I ordered a product (scale) back on 1/18. At the time, it was expected to ship by 2/14. My card was charged $108.71. For 8 months, I heard nothing from this company. No updates regarding shipping status or anything. Last night (8/29), I received shipping notification. However, 8 months have passed and I have moved states. I immediately contacted customer service and was told they could not change my shipping address as the label had already been created. I then asked if they could cancel my order and was told they could not as the package was en route. Per the tracking info, the label was created on 8/26. If an email had been sent at that time, I believe we could have changed the address and avoided this ***** ** experience. *** will not let me re-route my package so I will not be receiving this product. I have never experienced such poor customer service. The CS representative I spoke to blamed supply chain issues for the delay. Regardless of the reason for the delay, I paid this company $108 eight months ago and will still not be receiving my product as it has been shipped to an old address.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Fitrack Dara smart scale back in November 2021. My original delivery date was January 10, 2022. I have sent the support team a few emails and each time my delivery date has been pushed back. I would like the order I paid for.

I received a weight scale 3/27/2021. Paid $76.99. The scale worked for around 6 months. Because they do not provide a phone number or an actual person to speak with, my correspondence has been help strictly to email from different "representatives" every time I email. In 12/2021, I emailed for help with my defective product. They tried to troubleshoot through the email but it did not fix it. Then they issued a replacement to send to us but it never came. Each time I followed up on the replacement, they advised orders and parts are not available-"global supply chain issues"-and it caused the replacement to be pushed out another 4-6 weeks. I followed up several times after "4-6 weeks", I would get some similar excuse why it would be pushed back again. In the beginning of this process, I did inquire about a refund but they advised it was not eligible for a refund and for me to be patient on the replacement. ** **** tried following up through a messenger chat on there website on 7/31/2022. They said they can cancel the replacement, which took several days, and will issue the refund within a few days. I've followed up twice so far on refund and I am not getting a similar "run-around" of excuses as to why the refund is not issued yet. Please help!

I ordered a Dara scale on October 16, 2021 and I never received it. I have reached out at least 5 times to the company via email and social media and am promised either my item or a refund every time and it has been 4 weeks side I spoke with them last and I still haven't received anything. I placed an order for one of their scales for my sisters birthday back in September of 2021. I received notification that it may take up to 3 weeks to ship. I waiting a month and the reached out to them via email and they responded that due to supply chain delay's it will be a longer wait. I then reached out every 2 weeks received the same response. Then in March I emailed and they responded that it should ship out soon. 3 weeks went by and nothing so I continued to follow up. Finally in June I said I wanted to cancel my order and they asked me to give them another chance so I did. When I heard nothing and nothing was shipped and I got more excuses I cancelled my order on July 1st 2022. They said that they processed my refund back to my credit card. When I saw nothing reflected on my card 10 days later they told me to give them until 7/28/22 and if nothing is posted to email them which I did. Their response was that they have many refunds to process and to be patient. I emailed them again on 8/7/22 and again 8/26/22 and got the same excuse and to be patient. It doesn't take 2 months to process a refund and I am at a loss as to what I need to do next. We are coming up to a year since I placed the original order and I just want my refund completed so I can be done with this company and all the many excuses they have. Order ************* placed on October 25, 2021. Paid $67.62 total (including tax) for 1 "Dara" scale on "pre-order". First confirmation email stated that the scale would be shipped by December 13, 2021. I then received an email in November stating an additional 2-4 weeks delay from 12/14/21. The order was delayed again, and again, and again. I never received any additional personal communication regarding these delays, however I was watching the updates on the "Shipping Timeline" page on their website, which is how I found out about the delays. They stopped updating this page on 4/8/22, and have been completely silent on both their website and on social media, and I've received zero email communication regarding the status of my order, which has forced me to reach out a total of 4-5 times now (once a month since April). The first time I reached out, I was promised a 10% compensatory refund to be reflected in my account "within 14 days", which I never received, even after giving out my PayPal a total of 3 times now, each time being told that they would "expedite" my refund and that I'd receive it "shortly". Regarding the product itself, the scale, I just keep getting told the same runaround every month and they won't even give me an ETA anymore. They won't even tell me what the problem is that's causing such a long delay. The last ETA I was told was another 4-6 weeks and that was in May (then I was told 4-6 weeks AGAIN July 14th). It's now the end of August and I still have no 10% refund and no product. I was also promised a 6 month free premium membership to MyHealth+.Initial Complaint

I ordered two scales from Fit Track on Dec. 31, 2021. I started emailing them in February to find out when they would be shipped. Every time, I would get an answer from them that they would be shipping in 4-6 weeks or some date down the road. Finally, in July, a full 7 months after placing the order, I requested a refund. I was told that my refund could not be processed back to my credit card ******** **** ** **** ******* because it was beyond 180 days, so they would need to refund to my ****** account. I was informed my refund was processed on July 28, 2022, and would take 7-14 days to receive. It is now August 25 and I have emailed back and forth several times and keep getting the response that their billing department is working on refunds in chronological order.
