      I can't cancel my membership. I tried multiple times. Their phone number loops you once you press 1 for english.. I believe it's a scam and it's costing me $24.99 a month for nothing..

      I cancelled my subscription in 2019 after months of thinking my account was cancelled it wasnt and I was still being charged had to call my bank and dispute. Here I am again in 2024 and the same thing is happening they have been charging me and i didnt even sign back up for a membership this time. This is absolutely sick and they wont even stop emailing me after I unsubscribed. At this point this is harassment and they should be investigated at this point. Im fed up.

      I've called several numbers only to speak to automated system no matter what I have done. There is no way to speak with a human even though the operating hours are given. It's sad companies these days don't want to speak with their customers. I've been trying to speak with someone regarding my Experian Boost not capturing my bills correctly. No way to speak with a human and the automated system that's in place doesn't not understand what I'm trying to do.

      Almost impossible to work with. If they weren't mandated, I would boycott this company. To talk to a human requires superpowers. After defeating the automated response boss, you then need to know the history of your whole life to get help with simple requests. God forbid you forget your address from when you were 11, you will be locked out of your account for life and have an angry accent agent to deal with on top of that. Experian is a company that specializes in ******.

      use the Experian app for free access to my Credit Report, FICO Score, Experian Boost, and personalized credit offers. However, on two occasions, I accidentally enrolled in a paid membership called "Experian Credit Report" and was charged $32.46 each time. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund by contacting Experian after some back and forth.That said, Ive noticed a problem with the app: it doesnt ask for confirmation before processing purchases, which makes it easy to unintentionally subscribe to services. Most apps require confirmation to ensure the user is making a conscious decision before completing a purchase. Experian shouldn't be misleading users into buying services like this. I feel sorry for those who may have been stuck with these charges due to similar mistakes.

      Experian now forces you to setup an account to manage your credit freeze. They support easy account takeover by hackers by not verifying before someone tries to change email associated with account. The *************** doesnt care about this billion SSN breach, neither does any of these credit reporting services. We just have to be okay with identity theft and fighting for our identity because these services dont give a hoot about our security. Experian and their employees have a one way ticket to h***

      I cannot log into my account because there is a 2-step verification using my old cell phone number.I have tried calling Experian, which is useless, as you get AI giving you know real options. I have tried writing a letter with all of my information and mailing it, as suggested on THEIR website, and got a generic letter saying they could not help me. What?I have zero recourse to access my personal into or unlock my credit if I need to, because THEY make it impossible to do one simple thing: update my cell number. If they gave an option of getting a 2-step verification with my email it would be fine. But they dont. I am stuck and no one to talk to be cause they are untouchable.

      Frustrated. My score was in the 800s. Suddenly dropped by 18 points with no explanation! Nothing has changed, yet a significant drop.

      Amex declined credit card where I could reap 80 000 points because Experian lied twice that my reports were in a 'freeze' status. My files were not in a freeze status in one case, the day of and the last case, the day after. I tried to reach everyday but they don't use intelligent human beings but ******ed ***** They exposed my SSN in a hack because they lie about the "false sense of security ". Another poorly run american business. Why don't they answer the phone? Based on my research, I guess they can't handle the complaints. I need a resolution and the truth when I expose my credit by unfreezed for a week at a time to insure not declined csince I have 820 to 850 credit scores. Ridiculous!

      WHAT A NIGHTMARE DEALING WITH EXPERIAN IS. TRYIN TO CLOSE MY ACCOUN T TO NO ENDS. COMPANY WILL NOT CLOSE MY ACCOUNT OR RECONISE ANY REQUEST TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT. IF HAVING YOUR INFORMATION RIPPED OFF BY THIS COMPANY. THEN BEING A MEMBER WITH THEM WILL HELP THEM STEAL YOUR INFORMATION!
