      First data / clove are the most dishonest people I've ever seen communication is a zero star you keep getting charged all different amounts, customer service is a joke they say they don't make mistakes highly highly do not recommend anybody using this company I can't wait till debit machine is paid off we don't even use it right now because we're scared.       The customer service is the worst. They don't reply to emails or phone calls. My service deactivated September 1st, 2023. They are still charging me. It's now November 21st.

      Money market network is an absolute joke! My employer uses this company for there payroll cards. Extremely Unprofessional. I was told by a “manager Arlena *******” it would take 2days to transfer funds from my old card to my new card! A card that was issued by them & a new card that is also a money network card, it will take 2days to transfer money to my new card! Do not use this card!!!! Avoid…..

      I had an issue with my card. there were purchases that i did not make. The total was $550.00 was stolen from me. Money Network denied the claim. Because there was a charge for ****** plus that was duplicate. Its duplicate because on the day that my card was hacked I was cancelling ****** Plus and she was going to cancel it and refund the money for the ****** plus but my card was compromised the next day and she was unable to refund my card. This incident happened on October 10, 2023. So now I am out of $550.00. A car payment while my case is currently under APPEAL that can take up to 45 days. DONOT USE THIS MONEY CARD. The business I worked at that gave me the card no longer uses them...I wonder why!!!!!!

      It appears this company administers the middle class tax refund. After many calls, I was finally able to reach a person. I told her that I am not able to access my card. As part of the verification, she asked how much was on the card. How can I know this when I can't access the card?

      Stay away with this scam company, look carefully with their leasing contracts, not only the one agents gave you to sign for, you are going to pay a lot extra money than you saw on the lease contracts

      Think 100 times before opening a processing service account with First Data/ Clover POS. They keep on charging us monthly fees even after the services were finished, a big doubt on the amounts that they pay into your account vs your customers pays you through their machines, no consolidation, no explanation from this company. No One Cares for you as a merchant, I have to go to an extent of calling my Bank and put a stop payment on their monthly charges that they keep on withdrawing, I would never recommend this company. This Company is a Perfect Example of : CHEAP SERVICES ARE NOT GOOD & GOOD SERVICES ARE NOT CHEAP. As a Business, pay a little more towards the charges and fees and get a better POS provider. Take Care & Good Luck

      If I could give this company zero stars I would! They never investigate disputes and never give you your money back for anything! I’ve disputed canceled subscriptions and they now have my account negative! They are crooks in every sense of the word! Never speak to American people only foreigners! I’m owed well over 1200 dollars back and since the company failed to send paperwork for disputed claims they denied me two days after I requested forms be mailed back out! I absolutely hate this company and if I could sue them I would! Worst company ever to let handle your money! They don’t care about us they just want what we work hard for OUR MONEY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT DOING BUSINESS THE RIGHT WAY! I want my money that was taken from me!

      Thank you for bringing your concerns surrounding your Money Network account to our attention.  After another review of your dispute case, the dispute claim and appeals were ultimately denied due to undisputed transactions with Cash App for the same individual on 7/14/23 and 7/20/23. Other undisputed transactions with Cash App that occurred on the same card number and there are no other indicators of account takeover.

      Based on the above information stated, the denial stands, and we consider this claim to be resolved and closed.

      total scam, I signed up with First Data for some of their services that Square was not able to provide. After signing up for over 2 months now and these features are still not available, called the company's phone number and usually would result in hours of wait with no solution on getting this done. called the sales rep and now he's simply avoiding calls. called the company's for cancellation of service and they will charge you $500 cancellation fees even if they didn't do what they promised. Sales rep also never mention anything about a lease term or even a contract with their service. AVOID AT ALL COST
