I still have not received a refund. After continual back and forth emails, changed shipping dates, a request to cancel and receive a refund, still no refund. Everything up to this point has seemed fishy. Here is an outline of communications to date with Cubert Inc:
01/10/2022 - Placed online order for the FitTrack scale, and FitCare +Lifetime Warranty. Order ******. Confirmation email came through, charging $99.53 from my ****** account. The email said thank you for your order and that due to high demand the expected delivery date was 02/14/2022. That date came and went.
02/28/22 - I emailed asking to cancel the order, and to confirm cancellation.
03/04/22 - FitTrack responded asking for my full name and email address that I placed the order with. I replied with the requested information that same day.
03/09/22 - FitTrack responded offering a 10% discount to keep the order. I responded same day, accepting that discount to keep the order, requesting an updated on shipping/delivery timeframe.
03/18/22 - FitTrack responded, saying they sent a 10% partial refund to billing, and that it would take 5-7 business days to reflect in account. TO DATE, this refund did not happen.
03/18/22 - I emailed requesting the information to my previous email - an ETA on delivery/shipping since first confirmation email claimed backorder until 02/14/2022.
03/23/2022 - FitTrack responded with a new estimated shipping date of 05/03/2022.
05/11/22 - I emailed asking status of order, since the other ship date had also come and gone.
05/12/2022 - FitTrack responded, saying ship date had been extended another 4-6 weeks.
05/25/22 - FitTrack responded with a request for me to provide feedback/a review on their response.
08/05/22 - I emailed requesting to cancel order all together, and to receive a full refund back to my original form of payment.
08/05/22 - I received a cancellation confirmation email.
08/05/22 - FitTrack responded, confirming they sent the request to cancel and refund to the billing department and a refund would take 7-14 business days, and would receive a refund notification email.
11/07/22 - FitTrack emailed me from a Jeff, "Co-founder" of the company. Saying they have been having cash flow issues and unable to refund in a timely manner, saying in order to get a refund completed to kindly reply back with the email address associated with my ****** account.
11/07/22 - I replied, thanking for following up regarding the refund. Provided my ****** information as requested, asking for a update on when to expect the refund.
11/13/22 - FitTrack emailed, requesting the same information about ******.
11/13/22 - I responded back, confirming i already provided that information. And resent the ****** information.
11/26/22 - FitTrack responded, saying they passed the information along to their finance team.
12/17/22 - I emailed asking for an update to when I could expect my refund, as nothing had been refunded via ******.
Today is 12/21/22 - I have not received an email response to my 12/17 email. And since confirmation of cancellation and refund, 5 months have gone by and I have yet to receive my refund. This has been quite the ordeal, and I simply am requesting a full refund of $99.53.Initial Complaint

I ordered my fitTrack scale 10/10/2021, order ******#******. After over a month of not receiving my order I emailed for an update, understanding of the supply chain issues. 11/24/2021 they said the delivery date is estimated December 27-30, 2021. Fast forward to August 2022 I still have not received my order so I emailed to cancel and refund. The said the order would deliver in 4-6 weeks. I said no thank you, I want a refund. Then they canceled my order and said they can’t refund due to being over 180 days from the purchase. They said the only way to refund me is via ******. And that doesn’t seem right to me at all. If they are unable to refund my card, they can send a check in the mail.Initial Complaint

I have been dealing with this nightmare for over a year. I ordered this scale on 9/18/21 and was supposed to receive it within a few weeks. That never happened!!! I waited about 6 months going back and forth with them on when they were going to send my scale with them promising I'd receive it soon. I finally got tired of doing this and so I asked for a refund which they said they would provide. That still has not happened!!! Finally, last month their co founder **** reached out to me and said my refund was being processed and that he was sorry for the long delay. He asked for my ****** info because I no longer have the card I originally ordered. I provided this info and still nothing. When I contact them now, **** is unavailable and they are back to tell me they have no updates at this time and they will get back to me when there is one. I think they are out of business. I bought this on ******. I got the scale but cannot pay for the monthly service. I have contacted customer support email 3 times in 2 weeks. No response. Their "automated assistant" says please wait 15-20 minutes. Twice I waited over 2 hours no response. Luckily I use ******** **** because they are the best for buying anything online when there is fraud. ******* *** *** **** *******. ****** does not even let you write a review because of too many complaints. I had originally placed my order on Tuesday November 30th, 2021- Order ************* one scale at a total of $83.66 using ******** in installments of 4 payments attached to my bankcard.
On January 15th, 2022 I reached out via customer service email asking the status of my order knowing that things may have taken longer due to pandemic hold ups and the holidays. I was put in touch with "****". They responded 01/17/2022 that it would come around Feb. 28th and it was being processed.
I followed up March 3rd via ** messenger support, still no scale had been delivered or status update. and they now gave me an estimated shipping date of April 11th, 2022. I asked for a refund and they asked if I would be okay with an additional 10% discount and I told them no I wanted a full refund and I was left on read.
I checked my statements and still no refund. I followed up and on June 11th via **, they finally answered and told me my package was expected to arrive in 4-6 weeks and I told them no I wanted my order to be refunded and to be canceled and fully refunded. Eventually they finally canceled my order.
Months later we are here still no refund, checked all my accounts, received a email from "****" the co founder of fittrack saying that they were going to process refunds and they needed my email to put money back on to ****** accounts. I responded just with my email. And no refund. I've been trying to get ahold of customer service since and no luck and still no refund.Initial Complaint

I purchased a scale on July 13, 2021. This scale had a lifetime warranty on it. My scale is no longer operating properly. I have attempting to get help with this issue , without any response. Ordered a Dara Scale in November of 2021. Was told of delays in shipping just like everyone else. Requested to cancel and get a refund in March 2022. Still have never received a refund. Now I see they are selling the scales on ******. So, they are obviously now in stock. I just want the scale that I paid for in time for this Christmas since we already missed last Christmas. Hello,
I ordered a FitTrack Dara 2 scale I believe is the model back on October 16, 2022. I received a confirmation email to my ***** account. I have since contacted customer service multiple times regarding a status update on my scale and have been told every time that it’s coming or most recently that mine was on the next shipment out. It is now over a month later and I continue to wait, get no communication and am about to miss the second month in a row of a health and weight loss challenge that I had to pay to be a part of.
I demand that I either receive my scale and app services as promised and paid for immediately within the next two weeks or that I be reimbursed the $91.78 that I paid for it IN FULL WITHOUT A WAITING PERIOD.
This is by far the worst customer service experience and most ******* and horrific company I have come across and if I would’ve read the reviews beforehand I never would’ve purchased from them.
I want results or I want my money back!
