I have been a huge fan of their bulbs and their service for years. Bulbs are always large and healthy. Anytime I have a question, they always are glad to answer. If you do a lot of gardening, you know there are a lot of suppliers available to you. Ilike to try as many as I can. I always come back to Holland Bulbs. For quality plants, Holland Bulb Farms is as good as they get. Be sure to request their catalogues. They are really beautiful too.Holland Bulb Farms

Had an issue with an incorrect shipping and billing address and my items were sent to the wrong location and I was unable to track them down, however the payment still went through. Holland Bulb Farms was completely uninterested in helping me or compensating me in some way, were difficult to get a hold of and just rude. Very poor customer service.Holland Bulb Farms

Hello Thank you so much for reaching out to us. I'm so sorry you were not satisfied with your experience with our company. After reviewing your chat with our customer service representative, I do see you were aware the address was entered incorreclty at the time the order was placed but it did appear you were willing to do what was needed to still receive the order. Generally in these cases, we are more than happy to correct the address and reship after an additional shipping fee is paid. It does appear our customer service representative did not offer you that option and for that I apologize. I will correct the address and have the order shipped out to you again ASAP. You will recieve updated tracking within the next 1-2 business days. For future reference, please check the confirmation email right after the order is placed and if any changes need to be made, let us know prior to shipping.Again, I apologize you are not happy with your experience but know we will do what we can to correct the situation for you.Review fromVicki C

I had been wanting a purple passion vine for many years. One had grown across the dirt road from my home as a child in the 60's and 70's but I did not know what it was called. Mine is now in full bloom and I just love it. I really want to plant more, especially flowers and bushes native to my home state.Holland Bulb Farms

I ordered phlox and daffodils in early September of 2023. The order never arrived until October 25, 2023, which was too late to plant the phlox in the area where I live in NYS. We have already had several frosts, and these roots need to be planted 4 weeks before any frost. When I called about this, they basically said, plant them anyway, and if they don't grow, we will deal with it next year. Who does that? I asked to have them send me new roots next Spring, since it was their fault they didn't come sooner, but they refused. If I wanted to send them back I would have to pay the postage. I will never be ordering any more bulbs or plants from this company. I felt bad for the customer service people that have to listen to complaints all day, and not be able to satisfy customers because of bad policies.Holland Bulb Farms

Hello,Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your experience with our company. I do apologize ********* arrived later in the season. We do have the following statement found right in the description of that item on our website:* Please note: Due to the life cycle of this item it is harvested in late summer by our suppliers and do not arrive to us from Holland until early to mid-October. Therefore, all orders containing this item will begin shipping in mid to late October, according to the hardiness zone.We do ask our customers in colder climates to contact us before shipping if the late harvest items will arrive to late to safely plant them. I do see you reached out to us after you received the items and spoke on the phone with one of our customer service representatives that did advise you to still plant the item, there was still plenty of in your zone to safely plant. At that time, you did request to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor did also advise you to plant the item and if it did not grow in the Spring during it's normal bloom time, to please reach out at that time and we'd be happy to find a soluriotn per our Grow Guarantee. Since we do have the statement that ********* will arrive later in the season found right on that items page on our site, we do ask that customers review the ship times and understand when all items will arrive. If you are ever concerned it will arrive too late, we ask that you cancel that item before it ships and we can process a refund at that time. If it does ship, any items will need to be returned to us and we can then issue a refund at that time. Our customer service representative and supervisor both did review the weather conditions in your area and felt there was still plenty of time to plant. Again, I do apologize you feel the item arrived too late and we would be more than happy to find a solution if ********* doesn't grow next Spring. For future refernce, please review the items and the shipping time to ensure the items you choose will arrive during a time you feel you can safely plant.Review fromMiles P

I placed an order 9/1/23 after 45 days I used the online chat to determine where my order standing was. I was told they would be processing soon. I replied this doesn't tell me anything. So after a few more minutes the person came back with a ship date. Once this was done I received that wonderful email all us customers wait for ah ha ! Ships on 10/16 and I will have it on Saturday October 21st. The 21st came and went as did the 22nd and the 23rd. Back to the chat line I go and I basically got sorry as a reply. We can't do anything until ***** tells us something . Wow so ***** is in charge of Holland bulb farm maybe ***** has a chat line for Holland bulb farms--- nope ! The last update on ***** shows the plants showed up to my major city of ************ and went to a local hub and then was shipped back to Wisconsin. No updates after the 20th. I have emailed Holland bulb farms twice with no replies as of 10/25/23 I'm going to get my $47. worth of something, even if it's $47 worth of warning people to stay away from the company on every media outlet I can use. 5 negative starsHolland Bulb Farms

Thank you so much for reaching out to us. I certainly do apologize the tracking for your shipment wasn't updating as quickly as it should. We were notified from ***** that there were some technical issues on their end that was causing some issues with the tracking information not updating that has since been corrected. Unfortunately the tracking is updated from the carriers, not our company, as packages move through the shipping process. I apologize the tracking information originally shows it would be delivered on October 21 and was then delayed by the carrier. We are always willing to try to help determine if a package is lost or misplaced through the carrier if a package does not arrive in a timely manner or tracking is not updating. After review of your tracking information sent to your email, the package is out for delivery today, Thursday, October 25. Again, we apologize for the delay in the tracking updating and the delay with delivery. Unfortunately when delays occur with the carrier, all we can do is try to find out why as those circumstances are out of our control. Lovely plants and helpful customer service. All the plants I've received have grown and bloomed. On the rare occasion that something on an order was incorrect, customer service remedied the issue immediately.Holland Bulb Farms

I ordered waxed amaryllis bulbs to give out to family members when I hosted Thanksgiving. Many are certified black thumbs, so it really was like Christmas to have the bulb bloom multiple blooms with no effort whatsoever! Definitely would recommend ??????Holland Bulb Farms

After reviewing your account, I don't see that an order has been placed with our company since 12/27/21. If you did place a recent order, please reach out to us directly and provide images of the items you are concerned with per our Grow Gaurantee. Once we receive images and a recent order number, we would be more than happy to find a solution for you. I'm sorry you feel our shipping fees are too high. Unfortunately shipping fees over the past few years have increased tremendously for everyone. Although our costs have gone up, we have not increased our shipping fees to our customers in nearly 3 years. If you are signed up to recieve our email promotions or our text promotions, we do occassionally offer discounted or free shipping coupons through those promotions only. Although we aren't always able to discount our shipping, we do our very best to pass along any discounts to our customers through the sales we have on our items.
