Dear ****************,
Thank you for bringing your concerns surrounding your Money Network account to our attention. After another review of your dispute case, the dispute claim and appeals were ultimately denied due to the information below. Specifically:
-History with same ATM transaction.
-PIN utilized for transactions and no attempt to drain account.
-Undisputed transactions with DoorDash.
Based on the above information stated, the denial stands, and we consider this claim to be resolved and closed.
We trust that we have addressed your concerns. However, if you have additional information to provide, please do not hesitate to contact Money Network **************** directly at **************.
Thank you,

Crooks, money deposits never equal POS sales and cash deposit. When you try to find out why they dodge the question and just keep sending screenshots of what you already know is a discrepancy of deposit amount. Trying to log into their online portals is a joke always locks out or times out. Trying to reset a code is an entire afternoon ordeal and even then when you want to actually view whats going on - BOOM it wont load and says to call the 1888# lmao Such a joke I cannot believe I got suckered by ECONOLEASE TO TAKE THEM.First Data

***Employers beware. If you are a business owner that is even remotely considering offering this card to your employees, RECONSIDER. I work in HR and have been trying to assist an elderly employee with getting a refund of $3900 from a cancelled Money Network card. The "customer service" is a shameful and shocking waste of time. After 6 phone calls from the employee and 2 more that I made with him on the line, he still does not have his money refunded. It's a circus, and not the fun kind. "The back office" as they call it, sure doesn't follow through on anything the service reps say will happen. 3 promises of refund checks and nothing has arrived. Then they suggest we open him another acct and just do a balance transfer. "The back office" will cancel the latest check and the credit will go back on the acct in 7 days. 7 days later,,,, call back... go through all of the security questions... get put on hold... then find out that "the back office" will need to void the check so the money can be placed back on the account in 7 days. Ask for a supervisor, long hold-no supervisor. Lady says the credit should be there in 48 to 72 hrs. These are the same excuses given to the employee the other 6 times he called. It's criminal to defraud anyone of their money, especially the elderly.First Data

Ordered a Clover Machine and cancelled less than two hours later. Clover is taking money out of my account (over $900 in the last two months). How can small business afford this? Customer service is non existent. They either hang up or you can't get past automative computer system to talk to a representative. I am paying for a POS system that I don't even have.First Data

Got a clover machine and what a huge scam. I was contacted through a merchant and at the same time I had put in a request through a booking system that I was using for my salon so I had assumed that's where it came from. I was contacted by clover and dealt with an associate who want to explain my situation and the program I was using to book and I was looking to have My POS and booking system in the same he assured me that clover worked with my booking system. So of course something all the paperwork when I got the machine it did not work with my booking system so I had contacted representatives It just so happened that the representative I had been working with was no longer working there so I had to have a new representative. I kind of got tossed around between people basically needed to say that I had a paper trail to prove that I was trying to cancel this within the certain amount of time and somehow I just got never canceled and I was basically told it was my fault so I just ended up paying a monthly fee then I was like you know what if I'm going to be paying I might as well use the system so I tried to use a system and it was out of date said they needed to send me a new one but of course I had already changed my address with them multiple times as they were sending stuff to the wrong address already so I never got a new machine even. Finally thought I was rid of them hadn't notice any charges on my account and I just woke up today I noticed a charge of my account when I've never used the system.First Data

Hello to All reading this, I wish I had more information on First Data / ***************** [equipment rental company] before we signed on for their CC processing. I found them to be the old "bait and switch" type of company - promised lower rates and better service but neither was the case. Please do not choose these companies for your own piece of mind, I am happy to say that my forty eight month h*** is finally over and have made my last payments to both companies, bidding farewell to these credit card thugs forever! It's very generous that we even give one star for this combo, not deserved at all.First Data

In March of 2023, we were approached by salesman, *******************************, to enter into a new merchant agreement. The terms of this agreement included that he would take care of our old merchant agreement with Fiserv and any cancellation fee with that old account. He also stated there is no cancelation fee with the new agreement and we can cancel at any time. **************** made two appointments to hook up the new equipment and transfer all the apps etc to the new machine. Both of these appointments were canceled by ****************. We attempted to contact him by phone and email and to date have still not received a response. At this point, we were left with new equipment that was never hooked up and was essentially unusable. To date, we have returned all the equipment and have confirmation of the canceled merchant account. We are still being charged for the monthly leasing fee for equipment that was never set up and is currently not even in our possession. We have already made payments toward it to avoid going to collections. We acted in good faith in entering into this agreement with your salesman and have been patient in trying to work with customer service to resolve this matter. It is a difficult time for small business owners like us and we are seeking assistance in clearing up this situation and removing the costs we have paid and are continuing to be billed for.First Data

Dear **************,
Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. The merchant account was in fact closed down as you requested. The lease associated with the new account was also closed out, however no refunds had been issued. We have now submitted refunds totaling $404.61 for the lease payments that had been debited.
There is still an open lease on your original account which we show you are still processing with, so you will continue to see those payments posting through.
We believe this resolves your concerns, nevertheless please do not hesitate to reach out should any additional questions arise.
Thank you.

First Data has issues with customer service and supporting their customers. They had me on hold for over two hours while I was waiting for a supervisor to answer. Then after all that time the system hung up on me. Ive have used their services for about six years now and have had multiple poor experiences. The reason why I am leaving this review is because of total frustration. If the company could handle their issues quicker and more efficiently then they could avoid these types of reviews. Pay close attention your deposits and withdrawals with FirstData.First Data

Had a rep come in my business, signed me up for credit card processing, never was told there was a monthly AND annual fee, just advised of the processing fee p/transaction. When I signed up, I was handed a tablet as he scrolled through and said sign here. I was never given a chance to read the info. I asked if it linked with my current booking app and was told it would. I made it clear I did not want to even try the service if not because I would have to change everything over, all my client info, lose all my client reviews on my current app, and have to rebrand all my marketing material. Later found out the two didnt link together. My rep called the next month and asked why I didn't have any transactions and I explained to him the reason and asked him to cancel it. I was never given or purchased any credit card processing systems from them, such as a card swiper, pos system, etc. so I wasnt able to process payments even if I wanted to. Fast forward a year later, I rcvd a charge of over $150 on my business account and called my bank only to find out they charged me an annual fee and charged me every month (except 2 months) for the last year. Filed a claim and even though I asked to close the account, he never did, and they refused to give my money back. I asked the rep to kindly take care of the issue or I would file a claim with the BBB and he told me not to threaten him. They've taken OVER $500 for an account I have NEVER used or logged into. Every rep from this company has been rude and difficult to work with. After I asked my rep to cancel my account, I never heard from him again, so I assumed it was taken care of, until the day I called and complained about the charges, then he called me and left a vm offering me to be featured as a small business at the Buck's game, being very manipulative, not even mentioning the complaint. The transactions from my bank are not labeled Clover/First Data, they're labled bank to bank merchant so they were easily overlooked.First Data

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Our records show you signed the Merchant Processing Agreement (***) on 8/9/22 at 4:52 PM for services and where the ************ were disclosed that includes the Annual Fee of $119.00 and Non PCI Validation of $34.95. We understand from your Sales Rep that the *** was explained and signed by you at the business location. Please note that by signing the Agreement, you acknowledge and accept the ******************* A copy of your Agreement was emailed to you and you received access to Clover. Please also note that only you can close your account, not your Sales Rep, etc. We show your merchant account was closed 9/5/23 and we have no record of you contacting **************** prior to that date. Refunds were also denied as you signed the Agreement.CARRIE M

When the *** came in, he assured me this was a trial period, also that my booking app would link to your system so we would not have to change any marketing materials or lose reviews, client data, etc. This was not the case. I was never given a copy of my contract. He didn't come in with a physical printer, nor there is ZERO record of your company sending it via email. I was mislead and lied to by the ***. I was never even given processing equipment and never once did I use the service and was not aware I was being charged, until I seen a large transaction come from my account and I investigated further. How can we be charged for services used from your company when we were never given processing equipment, such as a credit card reader? How do I have a *** assigned to my account, that I could not contact, nor did he ever reach out to our company to ask why we have never made a transaction through your company, even though we paid for services? How is it our *** just put us in a contract, never was provided a copy of the contract. He had me sign a document on a tablet, took my money and never even once called to follow up to ask if we had any question, concerns, or just called to see how our services were going. This was a huge scam and I'm not sure how this company is justified in taking payments from someone who never once used the service or were provided with the necessary equipment to use the service.
