Clover said my Ein was changed and they took thousands from me. I have spent weeks on the phone only to get transferred and hung up on. This company robs people. A class action needs to happen. Have spent the last 2 days trying to cancel my accounts. They just transfer me.This company has bankrupted my business. I wish our elected officials protected small businesses.

First data, clover and card connect had been withdrawing money from my business bank account even after I closed doing business with them. They indiscriminately still continue attempting withdrawing from my account which is pending to close. If you are a business and need some type of merchandise , please pay attention to these tree names above, I call this fraud and hope the goverment get involved as First data, clover and card connect might be doing this to other specially immigrants.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We have located an account, however, it is NOT a Cardconnect account. The account found MID ************ was opened 8/31/2020 for services and last transaction processed 1/26/2024. Our records do not show any calls to **************** to close down ******************** and fees were billed and are valid for processing transactions in January 2024. We recommend you contact **************** to close your account at ************** and take care of any balance owed.

I cannot stress enough that this company is a scam!!! Do not fall for their bs. What this company does should be illegal and I can't believe they continue to get away with this.

4 days in a row I have tried to contact this company to explain why there was a deposit discrepancy, with my account they still owe me over $600. Finally spoke to someone who did not hang up on me and she explained that the funds are being held but did not know the reason or when the hold would be released. Kind of scary as a small business that we trust these companies with our hard earned money and they have the right to hold back funds without any explanation!!I will continue to call everyday if I have to and once resolved they may just loose a customer!!

I had to close my business due to a landlord issue. Discovered that my POS payment processor was actually from FirstData. What a bunch of criminals they are. The initial lease (in 2021) was for 48 months. There is NO BREAKING the lease. None. They want $750.60 to pay out the remainder of the lease & return the equipment. OR $946.24 to buy out the equipment. They have already received $1,290.50 from me in fees!! Wanted me to decide which way to go and to pay it right now. So I said no, I don't want to do either. If you insist that I have to pay out the lease then you will get one little payment each month until it is over. ***** them. Worst business practices I have ever seen. Absolutely criminal. I will never ever rent equipment from them again. Will read contracts with a fine toothed comb.

This company is a scam. It took four months to close our accounts and we kept getting charged. We are still getting charged a service fee of $59.90 each month and the excuse is, "oh I thought you just wanted one account closed, we'll reimburse you." In writing I have correspondence that states all accounts to be closed. The response was it was reimbursed. Well it wasn't and round and round we go. I am now seeking legal action against this company. I also had my bank deny any withdrawals from this company to help curb this activity but they keep trying. As a small nonprofit business, this is a big deal and affects our cash flow. I am also nervous they will just keep trying to take money forever. Maybe if their service was better, they wouldn't need to keep charging old accounts and would actually get new ones.

After ****** *** turned over their credit cards to Ignite, it has gone completely downhill and has been so predatory. Not only have they ratcheted up the payment prices exponentially but they send you texts several times a day about alleged payment programs that may be available via the phone or online. However, the link they send for the "payment program" is just a link to making a payment. When I called the number given instead, I was given a complete runaround and the first person I spoke to clearly didn't know what he was talking about. The only option he seemed to give me was to set up automatic payments for the full amounts (not a payment program) or to close the account and get a payment program. I, of course, chose the latter because that was the purpose of my call in the first place. After being transferred to someone else, she then tells me that they don't actually offer payment programs at all and that the first man should've been able to tell me that! That is actively deceptive and there can't be any way that it's ethical. And, the fact that ****** *** had these people take on accounts from folks already struggling with student loan debt is not a shock to me. Birds of a predatory feather fly together.

They have been literally stealing my money from my small business. I have no idea how much or how often. After catching them yet again, I decided to chase it down. Have yet to receive a straight answer, only a lot of run around and lies (my account had a hold. Those cards aren't eligible. It's my bank holding it up, etc). Also, they were fronting as a 3rd party to charge for a service I never signed up for and over 2 years, charged an extra ***** per month for nothing. The only reason I hung in there is because my Clover terminal is paid off (way overpaid). I'm so done after too many years with this company. I'm moving on to a more trustworthy company.

I once had a money network card through my employment with Hot Topic when I was a teenager back in the 2010s and now in 2024 I have been receiving numerous emails saying that this account (that I have not used/had access to for years on years, at least 8 to 10 years) is being continuously has its accessibility locked up because somebody else has been attempting to access it. I have attempted to locate multiple avenues of communication with money company to discuss this issue to no avail. I tried calling the customer service number just for their automated system to say they can't find any account with my information (last 6 of social and full birthday). I haven't been able to find an email account that I can message either. To know that someone is trying to brute force their way into gaining access into my old account while I have zero way of contacting the original financial institution is absolutely unacceptable
