      NOTE: This complaint is against FitTrack Company . The Delaware address is the only one associated with the charge to my **** card, but appears the company may be in Europe. After receiving a FitTrack scale that malfunctioned, requesting a replacement, taking 3 month and multiple emails, a replacement was received. An email after the replacement Dara scale was received indicated a free six-month subscription to their My Health paid app. I signed up for the free trial. Within 24-48 hours my **** card was charged $119.88 USD. I immediately contacted their customer support (via email), did so multiple times indicating that I DID NOT subscribe (which was the charge for a year), received the same email asking where I subscribed (Apple, Play Store, etc.) to which I replied I DID NOT purchase it, and continued to send emails asking that the charge be removed since it was a "false charge," I did not want it, and did not subscribe They said to cancel the subscription (I could not since there was no way and I had not subscribed, etc.). Now my emails go unanswered. I have disputed the charge with ****, wrote a one-star review (and at fittrack.com there are current reviews are not being posted), and simply want the ***** charge to be reversed and perhaps the company be reviewed. ** ** *** ******* ********* *** **** ***** *** ****** **********  Thank you so much for any assistance that can be offered. ** *********** ***

      In November of 2021 the scale i received from the supplier did not work. I emailed the supplier and was told they would send me a replacement. it's now Sept 2022 and i have yet to receive this replacement. there has been multiple emails sent to them requesting updates on the matter. each time i get the run around. the fulfillment team is finalizing the order for deliver. they don't send me a tracking number and aren't refunding me my money either. this has been the worst buyer experience I've dealt with. I have all the emails to prove this.

      I placed an order on getfittrack.com for a smart scale on September 16, 2021. The order number is ****** and the total is $79.50. The order email stated they were experiencing high volumes of orders and there would be a 25-30 day shipping delay. My credit card was charged $79.50 on 9/17/2021 before the order even shipped. On November 3, 2021, I received an email stating my order shipped with *** tracking number ******************. This was a lie. Nothing ever shipped to me with this tracking number and I never received anything else with another tracking number from this company. On 2/22/22, I emailed the company requesting an update on my order. On 3/1/22 I received a response requesting my order number. On 4/28/22 I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund. They responded stating that all of a sudden my order was ready and they could not cancel it and I would have to refuse the package. I replied by stating that I did not want them to ship the order and I wanted my money back immediately. My refund request was sent to the billing department on 4/29/22. They then stated they were having trouble processing the refund back to my credit card (which they shouldn't, nothing changed with my card and I was charging on it just fine) and they would need to refund me via ******. I gave them my ****** email address and they stated they would process the ****** refund on 4/29/22. I never received a refund. I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company in May, but due to the amount of time that passed since they charged my card, my credit card company would not credit the amount back to me. Fittrack was not responding to them. I did a chat with Fittrack on 9/9/22 and they stated refunds are taking longer than expected and they sent a follow up request to the billing department. *** *** ******* **** * ******* ** **** ****** **** **** ****** ** ***** *** **** *** ****** *** It has been 1 year since I placed my order. I need a refund from this company asap.

      I placed an online order for a body scale from FitTrack, never received the item and never received reimbursement.

      December 2021 - order placed.
      February - August - numerous emails exchanged trying to get any information on when I would receive the item. I was always the one to reach out and I received zero proactive communication about delivery. Each time I reached out, I was given a different answer that I would receive it in a few weeks.
      July - order canceled due to inability to get a straight answer from customer service. I finally got fed-up and cancelled the order at which point they told me there was an issue and my credit card could not be refunded. They requested my Paypal email (which I provided) and told me the refund was submitted and I would receive it in 7-10 days, but I never received it. When I reached out again, I was told that their billing team is very busy.

      At this point I am out the cost of the item that I never received and can only assume this company is a scam as I can't get refunded or a straight answer from customer service.

      On October 3, 2021, I ordered a scale from Fit Track, from an ad on ********** The estimated shipping date was 20-30 days.
      I paid $67.46 and my order # is in the attached documentation.

      In November they said it was delayed by 2-4 weeks due to global supply chain constraints. For 6 months the scale didn't arrive.
      I finally got tired of waiting in April 2022 and requested a refund.
      In August I requested the refund again, and they are "having trouble processing the refund" so they asked for my ****** email so they can refund the money there. Still haven't received it.

      I placed an order on January 2, 2022 for the Fit Track Scale in the amount of $72.72. The expected ship date was February 14, 2022. On Feb. 17th I reached out because I hadn't received it. They said it would be delivered by April 11th. On August 3rd I reached out again because I had not revived it. They said it would be another 6 weeks so I requested a refund. They said that it was past the refund time frame but they could provide the refund through ******. I got the email saying it was canceled and would take 7-14 days. I have yet to receive it and am unable to talk to anyone. They have stopped responding to my ******** messenger chats for help.

      On October 6, 2021 I ordered a scale from FitTrack and the confirmation email stated shipping timelines were 30-45 days and cost was $86.35 (no shipping cost), which was longer than advertised already. November 7th I requested update and was told order was expected to be shipped on December 2, 2021. I emailed again and received an email that the order was estimated to be delivered by December 27, 2021. I emailed yet again and received info that it would be shipped between January 15-30, 2022 and offered me a 10% discount (i had already paid). I said yes give me that discount - NEVER received that. I asked for a refund on December 28, 2021 and was told i could expect the refund within 5-7 business days on the original mode of payment used for the order (same day email from FitTrack stating this). Since then I have emailed over 15 times with response emails stating they are waiting for an update from their billing department and they would never leave me empty-handed even thought cant confirm date for refund.

      I ordered a fit track dara scale on 11/29/2021. I kept reaching out to company to get status of delivery but was repeatedly told the delivery was pushed back 4 weeks due to shipping delays. Finally in March I asked to cancel my order and refund me amount of $63.91. They told me I would receive refund in 5 - 7 business days. I have contacted their customer service team repeatedly and told the same thing(there was an issue with finance team and they are working on refund me money.) They never reach out to me with an update. I tried calling their phone number **** ********* but phone is not working.       I placed an order with FitTrack in November of 2021. Multiple times I was told my delivery date was getting pushed. By April of 2022, since I was unhappy about still never receiving the product, they told me I'd get 10% back as compensation. By the end of May, I still saw no refund so I told them to please cancel my order and give me a full refund. After multiple emails back and forth, they told me about issues they were having with refunds.. We are now in September, getting close to a year later and I still have never received my order or refund. In my eyes, they are stealing my money.

      On 11/28/21 I ordered a FitTrack Dara scale for $83.97 ****** * * *************** After waiting nearly 2 months to receive my scale, I wrote customer service an email inquiring about the shipping delay. I was directed to an FAQ section of their website that provided updated shipping timelines due to "supply chain issues" and that I should expect my order to arrive in March 2022. When I still hadn't received my order by July 2022, I reached out for an update on the status of my order. The customer service rep used the same global supply chain excuse, and I was offered a 10% refund on my order due to the shipping delay. At this point, I wanted a full refund so I canceled my order. The customer service rep claimed to have forwarded my ****** account info to the "Finance team" and that they would follow up via email once my refund was processed. This occurred on 7/19/22 and despite two follow up attempts with customer service, I have not received any updates on my refund and I am no longer expecting to given the fact that I've heard nothing but bogus excuses from the customer service team to date. ** ** *********** ** ******* **** **** ****** **** ******* ** **** ******** and all I want is my money back.
