      Just found out that we are still being charged a leasing fee on a machine we paid off in May 2022. When I called to speak to a representative, she told me we were still responsible as we did not turn in the equipment. We bought the equipment and ended our services a year ago. For over a year they have taken $39 a month. Not much until you realize its a years worth of leasing equipment we own. She wanted my account information which I was not going to give her since they obviously still have it. Blocked them through our bank! They are very rude on the phone when you finally do reach someone as if Im a burden to them. They scam you for hundreds to pay off equipment only to try and charge leasing fees. I wish I knew about their business practices before signing up. Would definitely not recommend them to any business, especially small businesses.

      Worse costumer Service EVER. How many times should I call and ask for supervisor!!! 8 times I did!!! Evey time they said ya Supervisor will call you with in 2-3 business day! And NEVER CALLED. Are you kidding me! Who's is charge!!! Why no body call or email !!! How many time.should I call or email !!!! They were supposed to drop my price on Feb from $45 a month to $25 and i have it on the email and still being charge $45 a month. When i saw their agent the first time, I said clearly, I don't want to be part of any contract and he said don't worry there is no contract, it's month to month but suprisly he asked me to sing documents that made me to have a 3 year contract with the company, Unbelievable , what can I call this. No wonder in our kitchen out of 35 food trucks, we are the only one using their system !!!

      DID NOT KNOW WE WERE EVEN INVOLVED WITH THEM!!! Signed up for Clover through SBGA and they ever told us wed be dealing a 3rd party. They have placed a reserve on our account and no one will send over the correct contract! Ive been asking for 2 months now! We are moving on to another company!

      My name is ************************* and I was deceived into working with this company. My business was deemed high risk due to there being a 2 percent chargeback rate. I was told that I was applying for a high risk processor which was why the fees were much higher. After a couple months my account was frozen because of chargebacks (2 percent.) They took all of the chargeback funds from our bank account yet are still holding almost $13,000 dollars of our companies funds. This dramatically affected our business to the point we had to shut down operations. They have been holding our funds since March 1 and it is now June 3rd. To make matters worst we have a 2 months old daughter and my wife was pregnant at the time of this scam. We have been calling fort data for months and have not been able to reach anyone that can help. The rep just say I will send a email requesting an update that update never comes. This company is a total fraud and prays on people with small businesses looking for help! We pray that someone will intervene and help us get our funds released. This has completely shattered our business, set me and my family back years and the damage we received from this scam has caused unbelievable mental stress and pain. If anyone knows how we can get help or representation to resolve this matter and get our money back that was stolen from us please help. Thank you.

      Completely a scam company. I signed up for 4 years contract with first data ( now fiserv) and they covertly made me sign 6 years contract for the rental. Are you kidding? Why would I need 2 years extra rental when the contract is over? Not only that, they have so many hidden fees. Dont be fooled by their percentage rates. It's a big lie and they still gonna charge you for hidden fees you don't even know what you are paying for

      Been trying to get a hold of someone for over 7 years for them to stop charging a lease fee. Returned the items and still get emails for compliance for a system we haven't used in 7 years. Nobody on the phone is competent. Need an accurate person to stop the automatic payments!!!!

      We used First Data for about a year and literally switched to a different provider because of the HORRIBLE customer service. And, I have now been trying to cancel our account with them for nearly 7 months. We originally purchased our Clover machines outright so we would not be bound to any sort of contract and they kept telling us that we need to pay a 500.00 cancellation fee. In reading others reviews the customer service seems to be a common problem, as does the issue with being able to get the account closed. They are still trying to withdraw from our bank account, we have had them blocked from doing so for quite some time as it was the only way to stop them. We also wish we had read the reviews on here before starting business with them.

      My middle class refund was approved in October 2022 its now almost May 2023 and I never got my card. They keep saying they sent the money. 28 calls in total. Finally today they told me they figured the problem and are sending it out. Total fraud

      Over the last six months alone, I've had call First Data Merchant Services in an attempt to cancel our accounts with them. Customer reps are hit or miss, most of them have such a rude attitude. Like, we're interrupting their day and they're doing us a favor by talking to them. No one ever gives a straight answer and always pass you onto another rep. **** are running an absolute s*** show and I'm surprised they're still in business. We wanted to bad to get out of business with them that we paid heavy fees to break contracts with them. DISGUSTED by their behavior.

      I approached a company called Clover so I could offer lower CC rates to my customers. Clover was eager to bring on my location and wanted our others to join as well. To be sure before I did I wanted to test them out. We process less than a dozen transactions and were sent an email from their PCI department for potential fraud. We provided all of our documents in a timely manner and they terminated our account without reason. They caused tens of thousands of dollars in losses. Hours upon hours of reps that offer empty handed apologies with no action. The only promise of action I received is that I would get a call in a couple weeks with a reason they cancelled our account. This company is a detriment to small businesses. They will arbitrarily terminate your account without justifiable cause or explanation. As it sits they have taken $1649, our last transaction, and withheld it until they feel there will be no further exposure or liability. Next call is the ** offices of ***** and *******. This is theft!
