Thank you so much for reaching out to us regarding your recent order. I'm sorry you aren't happy with your experience with our company. Unfortunately we have experienced some shipping delays with one of the items that is on your order. Due to the delays we were not able to offer an exact timeline when the order was shipped since we were waiting for updates from our supplier in Holland. I do apologize if a timeline wasn't able to be offered at the time you contacted us. We do know the item is going to arrive today or tomorrow. Once it arrives all orders will ship in the order they were placed starting with orders placed in early March when our preorder sale began. I've been a customer since 2019, never had any issues with my orders. Bulbs always bloom and are beautiful. I had to split the bearded irises this year which gave me so many plants that I had to dry some!Holland Bulb Farms

I placed an order on Sept 23 for many bulbs totalling over $250. I never received a confirmation email, so I called the company. Spoke with a rep who gave me number told me would ship mid to late October. Asked if I could have the mid time frame not end of Oct due to a wedding at our house. Needed landscaping in the ground. Told no issue. Didn't receive package. Called and left 2 messages because couldn't reach anyone on phone over last 2 weeks. No return calls. It is now NOVEMBER and I have yet to receive the package. Im missing the planting season. Tried tracking on website and get zero answers. Reported to credit card company as FRAUD. AWFUL customer service!!! MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER!Holland Bulb Farms

Thank you for reaching out to us. We do apologize for the delay in our shipping this Fall and also for the delay with our company being able to get back to you. We are a small family owned business and during our peak time, it may take a few days for us to reply to all inquiries. We do reach out in the order they were receievd. Again, I do apologize if we haven't been able to contact you back yet. We have seen some delays with some of the items arriving to us from Holland. Once of these items is on your order. The item did arrive late October and we did BEGIN shipping all orders containing that item in the order they were receved starting with orders placed in early March when our preorder sale began. Our team is working as quickly as possible to get all orders shipped. The quality of the bulbs has impressed me. I bought Pastel Mix Triumph Tulip Bulbs value bag from them two years in a row and was blown away by the bright flowers in my garden. All of them (bulbs) flourished and flowered magnificently. Shipping was quick and well-packaged. The price was just right compare to the big box store. I am a BIG fan of Holland Bulb Farms and have been ordering from them for years, most often multiple times each year. My bulbs are always packaged carefully and accurately (I've never had a mistake or missing item in any of my orders) and the plants reliably come up and look great. I've bought gift baskets, tulips, crocus, daffodils, peonies and more from Holland Bulb Farm and I have always been very satisfied with what I have received. The tulips have been stunning every year and the crocus is multiplying nicely. The Gift basket I got for Mother's Day was a big hit with my Mom. It amazed me to see that Holland farm Actually replies in every reviews in here,.bt never replied to any of my email and never answer calls regarding to my purchased bulbs..I placed my order August 14,.so base on my location (Zone 6 )I expected they would be shipped early Oct. ,mid Oct. Came I Sent an email, inquiring about the delivery of my orders.,I recieved same"automatic" reply everytime, Oct 24 I recieved an email from them they shipped my orders,..I got it Oct 26,.was excited to open it..upon checking, One of my orders was missing and theres one packaged that included which I never ordered and has lesser value compare to what I ordered. I sent an email with pictures informing them about the mishap,.I just called several times and ofcourse what should I expect?? Not a single reply nobody answers the call..Ive been ordering from ****** and ******** ***** Ive never experienced this bad CUSTOMER SERVICE if theres lesser than 1 star..I would give NEGATIVE 100 . Sorry..you are demanding 1 email from a customer bt since August you bombarded my phone of more than 80 emailS not to include text ads even after I UNSUBSCRIBED.. Pros.. the BULBS YOU SENT ARE LOOKING HEALTHY AND BIG...JUST IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.. I want MY ARABIAN NIGHT MARTAGON LILY be sent or REFUNDED..I spent $144 to this orders,.and willing to spend more for this planting hobby bt with my experienced ,.would prefer to give my business to other company,to avoid this frustration.Holland Bulb Farms

Hello,Thank you for leaving a review for us. I'm sorry you have not been satisfied with your experience with our company. I do apologize your inquiries were not answered in a timely manner. We are a family owned business and during our peak time it can take several business days for us to reply since we do follow up in the order they were received. We do send an automatic reply to inform customers of our current shipping updates and also do ask for one email to be sent. This allows our small staff to reply to all inquiries more efficiently. Although we do BEGIN shipping to your zone 6 in early to mid-October, we don't always get through all the orders for those zones right away since we do ship ou tin the order they were placed beginning with orders placed in early March when our preorder sale began. The item on your order also has the following statement in the description:* Please note: Due to the life cycle of this item it is harvested in late summer by our suppliers. Therefore, all orders containing this item will begin shipping in early-mid October, according to the hardiness zone.Once that item did arrive to us, we began shipping those orders in the order they were placed starting with colder climates placed early in our preorder sale. After reviewing your order, I do see it was shipped out on 10/23/23, with plenty of time to plant in your zone. The tracking link sent to the email the day it shipped does indicate it was delivered on 10/24/23. Absolutely horrible customer service. My order is missing 4 items. After leaving multiple messages and speaking with two different agents it is clear that 1) customer service is outsourced to a call center completely separate from the bulb company and 2) they do not care at all if they provide quality service. I requested the bulbs be shipped or I receive a refund and they simply refuse and say that they wasnt what I payed for.Holland Bulb Farms

I do apologize, unfortunately human error can occasionally occur when packing the items for shipping. I'm also sorry it did take a bit of time to reply to your communication. We are a family owned business and it can take us a few days to reply to all inquiries during our peak Fall season. If an item is ever missing from an order, we would never refuse to ship or to refund your money. If the item is no longer available, we would certainly refund you right away.
