I ordered two FitTrack scales for $100.14 on January 30, 2022 and my confirmation email said they would arrive February 14th. I've contacted customer service many times and they are unable to tell me when my order will be shipped, but because it's "in processing" they are unable to cancel the order and issue me a refund. Since January 2022, FitTrack owner by Cubert has been telling me they will credit my credit for the full amount I paid for a FitTrack product that did not work and they never sent a replacement. I have a very long email chain since January 2022 asking when my credit will be done and FitTrack answers that it will be done through their billing and when it is, they will let me know. The last email I asked for the billing email and phone number so I can get in touch with and they said they are the one to get in touch.
I would like the full amount paid to be credited back to my credit as they said they will do for the last 9 months.Initial Complaint

Order SHFTUS # ****** I placed an order 11/27/2021 which had an expected delivery date of 1/10/22. The order was for $78.37 total. I have contacted them multiple times via email and there's always a "delay". I finally asked for a refund in August and they continue to reply that they're apologizing for the delay and will look into. As of today 10/08/22 no scale and no refund. **** ******* *** ******* ******** ** ********* ** ******. They have numerous complaints on social media and their website getfritrack.com is still up. I ordered two orthopedic dog beds from Toby and Ace in November of 2021. When I placed the order nothing on their website mentioned they were on backorder. Every month I would follow up with them to check on when I could expect my order. They would always say there were supply chain issues and that my beds should ship in another month. On September 3rd, I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund. They responded with a confirmation that my order was canceled and the finance department was notified to issue me a refund. on 9/9, I followed up again as I haven't received a refund. They told me that it is taking longer than normal because their payment gateway was disabled because of the large amount of refunds. On 9/12, I followed up and was told it should take 5-10 business days to receive the refund. On 10/5, I followed up again and asked for an update, they responded that they are working on it, but did not give me an anticipated date for the refund. I paid an original amount of $94.52 for the fittrack Dara smart scale with an order confirmation number of ****** to be shipped by 2/14/2022. I never received the product and reached out to customer support. They said due to global shipping delays it would be another 4-6 weeks. In 6 weeks with no product I emailed them again and got the same response. I know covid really slowed down shipping and this was common for a lot of companies so I gave the benefit of the doubt. After months of the same thing, no product I asked for a refund. They told me the refund was processed on their end but I still have not received any money. This seems to be a problem with many customers in my position. I'll be adding my email correspondence to this complaint.Initial Complaint

On 10/8/21 I ordered a scale and after the order they notified me that due to stock issues it would be 45 days until received. After the 45 days they continued to tell me it would be a few more weeks. I would get the same verbiage in each email. By 4/14/22, I had enough. I asked for a refund. Since then I have emailed support 9 times to follow up on my refund. Every time I email I get something along the lines of "At the moment, we are still waiting for your refund to be completed and we are now processing returns in the order that they were received.
Please bear with us as our Billing Team is continuously issuing refunds according to the date of request."
It's been nearly a year now that this headache has started, and I just want my refund.

I ordered a Fit Track scale on November 17, 2021 at a total cost of $62.74. My order number is ******. First of all, they did not disclose on the product page when purchasing that the product was back ordered, but I received a confirmation of purchase email stating "Due to high demand, your expected delivery date is January 7, 2022." On February 12, 2022, I still hadn't received my product OR any form of update from the company, so I sent another email asking for an update on my order - they responded with "The latest update from our Fulfillment team shows your order is estimated to be shipped on March 19, 2022." Then, on May 18, 2022 I emailed them again for an update and requested a refund if I wasn't going to receive it soon. They responded with a very vague email saying that they apologize the order is taking longer than they anticipated due to high volume of orders. September 11, 2022 - I emailed them demanding a refund as I ordered 10 months ago and have not received my product I paid for nor have I received any updates unless I reached out myself. I never received a response to this refund request. On November 2021, I ordered a (weight) scale for $72.04 with the expected delivery date of January 7, 2022. The company never delivered and I never heard anything from them so I contacted them and was told it was pushed back to April. I requested to cancel the order and get a refund. I received email confirmation of the cancellation with promise of refund. I never received the refund. I have contacted them several times since and am told each time that I will receive it in 7-10 business days. It is now September and I still have not received my money. My credit card company can not hep me because its past the allowed "dispute of charges" date. Can you help me?

Ordered a FitTrack scaled on 11/26/21 and knew it was backorder but had an arrival before Christmas. Didn't recieve it. We Emailed on 1/6/22 to check in and got a new arrival date of February 9th. We emailed 2/25 and was told we could get it by 4/8. We emailed 4/7 with no update or shipping info and asked them to cancel our order. They said they had trouble shooting with refund and we have still not received a refund. We are seeking our refund of $83 97 ASAP. How do we go about this at this point ?Initial Complaint

I placed an order for a product on 11/8/2021. Original delivery date was 12/13/2021. *** ** ******* ************* ** *** ***** the order was delayed by a month several times. On 4/8/2022 I decided to cancel my order since I still had not received the product. The company requested a ****** account to issue the refund, but I do not have one and requested the refund to be made to my original form of payment, which was a credit card. The refund was issued on 4/11/2022, but I have never received the refund back to my account. I have followed up every two weeks ever since 4/11/2022 to check the status of my refund, but every time I'm told that their billing department is still investigating. **** *** ****** *** ****** ********** *** * ******* ** ***** * *******
