I have late payments from LANDMARK CU on my credit report. I have been on time for 99% of my payments. The months that report a late payment was due to an ACH payment issue with my bank and I was never notified about it. I would like to ask if upper management could submit a request to the credit reporting agencies to remove the late payments.Business Response

I applied for a credit card application in the mail back in October I was told a secure deposit would need to be made for the credit card it was submitted in the amount of $300.00 I was told that the credit card would be mailed to me by the credit card department I waited till December inquiring about the card I was told a card would be mailed again without being able to speak to some from credit department my credit score has impacted by more than 50 points decrease and I still have not received my credit card they are making my credit bad on a credit card I have not accessed ACTIVATED or used I NEED HELP closing the credit card like I asked they OWE ME 300dollars and I havent spent anything on that credit card account to this day I have not received a credit card I want my money back and my credit score cleaned up there lies due to the fact I never used the card or made transactions so how could this affect my credit score so horriblyBusiness Response

While standing in line for 5 mins at a distance of 50 feet, the tellers disclosed personal info in such loud voices, that i was able to write down the names, account numbers and amounts transacted as well as tbe amounts people were leaving with for not 1, but 4 different other people. Landmark Credit Union has consistently taken actions that have compromised the integrity of my account with them. Examples have included not releasing funds in a timely manner as is required by their own corporate policies, and locking me out of my accounts. When I have sought resolution, the company refuses to connect me with their management team, and refusing to respond to correspondence. Additionally, the business has consistently made their digital platforms unavailable.Business Response

you would think that help me out and on purpose they overdrafted my account three times $30 each and I told them it was a mistake I accidentally used my debit card instead of my target charge card and I'm willing to pay it and have it put on the charge card but they said no we're charging you $90 for all this mix up I told him it was a mistake how can they get away with charging everybody all this money all the time I'm disgustedBusiness Response

I wanted to change the due date on my car loan and I was told no then I called back and was told yes and to take a letter to the branch. A *************************** called me and tried to give me other options after I advised none of her ideas will work because Im trying to make my loan payment work with my pay dates. Ive changed my due date before with other car loans that Ive had with other banks and landmark will not allow me too. They are basically saying I have to deal with it when Im trying to fix my credit so my payment history looks better so I can purchase a home. On 02/12/24 ***** and myself applied jointly for a home equity loan. The application process asks for some sensitive information both on the application and as uploaded files. I uploaded 2 years of tax returns for ***** and I (for a total of 4 documents), our mortgage statement and insurance statement. Everything submitted and I was told someone from the ** would reach out shortly. Imagine my shock when the lady called me and told me that none of our tax returns came through (our sensitive info) but the mortgage and insurance (non-sensitive info) did. I immediately halted the process and began asking questions. I was told to that all is well by a banking manager, NOT IT. If I wanted to contiinue, which there as no chance of, to bring the documents to one of their offices. There is still not explanation as to where/who/how/why someone intercepted our info. We asked that the process be stopped but they still did a hard check on our credit. We asked for that to be reversed and the will no longer speak to us. I have copies of all emails to support every word I have said in this complaint.Business Response

I have not yet received the communication from them. But, regardless, that does not negate the fact that they could've very easily stated that they were doing what was asked of them without compromising any information. Just another example of them providing poor customer service and dodging the situation they created. May seek legal advice at this point.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They did nothing about this they continue to deny it and then they continue to not correct their actions. This is the absolute worst bank you could ever bank with and effective immediately we will be transferring everything out of that bank. On top of that I will go to every single one of their branches and leave a negative review so that hopefully others do not have to go through what we have. But I do want it noted that our lawyer has all of these communications and should anything ever happen to either one of our identities we will see you in court and God I will be happy to do that. They sent me a text they detected a fraud transaction , I contacted both their fraud **** and branch they said it was not paid it was pending , despite their texting me it was fraud , and me telling them by phone it was fraud they then paid the $39 charge , and charged me a $30 overdraft for it .I did not and will not pay them for this as when they notified me was fraud then I told them they still paid it after .Business Response

A few months ago I contacted the Landmark Credit Union regarding my auto loan because I was out of work due to surgery. I was approved for 2 month deferment. I called today and found out I am 4 months behind on my loan. They said paperwork was e-mailed to me that I didn't sign. I went back in all of my e-mails and found nothing. WHY wouldn't I get a certified letter in the mail or the cosigner on the loan get a phone call???? My credit has tanked. Now I am being told I need to pay two months of payments to apply for the deferment again. I would like assistance on this as our credit has absolutely tanked because of this issue. I asked several times to speak to a manager and wouldn't get one on the phone.Business Response
