      Good luck getting anything or finding anything with this company. Their online platform has been under development for at least 5 years and is useless. I still can't even find a monthly statement. The customer service is non-existent. I call and get cut-off, hung up on, or get connected to someone who is obviously cooking in the background and chatting with friends and not answering their phone!

      worst customer service, very expansive, all kind of charges pop up once you sign up. Their sales people will lie to you about charges and force you to sign contracts. No transparency One month they deducted $ 700, I must have spent 20 hours calling and talking to different department, to know why this was deducted. Nobody could provide any explanation. They keep passing the buck from one department to another department.I will never recommend any body to sign up with this company, even this is last processing on the earth. The way they work, I feel they do not need customers anymore and they hav made enough money and they can get away with anything. Everyone in the organization cover up another guy's mistakes or frauds.I seriously think, some of the guys are working for this company have link with scammers and they are helping them to cheat businesses.I complained to so many departments, for whole month on daily basis, then I ended up cancelling services and gave up on my $ 700.

      We canceled our service back in december 2023 and they are still charging us for the readers. I have asked multiple times for information to return the crappy devices they sent us.

We have sent emails to the email address listed on this BBB review, attempting to resolve your issues on April 24, April 28, May 2, and May 11, 2023 and have not received a reply. We followed up with phone calls on May 2 and May 11, 2023 we successfully spoke, in which you verified the email address and advised you provide a statement reflecting the correct Merchant ID (MID) and the billing you are inquiring on. To date we have not received a response. Once we receive the requested information we will investigate your concerns.

      They are CRIMINALS!!! Please avoid!!! I was told $30 a month plus transaction fees. I am paying for two machines and I only have one and they are deducting a refund fund every month as well. I can't get a hold of anyone to help me. The person that sold me the plan got fired for fraud. There customer service is a machine. Anyone I do get a hold of say the can't help me. I am paying $160 a month for one machine with only 10 transactions a month.

      I have done business with this company for several years. in 2022 my lease ended in July for the equipment. approx.30 days before the end of my lease I was given choices as to what I could do about continuing with them. I choice to pay 10% of the purchase price to buy the credit card machine. Filled out the paper wrote a check and turned it in. Never thought anything more about it. They do not include a lease payment on your statement. Not watching withdraws close enough I seen in Jan. a withdraw that did not show on my statement . When I inquired about this I was told that was from the leasing Dept. When I confronted the leasing Dept. they said that they would return my check amount but not the monthly lease amounts. So i told them i was returning the equipment and I wanted to talk to their supervisor. I was given a link to make a label for fedx and a number for a request to talk to a supervisor. they would call me in 2-3 business days. that has been more than 2 weeks ago still no call. They did return the money i paid at the end of my lease and at the same time they did that they took another month lease payment out. I then put a block on my account. I have since canceled my account with First Data and still no call from any supervisors.

      Very bad customer service they charged me $24.95 and I wanted to know talked to 5 different persons and nobody knows and they put you on hold then the line is shut.Be careful after 3 months they charge $100 yearly membership fee.very bad customer service.

      I had no idea I was signing up for 4 years. I wish I had read reviews as there are so many that are dissatisfied. I bought the machine so I wouldnt be saddled with a 4 year contract. They made no mention that even if I bought the machine that I would be in a 4 year contract. Im shutting down due to Covid and a recall of equipment by my supplier. No fault of my own. They offered no solution other than telling me to read my contract. Im disgusted by this company and I can see that I am not the only one.

      We have been with Clover network since September 2021, and things never goes smoothly. Customer service were the hardest and the rudest to reach and speak too. Even now, I got disconnected many and may times, finally got some helps through out the chat. We have been with Clover 2021 and we had a sale rep helping us install the machine and setting up our POS, and we never looked at our statement till this month since the bills are kind of higher that before. We found out that we have been paying for 2 SIM cards that we never use via Wireless manager becus we have the WIFI. They have been charging us $15 plus tax since DEC 2021, and in Nov 2022 it was about $30, and then $50 in Dec 2022, and that was how we found out about incessary fees that we have been paying over years. It was out fault to not checking our stmt, we are quite busy and trust them that they are charging us right and even we have issue we can ask them to review and correct it for some errors. I contact them about this after several times unreachable customer service (Who wanted to call them if it is not very very important, not even their own sell rep) This is so unacceptable for these charges, they didn't inform us about the price changed from $15 to $50, is that ok? This is such a wrongful business doing and how can I trust them. We do need the refund for all of these unnecessary charges, it is not ,much compare for what we paid them a year. Just not able to get help with any matter, poor POS system, printing wrong orders all the times, and this is the end of my patient. If they can't refund this we need to be out of the contract (I am not even know that we have contract, shouldn't they be stated more and making sure that we know about the contract???. The last sell left (No wonder why) You can take my money but this kind of service and business won't last wrong. Please help us resolve the issue for these few hundred $ matter, it is just wrongful, not about the money, but it is not right.

      I called and Canceled Services in March 2021 because of store fire. I was never notified I would continue to be charged $103 a month FOREVER unless I paid $300 to payoff equipment. Ive paid $2300 for equipment that was destroyed in the fire and they still want me to pay 300 or they will keep charging me What a SCAM of a company!
