I have talked to my bank and have changed my cards and have tried many times to reach these people at Experian to stop billing me for something that I canceled a long time ago over 6 months ago, it was not a subscription they keep taking money from my bank without permission. If I can I would like to file criminal charges against them. My bank has all the times I have tried to stop paying them.

Experian told me that my credit score was 37 points higher than what they told an lender. I wanted to obtain a free credit report that I am allowed and they required a credit card number and their website said I had to sign up for a $0 plan. Then I got a bill for $24.99 to be the first of many monthly bills! Luckily I caught it in time. Their website is very deceptive. I would ask to remove all of my PII, however, I am forced to deal with them since lenders do.

Ive tried nearly 100 times to reach the membership contact number listed on your site, but like many others in the comments, Ive been met with constant frustration. Every time I attempt to sign into my account, it fails to recognize my social security number or phone number.Ive repeatedly tried to connect with a live agent, only to be redirected to an automated system that pushes me to a completely unhelpful website page. This experience has been beyond frustrating and reflects poorly on your business practices. For a company focused on increasing memberships, how can you expect anyone to invest when its impossible to speak to a real person for assistance?I would give you a rating of 0 of if I could!

The only reason to give this company a one-star review is because you can't give zero. The disdain that they have for people more or less forced into doing business with them is palpable. They put you through hoops to get a live *** on the phone, and when you comply, they don't connect you no matter what you try. They don't care about customers, they don't care about decency, they don't care about integrity. They are a really bad company.

Misleading Membership Practices and Poor Customer Support Review: I had an extremely disappointing experience with Experian. I signed up for what I believed was a free membership, only to be charged $24.99 without any clear notification or authorization. When I contacted customer service to address the issue and request a refund, they refused to help, even though I canceled the membership immediately after noticing the charge. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic, and their refusal to refund the money shows a lack of accountability and respect for customers. I would not recommend ********************** to anyone due to their deceptive billing practices and poor customer support.

Experian refuses to follow the guidelines of the **** and FCRA. I have send reports, letters, and complaints and they are still reporting accounts that are not in my name. I will be contacting the ************************ as well as hiring legal council. I suggest that everyone do the same as this agencies are not government entities. They are privately owned companies that are governed and have to follow the law. If enough people sue them either they will have to comply or go out of business. This is our lives and its not fair that they can continue to report inaccurate and fraudulent information. Its time to hold these companies accountable for their actions. If the inaccuracies are not removed within the next 30 days, I will be hiring an attorney. There are at least 30 violations and several missed financial opportunities that I have missed due to their negligence. I will be suing for all that I have lost.

Experian could not locate my account ********************** via the website or customer service phone number and did not have an option to speak to a human being for assistance.

I called a number for help with access to my credit report because my phone number has changed. I was asked my social security number, then my zip code. Then I was asked if they could send a six digit code to my registered phone number or say no for an alternative. When i said no. They said we could not verify your identity you need to login online for assistance. I called another number. I even called corporate and got the same run around. I got in touch with a real person one time and explained the issue. He told me I would have to call the first number I started with. When I explain. That was where I started, he said that was all he could do was to forward me. There is no service, and they have too much power for that.
