      if I could get zero stars I would this bank sold over $4000 from me and transferred it to another account that is not in my name. It's been four months and I constantly call and still nothing. They denied my claim stating that I transferred the money which I did not because that account is under a different name and a different state. they Keep saying that they will get back to me and no one ever does

      I never received my debit card in the mail & filing a dispute claim with Money Network has been a nightmare. I filed for Maternity Leave Benefits with NJ on 05/24/24 & my claim was approved either on 07/10 or 07/11. NJ website says it takes about ************************************************ the mail. An ******** I joined that assists with Paid Family Leaves in ** posted it could take up to 12 business days.12 business days from 07/11 would be 07/29. I decided to wait longer since I live at the *************************** gets delayed sometimes with inspections at the gate & further distribution with *********** on base. I waited until Saturday 08/03 but still no card.Monday, 08/05, I called ** to check the status of the card but the *** I spoke to said that the card had already been activated & transactions, including withdrawals, were made on it. I informed the *** I didn't make those transactions since I never received the card to begin with. ** then issued me a new ******** received it & activated it on 08/08. They said they were also sending me a dispute claim form to sign & send back to them within 10 business days.One *** told me the paperwork was mailed 08/05 but it wasn't in my mailbox until 08/17 - this is past their 10 business day deadline to sign & return the paperwork to them. I check my mailbox frequently since I had ordered some toys for my baby, pump *************** litter between 08/05-08/17. I spoke to a different *** on 08/12 & she said to download their form so I can just email it to the email on page 1: P***aidCardDispute @ fiserv.com. I emailed it on 08/13. On 08/15 & 08/16 I called to check if they received the *********** said they didn't. The *** I spoke to on 08/16 said I should have emailed it to P***aidFraudInvestigations @ fiserv.com. I did so that same day. When I got the actual form in the mail on 08/17, it is a different form & still had P***aidCardDispute @ fiserv.com on page 1. I am getting the runaround here.

      Wish I could leave ZERO stars!!! Absolutely terrible customer service! Was forced to use them because *** does. I had someone steal $1000 and the bank refused to help me. Their employees seem like they are either ****** or are incredibly nasty and rude. And they don't return funds for TEN DAYS. I've never had this with a bank before-- they have ALWAYS replaced disputed funds right away.
      Shame on this company-- talk about ******** over poor people.

      Absolutely the WORST customer service in the industry maybe of any industry. You can't call them because the phone keeps hanging up (tried 10 times). Their call center must be in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. You email them and they tell you they can't help you because they need more information, they don't recognize your email address. There is simply NO WAY to speak to them. I keep getting emails saying I have a balance due with them and they send me a link to pay. I am not paying anyone until I speak to someone with answers as to why I owe a balance. If I could give ZERO starts, I would.

      Mishandled my account info, processed two leases instead of one in an error made by them and continues to harass me to collect lease payments to a second machine that I do not own and never have. Continues to illegally remove the second lease payment from my business deposits after I have placed a stop payment. 6 months of trying to resolve this issue and I eventually had to contact my lawyer with over $2000 owed to my business. Beware of ****, ******, **************** as well as ********************************* from ******** ****** *** and any of his affiliates. A deeper dive made by my lawyer uncovered a slew of criminal charges that should make you hesitant to give your account info to any of those mentioned above.

      Are there ZERO stars? Terrible Merchant customer service. Their Clover subsidiary owes our 40+ year old company over $5000. Their people can see THEIR mistake and keep telling us to wait for payment. Its been going on 2 months. It takes over an hour hold to get to customer service and then they cannot read their own reports and of course drop the call we when they place us on hold. TOO many mergers; Blue Pay to Clover to FISERV to FIRST DATA.

      First of all I setup my account to take payment with First Data AKA (clover) the online setup is useless; not sure why its even there in the first place because they make you inevitably call a phone number to set it up. when I had my account setup the "representative" skipped a lot of important information such as my parent company name and the FEIN number which down the line (2 weeks later) was a problem. Also on the phone the "representative" setup me receiving my Clover Flex and I was told that I would be invoiced for this equipment. That never happened and instead when I did a test transaction Clover charged me $721 which I did not have and failed to tell me that the payment would be charged after we start making money which in my opinion is a lot like stealing all of the money we make before we even make it. Second calling either you "representative" or customer service for help is the most useless and sorry excuses for customer service I have ever experienced in my life. You just keep getting transferred around to "departments" to people who barely speak any English, cant help, and must transfer you to someone else/ another department and not to mention if you ask for a supervisor which = more transfers and waiting only to inevitably get zero solutions and waste an hour of your life metaphorically banging your head against a brick wall not to mention them trying to strongarm you into paying them their money and they don't take credit cards or accept returns for the equipment they only want to steal from your bank account... then finally when your so upset and frustrated trying to work out some sort of solution to make it work no one wants to answer the phone especially your "representative" so I emailed them expressing how thoroughly unsatisfied I am with all of the reasons above only for them to say "we cant cancel your account because your going into collections and also the IRS says my business information is mismatched" so I sent back the equipment.

      worst costumer service they transfer me from person to person they keep giving me CASE numbers to have my issues resolved and nobody resolves them.. I have been talking back and forth with them for over a month about the same issue and neither them or the sales person who sold me the system is able to assist.. the sales men keeps going on vacations and takes days to respond about my issues. and clover does not help with the issue at all they just kept transferring me to other departments ..

      This merchant provider is absolutely terrible. Call and get hung up on. Call and ask a question and be placed on hold forever. Call back and NEVER receive a verification code to verify the account. Change bank accounts and be told you were funded when you are not. This company is dishonest and treats a customer like dirt. I have not been funded after over a week. I thought of adding additional services to my merchant account, but why would you with a company that acts in bad faith!

      Clover is a small app that I use to buy coffee and bagels. Now I am getting charges against my credit card for ***************** my electric bill, hulu, Peacock and others. I never gave permission for these charges. I use the internet to find the help number. I call that number and ask for help. They tell me I need a merchant number. I tell them I am a consumer. They tell me they can not help me. I ask to be transferred to customer service for consumers. They tell me they don't know how to do that. I ask to speak to the supervisor. I am told the supervisor will not talk to **** hope no one else installs Clover on their phone. I will have to report my credit card as lost or stolen and get a new one with new numbers that Clover does not have.
