I purchased a scale in the spring of 2021. The scale did not function properly, so the company was going to send another one. I kept getting emails saying the shipment date was pushed back month after month. Finally, in September 2021, I just requested a refund. Again, I kept getting email after emails saying they were working on it, but nothing was ever refunded. So, here we are almost a year later, I have no refund and the company keeps saying that they are going to refund, but nothing ever happens.Initial Complaint

I placed an order in Sept 2021 and paid with my credit card. I reached out via ******** as instructed by the company for an update in October and again throughout the next 10 months. They always promised I was next on the list for my delivery. I finally gave up this week and now have requested a full refund. They are offering a refund via ******. I did not pay with ****** and I do not have a ****** account. They are offering to put it on someone's else's ****** but that seems wrong. I have requested a refund with a company check and they refuse, again offering only a ****** refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a scale in November of 2021. The shipping date kept getting pushed out further by months. I was only able to determine this by searching through their website. I waited patiently for 6 months before canceling my order due to lack of communication and not receiving the product. I have emailed numerous times requesting updates on my refund and have been given no timeline or information. I even went as far as to create a PayPal account for them to deposit the money into. Each time I email I get a reply saying they are working on the refund and they don't know when they will be able to process it.
I paid $89.56 for this scale.

I purchased a scale from fit track in January 2022, never received my item, I reached out to their customer support which advised me orders were running behind and I was given a delivery date of my product of March 04,2022. I still have not received my order or refund I requested, just several emails telling me they will look into it and get back to me, only to get a response of needing my purchase information over and over. It's been almost a year I would like my refund asap. There is no existing number to speak with anyone, only email that send automated response.Initial Complaint

I submitted an order in November 2021 for a product through FitTrack. After an update a few months in that the item would continue to be "delayed", I submitted a refund request in April 2022 and was told it would be processed. I even received an email confirming the refund was processed, but it was not, and I confirmed this through ****** customer service. After I ordered they said it would be delivered in Jan
It continued to get delayed
On 5/14/22 they offered a 10% discount.
I had not received the discount or the scale by 6/2.
On 6/2 I asked for and was confirmed I would receive a full refund.

On September 17, 2021, I ordered the Dara scale from Fit Track and as of today, I have not received the scale or a refund. I gave them until January 14, 2022 to make good on their promises. On 11/26/21 I placed an online order for a scale for the price of $91.53. It was supposed to be delivered by 1/10/22. I did not receive the product sent them emails inquiring about it. Emails were ignored and they finally responded telling me I'd get the scale around 4/08/22. I responded on 3/10/22 canceling my order and requesting my money back. They responded on 3/17/22 offering me a 10 percent discount. I decline and demanded my money back. They canceled my order on 3/25/22. They did not refund my money and have refused to do so after several more emails back and forth. I ordered a scale from this company in May 2021. Waited very patiently for it to be delivered. Months and months and months go by. Every time I email them they say it will be shipping soon. Finally after a year of waiting I asked for a refund. The scale was never received. They said okay can we have your ****** account because we cannot process your payment by the way you paid because it's been too long. So I sent them all the information needed and still no refund. I just checked with them by email and they said it's not processed yet..... it been well over a month since I asked for a refund. I just want my $73.48 back.
