      I purchased a fit track dara scale from this company last October 2021 hoping to get it for a Christmas gift. I kept getting responses starting due to the pandemic they were very backed up on orders and wouldn't receive it until January. Each month it was pushed out further and then they directed you to a website to see which orders they were working on. They also send you emails to download an app which actually works great if i has a scale to go with it! The scale was around $100. Due to the wait, they did reimburse me approximately $15 dollars back to my card. When i asked for a refund as I've yet to receive one they asked if I'd be willing to wait an additional 4-6 weeks. I did with no change in results. I then asked for a full refund and they stated due to the length of time (greater than 180 days) I'd have to be sent to their finance team and process refund through ******  as it has been too long to reimburse directly. I have been receiving bogus emails ever since that they can't do anything about it and I'd have to be patient and wait for their finance team to process it. I just want a full refund *** *** **** ******* ** ** **** **** due to their poor customer service, inability to deliver a product that has already been purchased and for others to not get ******* like i did. I do have several emails if they are needed.

      Ordered a dog bed on 11/8/21 for $138.78 after discount. Never delivered. We emailed back and forth more than a dozen times and they claimed to be having delays and a large volume of messages, and kept pushing back the shipping date. Finally I requested a full refund on 4/10/22. On 4/11/22 they replied yes to the refund and said they sent it to their billing department. It is now 6 months later (November 22) and they have not refunded me. I emailed and messaged them again, and got the stock response to all my messages: “We do not have the exact time frame but rest assured you will receive a confirmation as soon as your refund is processed. Please let me know if there is anything else I can assist you with.” * ********** **** ***** ******* *** ******** ** **** ******* **** **** ** * ****** ******* *** **** *** ***** ******** ********* ** *** ********** *** ******** ********* *** ******** ****** **** ********* ******** *** *** **** *********. I need to get my money back and for this company to be held accountable.

      I purchased the FitTrack Dara scale on 9/18/21 for $67.39, Order #******. The expected recipe date was 25-30 days due to shipping delays. After 8 months and 6 requests for an expected delivery date, on 5/1/22 I requested a refund. The customer service contact advised they could only process my return via ******. On 5/15/22 I was told my refund would be issued within 7-14 days. It is now 11/1/22, I have sent 8 inquiries and my money has still not been refunded. The customer service team consistently advises they’re waiting on billing to process but won’t let you speak with billing or provide any further updates.

      I order a scale in Oct 2021. I keep contacting for updates. I was told it would ship 2-4 weeks back Nov 2021. I sent an email requesting a refund in May 2022 since it still had not shipped. They told me it was another delay. They canceled my order in May and sent for refund. Well Aug 2022 I emailed again because I never received a refund and they told me they were waiting on the billing department. It is a day away from Nov 1, 2022 and I still do not have a refund. **** ** * *****

      Earlier this year I ordered 5 scales to give as gifts. On Friday, Oct. 28, 2022 I received 2 more via *****! I did not order them and they obviously kept my credit card info so they could charge me this second time. I tried 2 x’s to contact them but was informed it would be a 25 min hold.
      I want my $$$ returned and I will not pay a restocking fee if they send me a return mailing slip.

      Purchased scale on 11/30/2021 for $64.11 (original $84.95 discount code $25.48) paid via ******.
      I received several notifications that the scale was on delay and would be received in December, then January, then March, etc. Finally I got tired of the delays and just decided to cancel my order. I canceled my order on June 18, 2022 and received a notification immediately that I did so and showed the amount that I was due for my refund. As of October 30, 2022 I have not received my refund and have been in contact with the company via ********* and email several times. Every time they tell me they are working hard to process the refund but have had delays in the processing to rest assured that I will receive my refund and they will get back with me. I even had at one point them tell me that they would "rush it to the Accounting Dept." and put a rush on the refund for me.
      I have contacted ****** for a complaint and they will not do anything because the order is more than 180 days. I just want my money back.

      I made a purchase for their Fit Track Scale in November 2021
      -I was sent emails of 'supply issues' and how it would take longer than expected
      -I followed up with any progress on the scale delivery, and they said I would receive the scale in a few weeks
      -After still not receiving the scale they gave me another extended delivery date
      -After still waiting, I decided to get a refund ($164.36)
      -They agreed on sending me a refund, but I still saw nothing in my account
      -I followed up, and they said they were following up with the billing team.
      -Still no action, and since its past the 120 day with my credit card company, I now need to take action with BBB

      I ordered a FitTrack scale on 9/6/22 for $77.72. I have yet to receive the scale or be provided a shipping tracking number. The company claims I am not eligible for a refund because my order has already been processed. If they cannot provide proof of shipping or a tracking number, a refund should be processed within a timely manner. I have read many negative reviews about this company since having this issue and I am concerned that ** ** * **** *** I will not receive the product or a refund as requested.

      Placed an order on 12/9/21, it had not arrived by June of 2022 so we requested a cancellation and refund. It is now October 2022, we have not received the scale or refund. Attempts to reach out to the business lead nowhere.

      I would like the products I ordered or I want my money back! I ordered 2 Dara scales for $115.52 on 11/2/21. They have taken the money out of my account and I still do not have the products almost a year later!! Since that date, I have communicated with them by email approximately 16 times (**********************************) requesting the status of delivery for my order number ************2. Every response advises that the products will be here in 4-6 more weeks or that it is ready for shipment and they will be sending me the tracking details shortly. This has been a stressful nightmare!! I would really like the products if they are available, but if not, I would appreciate getting my money back! Thank you!
