      It’s definitely a Scam.
You walk around in a shoe they provide on a cushioned carpet wearing the 3 different inserts they provide then ask you if things feel better.
Then they hit you with their Inflated prices at check out time.
When it’s higher then what’s in your bank account they find another way for you to finance their high priced Product.
      Buyer beware.

This is brutal..... man they charge a lot of money for something that--even if it resolves the pain-- will cause pain when you look at your bank statement. Ill go get *** ******* for $19 and take my family on vacation to the ***** *********(roughly $1400) and buy them each a pair of ******************($600), then i will take them to *************************** House and then ... all of that for less than what a Good Feet store orthotic costs, and I would still have about $200 left, and thats a fact... the people were nice, but i nearly choked on air when they told me the price. I couldnt get out of there fast enough. I know im rambling on, but i was in total shock. If i paid that much for orthotics i wouldnt want to wear them in my shoes.... can u imagine having to get another one once it wears out? "Hey, somebody call the bank! Im gonna need another loan."

The pricing of the inserts is such a scam. My first set of inserts from the Good Feet Store was 30 years ago and cost $79. My next set of Good Feet Store which was one year ago cost $1,000. They don't tell you the price until the invoice is presented. I was in a lot of pain at the time of purchase a year ago and didn't argue at the time. Now I know it's a total price scam. Do the inserts work? They do provide stability but the price far outweighs benefits. Do not go to the Good Feet store.

Was told how much inserts and shoes would help my feet and back. I have been back 3 times and change out inserts ...nothing help and feet and back worst now! Paid $600.00 with no type of refund ! This was an expensive learning , they should be able to refund at least half back.

it seems like there is a mixed bag of good/bad reviews. all I can do is speak for myself. I had lateral foot pain that had got increasingly worse. I was at the point where I was actually using one of my hiking sticks to get around. so, it was either go to primary and get referral to podiatrist or check out GFS. I gave GFS a shot, the consultant (Barbara was very professional/knowledgable. I bought program (yes it is expensive). Fast forward 2 weeks.....no more foot pain. I felt a difference within days. I look forward to wearing the different inserts every day, because besides no pain, I feel like they improve my posture as well. Oh...I am a 72 yr. old male. ************** **

Purchased "arch supports" at the *** Good Feet Store 9JUL24 - just over a week ago. Was told that insurance would probably cover inserts since they are considered "medical devices", hence their no-return policy. Not only did these cheap plastic items not work, they made my foot problem worse. Insurance won't cover any of the cost, and my podiatrist said to STOP using them. I paid $2475 for the kit and have contacted the store to return them, because the *small* print on the receipt states, "Good Feet products are not intended as medical devices" which is exactly opposite from what I was told by the salesperson. Their no-return policy is ridiculous, since these items are just cheap plastic inserts, that they are charging extortionate prices for! I asked for a manager to return my call, and even sent emails to their headquarters, to no avail. All I want to do is return these items for a refund. It is sad that a business like this will take a large amount of money from a person who is in pain, only to ghost you when you discover the items don't work as advertised. I'm so disappointed, because I hoped they would work. I am not interested in "adjustments," which they gladly offer - my doctor said to stop using them, so all I want is my money back! DO NOT PURCHASE THESE PRODUCTS!!! BUYER BEWARE!!

****UPDATE 20JUL24***** Someone named "*****" called to "talk" to me about my review. She was very aggressive, spoke over me, wouldn't let me explain my concerns, and just kept telling me to come in for an adjustment. She stated Good Feet would NOT return my money, and was dismissive of my podiatrist's wishes. I felt like I was talking to a used car salesperson! Very unprofessional. I will continue to pursue a refund. INITIAL COMPLAINT: Purchased "arch supports" at the *** Good Feet Store 9JUL24 - just over a week ago. Be very cautious of the Good Feet store and their practices. The product is way overpriced, and contrary to what the Good Feet companies approach is their product is not for everyone. You get the song and dance that the product will cure your problems even if you actually dont have one. Youhear that your foot and spine will be aligned and that is there answer to everything. In the commercials they make it sound like you walk in and are given arch supports and everything automatically improves and you are all smiles. What they dont say is that you are going to be spending several thousands of dollars, and will have to change out 3-4 arch supports everyday for 5 weeks. In my case I informed the sales rep that I had a condition that had me having an orthopedic insert in my shoe. I was assured that wouldnt be an issue, but it is an issue. The response is always come in again for another support and what is always their answer the foot alignment. I admittedly tried the support in my shoe walking maybe 6 feet on a flat surface in the store. Of course with the extravagantly priced supports the extras are included even if you may never use them. Then comes the issue when you go out into the real world. I my case do to a CVA my left ankle wants to roll out while walking on real world surfaces. The quick response is we do not do refunds even if wearing the supports may be a health hazard to you. Remember you leave the store with the product it is yours and they will NOT consider any justification for a return. At one point one rep implied we might be able to work something out because of the possible medical problem the supports could create, but a new rep said no returns and I should go back to the store and the whole Good Feet response to any concern, foot alignment and the rest of the *** My recommendation would be to stay away from the Good Feet store unless you have a medical professional tells you the supports are needed.

The saga began in Feb 2024. When I went into the store I did not think I needed arch supports, but next thing was they were fitting me for supports. My intent was o find some good quality shoes, not arch supports. Initially walking 6 to 8 feet the supports felt ok. But I had advised them I had a medically prescribed hard orthotic in my left shoe which added approx. 3/8" to my leg to compensate for the difference in leg length of the left leg to the right one. Also the orthotic was designed to tilt my foot inwards and under due to a CVA (stroke) years earlier as the foot wanted to roll out and could easily cause ankle injury if it did so. I was told to compensate for the orthotic wouldn't be a problem. Well it was a big problem for me as once out in the "real" world walking a different surfaces the ankle wanted to roll out with the orthotic in place. I wrote numerous times to Good Feet and after about 3 notes I finally heard back from a company rep to finally told me what procedure to follow. After contacting customer support I finally heard back telling me to return to the store to resolve the issue. this response was repeated several more times as the issue was never resolved as the ankle continued to want to roll out. My final visit to the store they insisted on putting the orthotic in the shoe first & then the arch support. I told them it wasn't going to work as they had just made the orthotic useless. I also told them I had had surgery on the left big toe. Shouldn't be a problem they said and told me to go walk around for a bit. I did as they asked, but after maybe 1/2 hour the pain in the toe got so bad I couldn't tolerate it any longer, even after taking the shoe the pain was intense. I called the store and was told "your orthotic is old" meaning ? and it is a process with the supports. I responded not if it caused this much pain. Good Feet could care less about ones safety and wellbeing as long as they sell their supports.

I have been wearing the Good Feet arch supports for 8 years now. I had had horrible foot pain for years before that and was afraid that I would have to have surgery. I had tried all kinds of other inserts and nothing worked. Only a day after getting the Good Feet arch supports I had so much relief that I could hardly believe it. I wear them in every pair of shoes, boots, and even flip flops! I had started getting some mild pain in my right foot just recently, so I went back in and was re-fitted. My feet are happy again!

Expensive? Yes they are but they minimized the pain in my leg in days. This is after 5 surgeries for an ankle injury. I go in every 5-6 months and check the sizing. It has changed twice. Im sure this isnt the answer for everyone but I was honestly ready to be done with my lower left leg and amputate if I couldnt find relief. This was one of my fee last ditch efforts and it has improved my life significantly!
