      I ordered a scale from this company back Sept 2021. They sent an email stating it was returned to sender. And a new scale would be sent. Then they pretended to attempt a refund stating that ****** was having issues. Then requested way too much banking information:As such, we would appreciate it if you can provide us with the details below so we can forward it to our Finance team:

      There was no way I was providing all of that. This is the second time they have done this and stated they would mail a check. This company responds but does never provides a resolution. The product or the refund.

      I placed an order with this company online for a pet bed. It has been nearly a month and it didn't ship. I emailed them twice and haven't heard anything back. There have been no updates and I can't get in touch with the. I want my dog bed delivered or a refund

      I ordered two dog beds for $478. Shipping notification was received, but it was the same tracking number for two separate boxes. I received one box. When I inquired about the missing box, I was told the second dog bed was out of stock and if I still want the bed, I will have to pay $131.55 shipping. I see now this is a ****** **** with Toby & Ace.

      I ordered a dog bed from Toby& Ace on 11/16/2021. They did not deliver after 8 months so I canceled the order and requested a refund. They were ok with that and said they would work on the refund. I have contacted them many times and they said they are still working on it and appreciated my patience. I still have not received a rebate and they still answer my emails. Invoice # ***************. I think this is a rebate # ******# *****.

      I ordered a scale from fit track on 7/22/2023. The website stated it would arrive in 3-5 days. As of today, I still have not received my order. I have been in contact with the company but they refuse to do anything about it. Additionally, while their website appears like you are ordering something from the US, the shipping information shows it’s in China. It’s never arrived to **** and at this point, it appears ** ** * **** *** likely will never arrive to ****.

      On June 8, 2023, I order a dog bed from **** * ***. My order number is: ***********. The total cost is $206.10. The website indicated it would ship in 3-5 business days. The money was immediately taken from my checking account. After a week, I noticed the bed still hadn’t shipped. I went back to the website and noticed that the site was now advertising 1-3 day shipping for the same bed. I ******* the company and found that a lot of people were complaining that their orders were never fulfilled. I emailed **** * *** support and asked for a refund of the bed. A guy called Mark responded by saying the bed would ship shortly. I waited another 5-7 days and the bed still hadn’t shipped. I emailed Mark again and demanded my money back. He responded by saying that it may be too late to get a refund and that he would check with his company. I have not heard back from him since. I have filed a dispute with my bank in an effort to get my money back. **** * *** is ******** money from unsuspecting people and they need to be outed as such. Any help would be appreciated.

      I ordered the Dara Scale from FitTrack on 10/9/2021 . By 11/25/2021, I received an email from the company stating that the item would take a few weeks to be shipped, which i thought was fine but several weeks had passed and my item still hadn’t shipped so on 5/21/22, i emailed the company asking what was taking so long, when would i receive my item, etc. In August of 2022 I asked for my order to be cancelled and refunded since it had been so long since I ordered the item. I still haven’t received my refund and I’ve been emailing FitTrack for months. The most recent email I received from the company was on 5/13/2023 saying they’re working on my refund request but it’s now 6/9/2023 and I still haven’t received my refund.

      I ordered a scale 09/27/21. Emailed co. in Nov. had not rec'd. MOVED OUT OF STATE 1/22. Order shows up to ols address. Instead of shipping cost to DC they offered me a refund. I have emailed them at least TWENTY times. No refund. THEN, they said only could refund to ******. I have no account. After many attempts to tell them that, I am FORCED to open a ***** account. NOTIFY them of the NEW account and they NOW are delaying for some other reasons.

      Please help me get my refund. THIS IS INSANE.

      I received my Fitrack Scale and the product would not connect.
      I contacted customer service and did several walk through troubleshooting attempts with representatives,
      who continued to ignore my request to start a return or refund.

      I have tried contacting customer service again, but their chat no longer works and they refuse to respond to email as well.

      This is not the way to do business.

      I placed an order with Toby & Ace (owned by Cubert) in Sept 2021. They never shipped the bed nor have they issued a refund. This is after dozens of back and forth emails with the so-called customer service people. There were o going promises forest to ship and then to issue a refund.
      I want this dog bed to ship to me.
      Order ************ The company has hundreds of complaints of not shipping product, yet continues to advertise for new business.
      My recent emails have gone unanswered.
