Ordered a FitTrack in September of 2021. Inquired about shipping multiple times. Each response was met with "expected ship date". On 12/15/2021 I ordered a scale from this company. They notified me after placing the order that it was delayed but expected January 31st of 2022. They never notified me of any further delays and every time we inquired it was delayed even longer. On June 23rd I contacted them yet again and told them that I wanted my order canceled and my form of payment refunded. They told us we would receive the refund within 14 days. July 20th we reached out again as we still had not received our refund. They told us it is in queue and we should bear with them a little longer as their "Billing Team is continuously issuing refunds according to the date of request." They could not provide us with an expected date for the refund and they would not allow us to speak with any superiors. It is now August 18th, another month later and we still have not received our money back. This company is a bunch of thieves. Ordered a scale in October 2021. Was told it would ship December 2021. Was then told it wouldn't ship until February 2022. In March 2022 I reached out to the company asking when the scale would ship. They said 4-6 weeks. I reached out again in late April 2022 asking for an update. I was told it would be another 4-6 weeks before it shipped. End of June 2022 I reached out asking for a refund as I still had not received my scale. They said they would process it. I've followed up numerous times since and still have not received my refund. On November 22, 2021, I purchased a scale and was informed "due to high demand, your expected delivery date is January 7, 2022." However, as time passed, the website kept posting there were delays and deliveries were being pushed further. I have multiple emails trying to get updates on my order and kept getting informed they anticipated another 4-6 weeks. On 7/26/22, I reached out to customer service to refund my order. I was told because it exceeded 180 days it was making it challenging to process the refund and a ****** account was needed. On 7/27/22, I provided customer service with the information for a ****** account and was told it was forwarded to the billing department to reprocess the refund and to kindly allow for 7-14 business days for the refund to be reflected in the account. I reached out to the customer service today (8/17/22) and was told "your refund is yet to be processed and once we have a timeline on when this will be processed, you'll be notified right away. **** ******** ***** ********** ******** ** *** ***** **** ** *** ********** *** ***** ** * **** **** 9 months later I never received a product I already paid for. On October 30 2021 I ordered the scale. Original delivery date was the end of December. Then moved to February 3 2022 then March 18 2022 then April 19 2022 after that was 4-6 weeks. Every time I check in it was extended another 4-6 weeks

On September 18, 2021, I placed an order ******* for a Dara Scale from FitTrack company. The scale cost $112.19. I do understand there was a pandemic, so I was patient as I continued receiving emails about delays. Each email kept pushing the time further away. Finally, I started emailing in Febrauary of 2022. Each time I received an email stating that my order is being worked on. Finally on March 3, 2022 I was told I would receive the scale by March 9, 2022. I waited until March 29, 2022 and indicated I still did not receive the item. Then I got an email stating April 15, 2022. I email May 9, 2022, no order and I would like a refund because the previous email indicated how to proceed. I was advised the order was already processed so I can't be refunded. This couldn't be true because they couldn't provide a tracking number. On June 15, 2022, I said since no tracking was provided I need a refund . I received an email on June 17, 2022 indicating the refund can't go through and they need my ****** account. I provided that information and still to date no refund. On August 3, 2022 I was advised there are other refunds besides mine so I should be patient. It's almost 1 year. **** ** *********** * ******** ********* *** **** ******* ** ****** **** **** *** ******** ** ******** *** *** **** ****** ***** **** **** ******* *** I would like my $112.19 returned. I think it's a scam.

I ordered a scale from this company in September of 2021. I never received the product so after countless emails I cancelled the order in MAY 2022 and they stated I would be receiving my refund within 7-14 business days. It is now AUGUST!!! I have yet to receive this refund and have emailed countless times regarding when it will be received. Every time it is someone else fault and they are waiting on another department. I have just emailed again and got another response telling me it will be coming but something else is happening. Next month it will be a YEAR!!! Since I placed this order and have never received the product or refund. I would like my money back as they promised and soon, not another year from now. I ordered & paid for a Fit Track scale($124.76) November of 2021. At first they said there was a delay because of Covid. I waited until May 2022. I would email once in awhile to see when it would be coming & they would say In a month etc. I finally cancelled my order in May & asked for a refund. I have been asking for my refund ever since. I attempted to purchase a Dara White scale on September 27th, 2021. My order # is ****** and I was charged $63.01 for this scale. After the purchase, FitTrack kept me up to date with delays in shipping, which was acceptable to me at the time. I have ten back-and-forth saved messages in ******** messenger where I reached out looking for updates of a shipping date but every time the date just got pushed further back and I ultimately had enough. I reached out to their customer service and canceled my order on March 21, 2022, and requested a refund after having no hope that the product would ship, and I had now waited about 6 months. Between that date and now I have 17 back-and-forth email messages and 8 more back-and-forth ******** messages asking me when I would see my refund as it had not shown up on my credit card statement and still has not to this date (8/10/22). At first, I was told that there was an unusually high volume of refund requests, and it would take a bit longer. Then I was told they were getting an error when they were trying to process my refund and they requested my ****** email to manually refund me instead. I gave them that information on March 28th. They said the refund would show up in 14 business days. When it never showed up, I reached out again, and they said they were waiting for an update from their finance team. I continued to follow up and was promised a refund completed by May 20th. My final attempt to secure my refund was May 25th where they told me they would send a follow-up to the billing team and "expedite and prioritize my refund request." It is now Wednesday, August 10, 2022, and I still have not received my refund. This is not acceptable, and I refuse to reach out to them directly again as all they do is continually move the goal post of a promised date of completed refund.
