In February 2024, I ordered a custom wood golf print. I received an order confirmation email and a follow-up email indicating it was in progress, and the charge was applied to my credit card. After not hearing anything for several months, I reached out in July 2024 for an update. Within 24 hours, I received a call from the company explaining that I was the first to order this custom map for the Red Run golf course, so it would take extra time to complete. I was told to expect it by October 2024. I reached out again in November 2024 for an update, but received no email response, and when I tried to check their website, it showed as under maintenance. Ordered a custom map from Sportsman's Connection in December of 2023. Map was never produced or delivered. One response from the merchant said the map would be shipped the week of 2/26/2024. On 11/11/23 I placed an order #****** for a custom map of *********, **. Expected delivery was under 30 days. I have emailed the company at least two times since asking for a status report and never received a *********** is now almost 1 year later, and I still have never received my order. It has been "in production" for many months according to their web site.I received a "bed bug" email unrelated to my specific order stating they are taking remedial action to expedite orders...the same excuses that you have posted on the BBB site.They are a disgrace.Initial Complaint

On April 26 2024 I paid $179.95 for a Lake rendering of W ****************************** ** ******** order number is ******. I had called and heard the same that this was a lake they had so it will take longer to have it ********** all their phone numbers are now saying no longer in service. This was to be a gift for my cousin who had just purchased a home on this lake and thought it would be a beautiful gift. On May 22, 2024, I ordered a lazer engraved map specifically for my boss for Christmas. I saw that it would take several months to fulfill the order. I paid $419.95 at the time of my order. I received an email saying my order was received and was being processed. Later that day, I received another email saying my order status had changed to Awaiting Fulfillment. My bank account was credited for the full amount on the same day. I have patiently waited to hear anything about my order. I decided to contact them to see how the order was progressing. Every number, website address and customer complaint address is not working. I have no way to contact the company. I just want my order but if I can't receive it before Christmas, I want a full refund. This is a shoddy way to to business. After reading some of the other complaints here, I see it's quite possibly a scam. I want my money but I am broken-hearted at the thought that I might not receive the gift I ordered. That is more important that the money. Can someone please put me in contact with this company to find out the status of my order?Initial Complaint

I ordered in April 2024 a wood replica of our lake be created. Credit card was charged. Have tried contacting Sportsman Connection by phone and email numerous times with no response. Did get a vm message at beginning but now website and phone are disconnected. Seems they closed doors and stole many people's money. The state of ********* should be investigating this for fraud and theft as well as possible criminal activity. BBB should be pushing for this as well.
