      Order a golf course laser map 11/21/23. My credit card was charged 11/24/23. for $179.95 Was sent 2 emails with shipping dates that never happened.Last one was shipping date 3/15/24. I emailed them twice after last response about delays and never got an answer. Have now filed a complaint with my credit card for a refund.Now BBB review. Next will be complaint with ********* ************************ Have read many reviews lately with BBB about them and they all are similar to my treatment. It seems to be a scam or a really bad business. Avoid them!!!!

      I understand this is a “small family business”. They seem to default to that answer on ever review I’ve read. However, it doesn’t take much effort or time to send out a mass email to all its customers waiting for their piece that they are behind in production. I placed my order for TWO custom maps December 3rd. Email after email - no response. I went through the websites “messaging center” and I finally got a response saying I was still within the 60-75 day range they stated in their FAQ so it was normal. Fair. Well it’s now been 122 days with no new update and no response to my concerned messages. All I’m asking for is transparency. If you’re behind. Tell me and apologize. But they refuse to do that and instead leave us all in the dark. What a waste of $322.

      First off, I ordered AND paid ($309.9) for this map in early December 2023 for a Christmas gift. The map finally arrived on February 8, 2024. The description that is provided on their website describes a 3D lake map. This is NOT 3D, it's a cutout of a lake on a piece of wood. I contacted customer service on February 8th and requested a return authorization and refund. They finally responded on February 12 and wanted a photo of the map. I had already left for vacation and wasn't able to provide a photo. I informed them that the map was repacked and left with a neighbor ready to return. Thats the last time that I've heard from them. It has been two months since I have received a response. I have sent another five emails requesting a return authorization and refund.

      I placed an order on November 28th, 2023. Their 'receive by Christmas' date was November 15th. I knew I wouldn't receive this product by Christmas. The company has been unresponsive order inquiries and the order status went into production on January 26th. Still no replies to phone calls or email inquiries. On March 13th I requested a refund for $179.95. Of course, no response. Thus is either a terribly run business, ot I was scammed.

      I would like to echo all comments below. I placed an order in early December 2023 for a map and was told it would ship in 7-21 business days. That deadline came and went with no communication. Finally received an email on 1/23/24 stating they were behind on orders and my map was guaranteed to deliver by 3/4/24 at the absolute latest. Today is 3/28/24 and still no map. Finally spoke to someone in customer service in mid-March who stated the company was completely overwhelmed by the amount of orders received during the holidays and had no expected timeline on when my order would be completed. The lack of communication and any regard for their customers is the most concerning part. I think I threw away over $160 when I placed this order. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

      This company is a scam. I cannot get this company to respond to any of my calls or emails about my order. I have called the main customer service line and left numerous voicemails, but have yet to receive any kind of response or communication from their team. I placed this order on 12/12/23 and have not received it yet. It has been well over 6 months and I've received zero communication from this company besides a single automated email with a status change back in April. I've contacted this company well over 20+ times asking for an update on my order and no one there will take the time to respond to my emails or phone calls. I've asked for a refund since it has been over 6+ months since placing my order and the company refuses to refund my money.

      This company is a scam! Ordered a map in November and still have not received it. They do not answer the phone or call back. They do not answer emails. Still have not heard any thing and its been months.

      Ordered 2 maps for the house mid-Nov 2023 and still have not received any transmission. Finally got someone via email 2 months ago but all they did was change my status from ordered to in production so I did not report them. DO NOT ORDER! Company is a scam and charging a LOT just to keep orders open until you lose hope. At this point, nothing is arriving I'm sure.

      Purchased a Map on December 11th for a Christmas gift after getting a ton of sponsored ads on my social media. It is now 3/12 and I have yet to receive the map or hear anything from the company. Very frustrated with their business practices, and I can tell I'm not the only one. Time to dispute the charge.

      HORRIBLE experience! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all. I ordered a map in February, a Birthday gift for my daughter. More than a month later, no map, no response, nothing! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from here! Terrible. They should close this business.
