      I purchased a Fittrack scale from this company (almost $80 with a discount) in May of 2024. After my purchase I immediately received an email that they were behind production and there would be a 2 week delay. I was never sent an order number. I contacted customer service and was given a bogus number, it never registered in their system. I contacted cs 2-3 more times over the following months. They were polite and seemed to be providing a solution, but it was just to keep me at bay and nothing was ever resolved. They kept saying two more weeks, it’s about to ship, etc. I was given an exact ship date that came and went. Upon further research, I found other people were having this issue even a year ago; never receiving their product OR a refund. They delete negative social media comments. I demanded a refund immediately and was told it would take another week, of course I never got a refund and had to dispute with my bank. This company is stealing people’s money and then using deceiving and unethical customer service tactics to give people the run around. It’s been almost three months and no scale and no refund. **** ****** *** ** ******* ** ******** This is an expensive product too.

      I bought a dog bed on March 21, 2024. I have not received the bed. Their website has an online chat service and I have chatted with someone on their end every few days since March. They claim the bed is delayed and have been stringing me along with extensions since the end of March. Recently I've asked for a cancellation of my order and refund. Nobody on their end is answering. I paid $199.20 for the bed.

      Hello,

      On June 24, I placed and cancelled an order for a scale through Hume, a health start-up company. The cancellation was approved, however one month later, I have not received a refund without any explanation despite repeated follow-ups. I would like to receive my refund, and am hoping you might be able to assist in this matter.

      I ordered two dog beds from Toby & Ace on approximately 2/20/24.

      I communicated with the company via documented emails on the following dates with the following responses:

      3/1/24 - Beds would ship next week
      3/11/24 Beds would ship end of March
      4/1/24 - Beds would ship mid April
      4/20/24 - Beds would ship end of April
      5/1/24 - Beds would ship second week of May
      5/2/24 - I asked them to take 10% off per week of further delay due to ongoing delays; response was no need as they were confident shipment would take place second week of May
      5/23/24 - Beds would ship first week of June
      6/14/24 - Beds would ship end of June
      6/27/24 - Beds would ship first week of July
      No beds have shipped.

      I ordered from **** ****** on 6/12/24.

      I received an email on 6/14/24 saying that the shipment would be delayed and I’d be receiving my shipment by 7/4/24.

      They still haven’t shipped my product and I’ve asked for a refund but they aren’t being very cooperative.

      They took my money and haven’t delivered the product that I ordered. They keep pushing the delivery date out so I just want my money back.

      I am asking that you please help me get my $194.65 back from Hume Health.

      Made a purchase online, ***** ***** **** ******** * ***** *** ***** ****** **** **** *********** ** **** ******** ** I reached out to cancel and it has been 30 days I still haven't received a refund. I did reach out a second time and waited a week and still haven't received a refund as promised. I never received the product and I canceled before it was ever shipped.

Customer service responded on June 5th there was an issue with their shipping partner and a new shipment would go out. To date, no shipment has been created. When I reached out again they stated there was another delay and thanked me for my patience.
