Ordered a lake map from them June 8 2024 for $319.95. Their website said it would be delivered within 3 weeks to 3 months. It is now the end of October. I tried reaching out to them in July, August, and September. Now their website and phone are out of service. They wont answer emails and the phone number just goes to a recording. Date of Transaction 6/18/2024 for the amount of $314.95 This was an online purchase for a Custom Wood Map of lake in ********** (Almanor)The business provided me a order acknowledgement # (******) on 6/19/2024 which also stated "awaiting fulfillment".I waited for change in status to order and checked periodically. About 8 weeks later I called and left a message. Message did say orders taking up 12 weeks due to high demand. Now when I go to call again (@ 18 week point) the phone has been discontinued, but I do see they are still advertising on "X" platform but not ******** that I can see, which is the link I used to order back in June.Summary: I have not received my order and been unable to reach anybody for weeks / months now. I assume I will lose my $300 and never receive my order. But if there is anything I can do via your group to be a pain to them and let others know this might be a fraudulent company then please do so.Initial Complaint

Order was placed for this custom wood engraved map on May 31. 2024. it's now october 24th, and I've yet to receive the map or even an update on the order. I actually ordered something from them in 2023, while it was a bit more custom, and took about 6-8 weeks, that order was actually fulfilled. At this point, I've called (numbers seems to be disconnected), no reply to my email queries, and their website is down due to maintenance. June 18, 2024 I placed an online order with this vendor for an engraved lake map. They sent an email right after, with an order number. Our credit card was charged for this transaction same day.After about 6 weeks, we hadn't heard anything, so I checked the status online, which was "in process". I tried calling to see if I could get a firm delivery date. Left many messages, emailed many times - no response at all. At one point I went back to their website to check my status - it was down, and never came back up. I called one last time letting them know that by this time (2 1/2 months) with no one responding to me, I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. Again - NO RESPONSE!Initial Complaint

I ordered a product from this company in May, and I have not received it. I cannot get in touch with the company, and their website is no longer working. I assume they went out if business and stole my money.
