      On 2/9/2023 I purchased a Fit Track scale via ******. On 2/14/2023 I received my order and downloaded the Fit Track app to complete setup. Instructions required purchase origin to be entered. I entered ****** and received an error notification that I purchased this scale from an unauthorized seller. The error message indicated I would need to return the scale and order directly from getfittrack.com. I processed the return to ****** and purchased directly from the seller’s website. Order processed, payment processed, 3-5 business days for shipping. As of 2/21/23 I had not received any order updates nor my purchase. I contacted Fit Track company via email to inquire about my order. I received an automated response. On 2/25/23 I sent a 2nd email requesting to cancel my order with a fulll refund of $47.68 to my payment method upon ordering. No response from Fit Track. I reviewed their ******** social media to find multiple reviews from customers with my same experience who ordered a scale in 2021 and still have not received the orders or been issued a refund.

      I ordered the scale weeks ago and it still hasn’t shipped. There is no customer service support to speak to someone- I spent $75 on the scale and after checking their social media I see serves other complaints about purchasing the scale and never receiving it.

      I ordered the Fittrack scale on October 27, 2021 and never received it. Through various emails they promised it on various dates and never received it. On March 4, 2022 I asked for a refund and again have sent multiple requests for refund without anything. The company is a ****. Please refund my money.

      Purchased Fittrack smart scale and warranty in November 2021 for a total paid of $97.40. It was not delivered when promised. I followed multiple times and finally in April 2022, asked for a full refund. The company agreed to issue the refund. I have not received my refund and the company keeps saying it is because they need my email address which I have sent to them multiple times.

      I purchased my Fit Track Dara scale on 2/28/22. After months of them pushing the ship date, I decided to cancel and receive a refund on 6/30/22, which they agreed to do. However, they refused to update me on the status of my refund. I checked in a few times (7/31, 9/18, 10/27) and they kept saying that there was an issue with their payment processor so they couldn’t refund right away. However, it is now January 2023 and there is STILL no sign of a refund! They did reach out on 11/15/22 saying that they were now refunding via ****** and needed my ****** email to proceed, but I haven’t received any other update since then. I’ve followed up again but I expect to receive the same response and no refund. It is unacceptable that I have now been waiting over 6 months to receive the refund I was promised, and the excuse given about the payment processor being down should have been solved by now. At the very least, they could have provided regular updates about the status of OUR MONEY, which they are currently holding hostage without us having received anything in return for the money. This is ******** and they should be held accountable.

      I purchased two Fit Track scales as a BOGO deal last November, 2021 as Christmas gifts. I was told the estimated ship date was shortly after the new year. Come February, I reached out asking for an ETA. I was told 6 more weeks. 6 weeks goes by and when I reached out asking for a new ETA, I again was told another 6 weeks. This happened one more time before I asked to cancel my order. They offered me a 10% refund if I kept my order and waited another 6 weeks, to which I accepted. I never received the 10% refund and the scales never did ship. After this, I demanded cancellation of my order. I received a notification via email that the refund would be processed, but that has not happened. I have reached out countless times asking for confirmation of my refund. Several times, nobody responds. I finally did get one response that said they would look into it. That was several weeks ago now and still no refund or update, though I’ve continuously asked.

      On September 10 ******* with FitTrack support reviewed an issue I had regarding a FitTrack watch.

      ******* and I spent hours troubleshooting over several weeks the issue with the FitTrack watch. ******* provided verbal and written communication the issue is the watch is no longer digitally supported by FitTrack. I provided information a photo of the serial number for the watch which was a gift. I provided information with a purchase order I made on another purchase for a Digital Scale. ******* provided written communication a refund will be processed but it could only be processed by ******. I was instructed inorder to receive the refund I was required to create a ****** account.

      On November 15 I received written confirmation from ******* that they received my ****** account I created at ******** direction. ******* provided a written statement on November 15 ted, "Our team is currently working to process your refund. I will update you immediately once your refund is completed.". I followed up with no response December 2, December 10, and December 16. I received a response on December 19 from *** that a Back-end team find the item was purchased from ******** and reimbursement request can be processed with ******** and provided a hyperlink. On December 20 I requested clarification as I acted specifically on their direction for weeks with written confirmation. On December 28 *** advised this was a purchase through a third party and they do not have the option to refund the order. I clicked on the provided link and it directs me to the Digital Scale which works fine. The issue is FitTrack no longer supports the FitTrack watch. I sent a request for clarification on seeking reimbursement from ******** that wasn't involved with the watch, nor is a vendor involved with FitTrack no longer providing support for their product. I would be happy if I was provided a replacement to a watch they currently support.

      In November of 2021 I ordered a smart scale from Fit Track. It was not available until January 10,2022. It didn't come, no contact from them, I contacted them & they pushed the date further, didn't come, no word from them, this kept up until April when the recipient of the gift decided I
      Should cancel the order which I did, long story short every time I contact them I get a different story. They said the refund had to be to a ****** account so I set one up. The refund is always being processed. I have still have not received my refund and have no contact from them unless I make the initial contact. I wish to file a claim for help obtaining my refund. I have no receipt or documents except messenger messages & a couple of emails.. I have no way to upload them.

      I ordered a fittrack in November of 2021 and decided after 6 months of not receiving it to cancel my order and obtain my refund. I have been getting excuse after excuse for the delay on refund just like I was getting for not receiving the order initially. I have been more than patient with this company and still have yet to receive my refund. If they aren’t able to complete orders or returns, they need to stop operations and close the business. At this juncture, this is ***** and something needs to be done.
