I'm signed up for a free subscription as I downgraded from the paid membership. They recently started trying to charge me the subscription fee again. I've tried calling their phone #s and the automated system just has me going in circles. I've sent written letters and still they keep trying to charge for something I clearly don't want. Fortunately, I've had my ********** reject the charge everytime it comes through. I DO NOT WANT THIS SERVICE! I have actually filed a complaint on here. If you continue to charge me for something that I clearly didn't sign up for, and the BBB can't get it resolved, I will file a complaint with my state attorney general's office. I know it's only $27 and technically I haven't been charged..but still..make it easier on your customers!!

I followed all the procedures on the Experian website to recover username and password. Nothing worked. I tried calling and follow dthe phone directions. Still nothing worked. In cases like this you need to talk to a live person and Experian does not allow this. This is criminal for a business given the important responsibility that they have. Sometimes the technical procedures simply do not work and you need to talk to a person.

I sure wish I had done my research on this company before having them "LOCK" my credit. I am attempting to buy a house but can't because I can't log into my account nor can I reach anyone at the business!

My credit profile wouldnt update do to a few errors and even though all that was fixed everyone at experian FAILED TO TELL ME I HAD A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT MADE WHEN THEY FIXED IT. But for 6 months continued to charge me my membership for an account they knew wouldnt update any longer and are refusing me a refund. Soley based on the failure of anyone telling me hey all your credit stuff has been moved to a different account, telling me that other profile will no longer update, I went without my credit score for over 5 months, I went without updates for over 5 months, I called about 20 times this is the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. None of your agents know what they are doing I was transferred over 100 times wasted HOURS ABOUT 15 hours total on the phone missed so much work all because your dumbass agents couldnt say register a new account youll be able to see everything, and cancel your membership to the other account. I want a refund of $200. Immediately due to false advertising and neglect of the company providing accurate and correct information to me the consumer. Experian has stolen money from me without updating and showing me my credit report. If your agents would have a clue what they are doing maybe so much money wouldnt of been wasted. But I demand a refund. That is stealing and you did not provide the services the membership was for during that period because the account was and still is inactive and your agents refuse to refund. That is fraud.

The worst for real. Whoever uses their service are just ignorants. Experian uses the most outdated information to calculate the credit score. I just disputed several accounts with them and they came back with, "everything will remain the same." I have zero debt. The Discover card that Experian still shows like I owe money to, was used by me last time in 2012. The card only had $200 credit limit. Paid off and closed in 2012. Experian shows I owe moner on that card and they refuse to change it in 2024!!!! Another one is Citi credit card which I never owned. It belonged to my ex husband and it was completely paid off and the account closed in 2022. In 2024 Experian holds that amount against me!!! Wow! No one should use their service. No organization which is serious about their expenses should trust this the most inacurate what ever this business is!

Experian makes it very difficult, frustrating and practically impossible to cancel membership. The Company intentionally prevents cancelling membership via phone or trough their website. It appears that this company is full of crooks.

I am being charged $14.99 by Experian. This charge is unauthorized! I recently requested a free copy from annual credit ********** where experian was one of the reports and no where did I enter my debit card information. So how does experian have my debit card information?? I just called customer support and the automatic support says I dont have a membership but it does not transfer me it just hangs up on me. I called the other customer support numbers and they tell me to go online and hang up on me. I request this to be immediately resolved or Im filing a complaint with the ************************************.

Complaint Against Experian for Unexplained Credit Score Reduction Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a formal complaint against Experian for an unexplained 7-point drop in my credit score, which moved it from "Very Good" to "Good." This change was made without any notification or explanation. Such arbitrary action can negatively affect my financial standing and is unethical.Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), consumers have the right to receive accurate and fair credit information. Experian's lack of transparency in this matter raises concerns about its compliance with these legal standards.I attempted to resolve the issue by troubleshooting on the website and calling Experians customer service, but no one was able to provide assistance or clarification.I demand a detailed explanation for the score reduction and a review for possible errors. If I dont receive a response within 30 days, I will consider further legal action.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
