      Placed order for a custom map of a golf course on 12/15/2023. Credit card was charged the same day in the amount of $199.95. Received an email on 1/26/2024 stating the order was in production. This was in response to a phone call that I placed to change the delivery address as we were traveling and would no longer be at the original address I requested. Received another email on 2/13/2024 after I updated the delivery address a second time since the estimated delivery date was expected around March 6th. Both times I changed the address it was because I was able to finally get through to an actual person after several phone calls. The website wouldnt allow me to update the address without talking to someone. On 4/17 I called the company again. By then it was more than a month beyond the promised delivery date. Was asked if I still wanted the product since it would take several more months to complete. I said yes, I still wanted the map. Called the company and left messages on 8/26, 9/24, and 9/26. To date I have not received a response from the company nor have I received the map. At this point it has been more than 10 months since placing the order and having my credit card charged. I would like a refund as it is clear this company is totally incompetent and has no intention of fulfilling my order. Phone calls are going unanswered and the website is no longer active.

      On February 13, 2024, I placed an online order with Sportsman's Connection to purchase (3) distinct custom wood crafted golf course replicas - (1) Links at ******************, (1) The Bay at ******************* and (1) The Sanctuary in *******. To date I have only received the *******************. I have sent repeated email inquiries on May 14, July 11, August 1, August 19, Oct 7 without a response. I am looking for a refund of the (2) courses not received totaling $419.90.

      Ordered a wood engraved map of our cabin lake in October of 2023 for $409.00. Did not realize that there were 2 lakes with the same name in the same County in **. When the map arrived in Jan. of 2024, it was of the wrong lake in the County. I reached out to the company via their website and explained the situation. I sent them a link to the website of the correct lake and asked them to custom make another map of the correct lake. They agreed and gave me a 15% discount on the 2nd order so ended up paying around $350 for the 2nd map. When the 2nd map arrived on March 7, 2024, it was found to be the same incorrect map I had received the first time. I called the company and had to leave a message about the incorrect order. I male who identified himself as ******* called back shortly thereafter. He apologized for the confusion and admitted they had made a mistake (I still have the voicemail). He stated he saw where I had sent in the web link for the correct lake. He stated they were going to get it straightened out and make me a map of the correct lake and get it sent out. This message was on 03/22/24. The map never came and after several months, I tried to get back on the company's website and it had been shut down. I attempted to call the company and ******* several times but either received an automated message or no answer at all. I understand the mix up on the 1st order and am willing to eat the $409, but I would either like the map I ordered or my $350 returned

      Ordered custom map 11/24/23 for $289.95. As of today still havent received product nor have we gotten any response from company. Have emailed, ******** messaged, called with no response. Unable to even ask for a refund because we cant reach anyone. Want money back at this point.

      Ordered a map last year. It took a very long time to make and by then I needed the shipping address changed as I had moved. They failed to update even though it was discussed and map sent to wrong address. They admitted this fault and then stopped responding to all of my emails to get a refund or send a replacement as they said they would do. I still have no map

      I ordered 3 sets of lake maps from my surrounding area. The total was $75.00 (USD).My checking account was debited on 5-2-2024, order # ******.On 6-11-2024, I called the Sportmans Connection company in ********, ** and asked what happened to my order. I was told that they are experiencing delays in printing. They offered to send out what they had on hand for my order, but said they preferred to send all 3 (three) lake maps books when they have them all. I was offered a refund, but didn't want to accept it. The reason I ordered directly with the company, rather than buying from a sporting goods supplier was due to the cost as well as getting the digital version. The digital version is only available when you buy direct from Sportsmans Connection. And, you ALSO get the hard copies of the lake ******* this date, I have NOT received my order. I tried calling the company on all numbers I could find. But, every number that I called said "No longer in service."I tried the website also and it is no longer available.I even tried to log into my account with them and correctly entered my user name and password. It stated that the email I entered is not recorded.I just want A REFUND!!!
