I ordered a portable heater on 11-6-24 - order number ******* for $58.94. This company was recommended on Oprah's Favorite Things list. The heater arrived, plug does not fit wall sockets and is not grounded. I was also charged a separate $9.99 fee by this same company for ???. This appeared as a second line item of billing on my **** bill. The instruction booklet is full of typos and appears like English is a second language which is fine but some sentences, etc. do not make sense. I've tried to contact the company but they do not respond to emails. I would like to return my heater and be reimbursed.Business Response

I ordered a Cosmic Globe from the company and received an email the same day indicating that the item was being shipped. Despite several emails to the company inquiring about the order, the item still had not been shipped on 11/20/24. I wrote the company indicating that the item was now useless to me as a birthday gift and requesting that they cancel the order. I received no reply to my request to cancel. Ordered Bellguard doorbell camera on 11/24/2024. While trying to complete the order a screen locked up and added something additional under a different charge not authorized by me. I never received a confirmation email of the order and had two charges to my card. Several attempts to contact the company to cancel with no response.
