Trying to contact Experian to speak to a live representative about my fathers account as he is deceased. I sent all information required according to their website. They are requesting more information and not for a credit report. They will not put a note on account so it is on hold until I can reach someone to get this resolved. Transition notified them also. Account is apparently still open. I have tried as many phone numbers and every option. It says to use website and hands up. I am still unable to speak to anyone. I keep getting the automated system and since they want you to use the website, it hangs up on you. Very frustrating. ********** and Equifax are easy to deal with and you get to speak to someone. If my dads credit is compromised due to this, action will be taken.

There is an incorrect debt from T-Mobile reappearing on my credit report despite a previous dispute and resolution in my favor. ******** confirmed the error but stated its out of their control since it was sent to a collection agency. Now the credit ******************* selling this fake dip to each other and Experian allowing this debt to reappear on my report, even though I have a credit freeze. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, resolved debts should not reappear without new, verifiable information, which was not provided. This situation feels like harassment and a clear violation of ****.

*********. My UN/PW didn't work and they needed to text me but they said they didn't know my phone number (which hasn't changed in 20 years). Then they told me they would text me (at the same number they claimed not to know). The text never came. Tried to call and you can't talk to an actual person. Every time I called they claimed to send me a text but the text never came. This happened over and over and over and over. I gave up. ***** because I'm sure ******* wanted my business but I couldn't get past Experian so.....Also tried to leave zero stars but had to leave one so I'd rather have given zero stars.

Impossible to talk with a live person for customer service to ask simple questions or begin a dispute.

Experian is a shyster at best. Experian hides behind an automated system that summarily hangs up if you insist on speaking to a person. I did get through on the 7th try today when the system gave me a new set of parameters to speak with a CSR. I HAD REQUESTED a credit file freeze and unknowingly agreed to a $24.99 I canceled completely and intend to lobby my ********************** to pass legislation requiring Experian to offer an opt out from their credit collection operations. If they want to use my data; I believe they should pay me for the information rather than me having to revoke permission for each creditor to report my information. I will soon find out if ********************* are as unscrupulous as Experian who has a five state review rating of less than 2

****************. They have charged me repeatedly for a membership but have not let me log in. When I call in to get access, they say I have to pay AGAIN to see my credit. No. This is theft. I paid $30 something dollars to have a membership with you and you refuse to let me access my account. This is theft. Fix yourself. You provide no feasible options for your support representatives to actually fix the problems your company has created. Youre one of the largest entities in the **. You should be ashamed that your operation is so poorly managed. You have the ability and the funds to do better and you choose to keep stealing from people. Companies like you will be the downfall of America. How is it that our main institutions are so inept? Tell me. How is it that youre so poor at completing your job and nobody holds you accountable?? This is ridiculous.
