      U Haul screwd me over this was back in June of 2024 this is October saying I owe then a extra ****** for something I do not owe they are over charging. I ask would there be any other charges they said no it would no ***** furious big time these companies are rip offs.

      ******* is an aggressive employee. He had some issues before me, some how charge me twice when it was turn. Said he didn't know. I showed him the proof, he blame my bank. Said I need to call him. I said I watch you run my card twice. Once right there, you said at the time that the charge maybe didn't go through so you ran it over in the other machine. I ask in a way for peace of mind. To either reverse the second charge or get your boss cause I'd hate to have to call the cops over this. You charge me 600 dollars for boxes. Two charges, 300 each. Here's the proof. He said get out. I was like my god, you first get into it with the two women before me and now me. This is not the first time this u-haul took money from me and makes me chase it. Wait 5 10 days to get my money back. That ain't right at all. Kicking people out instead of asking to come back when the boss is in. Insure people that all will be well. Not get flustered and pound your chest when I ask your name. This store has always been a place I try to avoid. But I figured what could go wrong buying some boxes. Boy was I wrong. Date of occurrence, Nov 6 2024 in the evening. After boss hours.

      UHaul advertises truck rentals for less than $20. They additionally charge you 99 cents/mile and require gas refill. There are also additional fees, and they dont offer any insurance coverage without a fee. This is false advertising ***. It is impossible to rent a truck for the price advertised.

      Hello *******. I apologize you are concerned with the pricing procedures. For in-town (pick up and drop off at the same location) rentals, the advertised price is the truck rental rate plus the per mile fee. U-Haul carries coverage on the vehicles as required by local law and does not charge for this. There is optional damage protection for an additional fee, but it is not required. All fees and requirements are listed on the website as well as on the rental contract.       Some of the most indifferent, unprofessional, and most discourteous customer service Ive ever been subjected to. Horrible experience. Neither employee acted like they wanted to help me with my SCHEDULED appointment but they spent 20 minutes on personal phone calls before deciding to help me. They also didnt have the equipment for my install and, of course, didnt bother to call me to let me know this. They only had a week! I guess they thought it wasnt a big deal for me to drive all the way to ********** on my day off just to be turned away. Absolutely, a horrible customer service experience.

      Watch your bank account!They will charge twice.Rude people via customer service. Will talk over you and not listen to what you are trying to say.

      Van broke down in **** az, after it was already loaded with our stuff. We had to wait an entire day for them to exchange the vehicle because they didn't have one until 7 that night. We then had to unload the van and load it into other van, keep the van longer than anticipated because we spent entire day dealing with broken van. Plus the miles for taking a detour to exchange van. We were not compensated for the entire day that we spent dealing with broken van, or the miles to drive and exchange the van

      Rented car on september 17th 2024 where they required cash. Then continued to call and harrass me for more money while requiring me to drive back multiple times to check the oil they had not ever checked. I had to pay for these miles that were out of my way and ate up miles I needed to use. After my family and I got covid and i was getting annoyed with the constant calls they didnt like that I had told them I was sick and to stop harrassing me. They picked the car up that night and took my childs carseat after already paying $1,640 for less than a month for a car that wasn't worth $2,500. They acted as if they were doing me a favor rather then a customer paying for a service/product and expecting to to receive it.

      I've been a customer here for almost a year. Since April of 24 I've made consist complaints about items missing from my unit. There has been no forcible entry to my unit and no follow up from any of these complaints. When I've gone into the store I've been treated like garbage and told I have been the only person in my unit and that uhaul does not carry a master key. I was even told at one point that the higher *** had reviewed footage and seen only me going into the unit. My unit has a combination lock not a key lock. I do not believe these cameras were ever reviewed as I have left specific time frames requesting review and not one person followed up contacting me. Every month more items have gone missing from my unit. I've lost over 1000s of dollars worth of clothes, electronics and most recently my father's memorial card from his funeral that was in a giant luggage bag I placed in my unit this September. I've been unable to move to a new storage facility as I have been out of town. The service I have received here has been less than inadequate and the security system that is in place is obviously faulty. Due to the lack of forcible entry to my unit the insurance department has refused to take my claim. This has been a nightmare. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

      My name is ***** and I am a victim of domestic violence and sexual assault. In fact, I am actively fleeing this abuse.I was recently however, victimized by UHAUL when the UHAUL 10=foot box-truck van, which was rented out for my exclusive driving use and control was taken from me and emptied out, it's valuable contents totalling just under ********* was "thrown out"--all without any notification to me--despite my having taken photographs with my cellphone showing *******, MA UHAUL STORE COMPUTER SCREEN with my contact phone number!
