      Similar to reviews below, the product is very nice the custom service is awful. Just call the phone number and listen to them blather on about "being a family run small business" "were very busy" blah blah blah. We ordered on Nov 20/23 and the map arrived last Thursday five months later. This is a very unique product and the people we sent it to are thrilled. In point of fact a "small family run business" should have exceptional customer service. If for no other reason that they don't become "we used to be a small family run business".Caveat Emptor.

      Customer service lacks, orders lack. I ordered a map November 22, 2023, still do not have it. My first call, CS said it would ship by April 21 guaranteed and would give me a 20% discount since the map was so late - no discount applied, no map. Called April 15th to check on the map, CS said it would ship May guaranteed, at that point I asked for a full refund. CS said it would take about 4 days, still do not have the refund, the map nor the discount. Emailed today asking about the refund, if no refund today I will seek legal action.

      I feel like Ive been swindles out of hundreds of dollars. I ordered two maps on 11/24/23 and have yet to receive anything as of 4/25/24. At Christmas time I was actually able to talk to a person who told me they sent a postcard I could put under the Christmas tree in lieu of the maps I ordered and told me they would ship in January. They dont answer their phones. They dont respond to messages, and its insane that theyre even still allowed to list products for sale. Save your money and support a DIFFERENT family owned business.

      A few months ago, I placed an order for two wooden engraved maps and they've just arrived.Initially, I was a bit skeptical because they took longer to arrive than what was indicated on the website. Nevertheless, the customer service team was fantastic and did everything they possibly could to ensure I was confident with my purchase.I was also given the opion to cancel my order with a full refund as it had taken longer than expected but I i am glad I did not.My husband absolutely loves them! The maps are gorgeous. I love that it is so geographically realistic that we could mark our favorite fishing spots

      Please tell me law enforcement is investigating this theft. $180 in November, thought it would be a great Christmas gift. Now it's the end of April and nothing, just communication back in Feb that it was "in production." Never EVER ordering from a ******** ad again. Company just looked so real, ya know?

      First of all, i want to say Thank you "Sportsman's Connection". You guys ROCK! Outstanding customer service! They took care of my needs, no questions asked. It feels good to have a good Ol' fashion American company like these guys. They make you feel at home. I highly recommend doing business with this company!       I ordered a custom map on 10/21/2023 as a Christmas gift for my husband - I received an emailed receipt that payment was processed, and my credit card was charged. While I understand this is a small family-owned business, I was disappointed when the map did not arrive in time for Christmas. I reached out for an update and on 1/22/2024 received a generic email telling me they have been inundated with inquires and refer to their FAQ page. There was a number at the bottom of the email - I called looking for an update and its not even their company! Since January, I've called the number on their website and emailed them numerous times without success! I just want to be refunded.

      Seemed like a great gift idea last November--not so much anymore. They used to respond to emails about status of production--now nothing. I requested they cancel my order and issue a refund--no response. If you have money to waste then place an order--my guess is they are closing up shop--or at least out of the custom engraving business. AVOID

      I too placed an order in November--tried to cancel it--but the map showed up over the weekend and it was ultimately worth the wait--if you are ordering for Christmas I would order now. Biggest problem with them was lack of communication--hopefully they figure that out.

      We ordered a map of a lake in Colorado on November 16, 2023. They took our payment immediately. This was a Christmas present for one of our children. Multiple emails and phone calls went unanswered. In January we received an email that the map would be shipped at the end of February. It was not. When questioned through FaceBook, they contacted me and said it would be shipped the end of March. Nothing yet. I again contacted them through FB and was told that my order had been delivered in January to an address in Massachusetts. Obviously they do not do know what they are doing, they had the wrong order number or they are simply not telling the truth. They do not return calls and I cannot leave a message. I want the product I paid for.
