirmation I was told it had not been shipped because they did not have one item. I selected a different color to replace the color I had ordered then the off shore representative states they are giving me a refund and she will send a email. The email did not say the order was cancelled and I had gotten a refund but that I had cash rewards. I told her this and she then stated it will take awhile because someone else had to process the refund. I tried calling stores and the corporate headquarters but the phone went to the overseas line. Pressing zero just lead to a replay of the same options. I never got to speak to an actual person at headquarters. NO STARS

      Placed an order online for 13 items and only received 3 items. Called there horrible customer service they were useless. Thanks kohls for stealing my money

      I would encourage all customers to avoid this store. I ordered merchandise, they contracted with *** for delivery, which *** returned merchandise stating no apt number (even though it’s a house). Kohls says it takes 30 days for my refund and there’s nothing they can do. This is unacceptable. I requested that I be able to pick up the merchandise in the store or refund my money immediately. They refused both. I spoke with a supervisor, she refused to get me a mgr, she stated that the mgr doesn’t take calls. I asked for his name, she refused. I asked for their corporate number etc she refused and told me to google it. I will never shop there again and will tell and warn everyone of my experience Worst customer service ever! Kohls doesn’t even deserve one star
