  Never had an issue with them in 4 yrs. Now my pay isn't on my card, they claim that it's my managers fault but then came back and said their computer is down.. well my bills won't take that excuse.. they still want to be paid regardless and I worked so I'm like them... Where's my money... Excuses... Just fix it... They said wait 24 hrs and you should have it... Is that what I'm supposed to tell NES??.. I've waited 4 hrs still nothing... This is not what I've been through before and I don't want to now... ************ needs to get it together and offer something in the meantime... I know stuff happened but no one plays about their money...

  DO NOT - I REPEAT - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.You will pay over $3,000 for equipment you won't own at the end of lease term unless you pay even more money to buy out a $1,000 machine. They also deal with 3rd party companies who will charge even more money - all taken from your account automatically. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

  Avoid this company at all costs. They took more than $6k of money illegally. During a phone conversation on Nov 29th with a supervisor ***************************, ******* disconnected the call, and ignored my request, and subsequent attempts to contact him were met with disconnection. Phone call records from Dec 13th indicate multiple hang-*** by ***************************. Despite assurances of callback promises, ************************* neglected to initiate contact with me, consistently instructing me to wait through email without offering any resolution. While acknowledging my total payout of USD $6123.22, she persistently offered excuses to delay the release of funds.

  I don't even know how I got tangled up with this company but I would recommend NO ONE do business with them. They have multiple shell companies they use to illegally open merchant service accounts (the two I am dealing with are Chellecom llc and Card Connect). I never signed up for an account yet they somehow are taking money from my checking account monthly. I asked for proof that I signed up for this account and they are unable to provide anything. I asked for a refund and they started the request. A couple days later the request was denied because I had signed a legal document allowing them to withdraw money. This is the document I can't seem to get hold of. If I signed this document, I will withdraw this complaint

  First data global leasing is a complete fraud!!! my contract expired a long time ago and they've been continuously taking money out from my account. First they said it will take them 30 days to investigate, after that I've called in three times and placed three different escalations, NO supervisor or manager has returned my call. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how many months we took money we were not suppose to take, and to return it back. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND ANY COMPANY AFILIATED WITH THIS COMPANY. SHOULD BE AN OPTION FOR ZERO STARS!

  Recently had to update my MID. Company cannot properly merge their gift cards over to the new MID. It's been weeks, right during the holiday season too! They stated that it's been merged, yet customers who had purchased gift cards on the previous MID are not able to redeem their gift cards, and we are unable to sell/load up new gift cards, onto the plastic gift cards that we had ordered previously through them! So now my business has a lot of ****** off customers due to this company's inability to seamlessly move one of their services from one MID to another. Countless emails and phone calls and still no resolution. After the holiday season will be looking for another credit card processing service.

  Horrible company! Poor customer service does not respond to emails. Calls and leaves voicemail with no call back. Risk/credit team tells me to talk to me sales rep, sales rep said i have to talk to risk/credit team. Just leads you in circles. They threaten to hinder the business when you are doing well. Flagged my account for going over "limits" that I had apparently set when opening my account. In my agreement it states average transaction and average processing volume and no where does it say these numbers were limits I had to stay under. Sales rep did not tell me the lease terms and agreement binding you to several years! Avoid Clover!

  Scammers! Do not do business with these people! The email caused panic, which led to the owner calling this company and paying the $136, but that does not stop what the letter states will happen. Then come to find out that whatever service this was, hasn't even been used in over a year and they would not refund the money. They took advantage and that is WRONG!

  So, I signed up for a lease for 2 Clover POS devices from a company called Brilliant POS because they had much lower fees than Square and others. Little did I know this contract was a 4 YEAR UNCANCELABLE contract that also links me up with this First Data company for the devices. I called to return the devices thinking I could end my contract and they said I could send it in but I still had to pay for the devices. What good does that do anyone? I'm supposed to just send you back something so you can lease it someone else, yet I pay you every month for no reason? This company is a total scam that puts small businesses at risk and strong arms you. Do whatever you can NOT to do business with these scammers.

  This company is a scam , they have charged me for a contract that I have never signed and are telling me that the contract was signed for 4 years. They are charging me thousands of dollars when I have never used their services .I will sue this company right away
