      FIRST DATA MERCHANT SERVICES AND CLOVER ARE CRIMINALS. I have an acct with Clover through a third party, things have been fine. All of a sudden i have been harassed for months from First Data Merchant Services (who i had never heard of). I looked at my acct and noticed they had been pulling payments out of my business acct for several months. ...I do not know why. When I call they tell me another company (which i also had never heard of or spoken too) had signed me up for a new acct. An acct I never agreed too, asked for, approved, signed up for or need. Turns out they were taking money out of my acct for equipment that I never received nor need. I asked them to close the acct and they refused too. FDMS calls me, texts me, sends letters to my house and business, and they email me...I have responded to every message from them asking them to terminate this acct and stop stealing money from me and they don't. They just contact me again, via another method and tell me i haven't responded to their correspondences which i'm keeping record of. I've written a dozen letters, responded to many emails and texts messages and answer every call...most of the time I answer, it's a dead line then it disconnects. I finally had to close my business acct to stop them from stealing my money...now they are sending me into collections for an unpaid bill of just under $450....for equipment i do not have, do not need, do not want and have never received. When I speak to operators they are dead in the head, they don't listen. I tell them all of this and they ask how i want to pay my bill...they antagonize you into getting upset and god forbid you say a 'bad word' out of sheer frustration they hang up on you. They have contacted me one way or another a dozen times this week alone. It's pure harassment. This is **** near a criminal organization who tries to bully you into payments. If you are looking for merchant services and come across this company, hang up and run.

      Clover ****** is the worst POS company do not use there services. Extremely high fees. I canceled 2 accounts with them and the rep agreed to charge me for only one account since one of them was ending in January and the other one still had 3 years on it which they charge $500 to break the contract. We had agreed that only the newest account would be charged because there was still a few years left and i agreed since it still had a few years. I confirmed with the rep (Randy) that i would only be charged one fee of $500 for both account and he confirmed. I now see 2 charges of $500 dollars in my bank. I called them back to know why I am being charged twice when we agreed on only one $500 fee. They say they will call me back in a few minutes and i waited 2 days, I gave them a call back to know what was going on. I spoke with Randy and he is now saying he never said that and that it is $500 per account when i made him confirm there would only be one fee for both accounts and hang up on me. I called back and now they dont even want to speak to him and resolve this even I stayed super polite with them the whole time. I asked them to go listen to the call recording and they just hang up on me. Do not trust Clover with you money. If he would have said both account would be charged i would have just kept the account open until January (in 3.5 months) and not have to pay the $500. This company is a scam they have way to high fees and do not respect there customers. DO not use them.

      After doing business with First data for at least 8 years we decided to leave the company last April or May. we called the company and they supposedly walked us thru what we needed to do to close out our account and return our equipment. Long story short, After returning our equipment in May, we just realized, here in September that we were still be billed for certain fees. Called the company, they had no record of us wanting to close our account. I guess we were the foolish ones here, but I really feel like we were completely had by a company that we had been faithful with for a long time. They would not return our last 4 months of fees which added up to over $400. I realize as a small business owner we should have caught this quicker, but I feel with this number of complaints from ******** customers, that the ******** Attorney General should give this company a good looking at!!!!

      PPLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!.... Since Oct. of 2023 I been dealing with this company. The salesperson by the name Bryan **** ******* has been lying to me. He told us that the POS system was able to run EBT and non-EBT transactions ate the same time. However, that was just lies to sell the equipment. He made me download different third-party apps to supposedly help me run the transactions. Nothing works and he won't answer the calls or emails. Finally on Feb. of 2024 after a Snap Auditor told him that his system was not functioning correctly and that I could get a fine. He agrees to cancel the lease. Yes, after so many months paying for a system that I couldn't use, and he won't send me an email with the return label or issue the refund of this monthly lease payments. I will call him almost every week and no answer or email. On Sept. 3 they charge me over $2200 for me not returning the equipment. Once again why would I want to keep an equipment that's just using space in my office and not able to use? I was able to talk to the first employee in this company by the name Javier from the leasing dept that actually help me and won't forward my call to numerous departments. I was finally able to get the return label, and I immediately return the equipment the next day and according to FedEx the equipment been received by this company since Sept. 9 and I have a case number ending with ***** and they said they cannot issue the refund because the Equpment hasn't been scanned by the warehouse. One customer service employee level 2 said that it was going to take 5-7 business days to get a refund. Today I call to check on it and now they are saying it will take about 30-45 days to get a refund if its approved. I ask what you mean if its approved? She hung up on me because she couldn't answer my question.

      This company will rob you blind with the credit card charges they charge AFTER they tell you you are only being charged 2.9%...instead...their "secret" little fees costs me 16 to 20 Percent each month of all my credit card transactions.

      I had filed for CA State Disability and upon applying I enrolled in direct deposit for my bank. Money Network is contacted with the state to do the direct deposits. My disability status said they paid me but it was not in my bank account. I called Money Network and my money was deposited to *******, the amount was 1836. They said all they could do is give me the routing and account number it went to. I contacted ******* and found out my money went to a random person’s ****** account. My EDD worker and myself contacted Money Network and they refused to retrieve that money or reimburse me but just said we will do an “internal investigation” which would take 45-90 days and refused to give a confirmation that they filed to start an investigation. I lost my apartment due to inability to pay because they have left me with no money. I am now pursuing a lawsuit to to get my money back plus damages. This needs to not only be ZERO stars but the federal government and state government has been notified and with the amount of similar complaints this company needs to be investigated by the ***.

      It seems like fraud was committed on my account. Im not sure if the company was complicit, or if they are just incompetent. Either way, while they agreed to stop charging me, they have continued to charge me over $300. After doing a little digging on this company, I found that for fraud seems to be in their history, and possibly their DNA. Stay away.

      Company only want to make money and not helping there customers out. Charging me for only have account with that which i already ask them to cancelled it and had returned all there devices also. Calling customer service asking for help they hang up there phone when you ask them to refund your money for which you dont even had there device to use. Never ever go back this Clover- First Data ******.. BAD Service ever.

      Bad company. Lies and deceit to gain business, was told free processing ,as to charge back to customers. Also free machine to process. Fees were over $300.00 first month, abd over $200.00 second month. Now to get out of contract going to cost over $2000.00. Big rip off, May have to close business to pay them off. Should be 0 stars

      There app doesn't currently work and I can't get my money out of it And it seems like the problems just get worse as the months go by like They don't want us to take our money out. The only reason why I use this app is because Missouri makes us use it for shared work.
