      Since 1/18/25 I have unsubscribed from all Poshmark email and correspondence, yet continue to receive daily spam. I have taken screenshots and photos of the message that each unsubscribe attempt generates. This is harassment.

      Friday June 06, transaction was completed for ***** ****** Peace Sign Amulet. Received Peace Sign Amulet from PoshMark Authenticator, but Amulet does not have ***** ****** Stamp or hinge. Instead Amulet Peace Sign I received is solid loop devoid of trademark. Diamonds are chips. It is a fake ***** ****** Amulet. I paid $1,232.30 and have not released acceptance of product on my end. I contacted PoshMark support immediately and filled a compliant. Today Friday June 06, Postmark responded that they couldn't do anything because it had passed authentication.

      On May 15th, my *********** checking account was hacked, and someone used my debit card to make a transaction without my knowledge on an app called Packdraw. I was setting up an account with ********************** on my Apple phone to sell some dresses. During the process, I was prompted to verify my identity and link my bank account through several links. The process was confusing, and I was directed to a link that posed as Poshmark that asked me to link my *********** debit card. I entered the information and received multiple verification codes via text, but I did not realize I was on a fraudulent site or that my card was being compromised. After a few mins, I checked my bank account and saw a pending withdrawal of $981.44 to Packdraw. I immediately froze my debit card and contacted ***********s fraud hotline. Despite reporting the fraud and putting a stop on my card, my claim was denied after the 10-day review. I found it suspicious that a large withdrawal was made from my account despite never using my debit card on gambling or other high-risk apps. I believe my personal information was stolen by either Poshmark or individuals posing as their representatives. I reported this to the *** (case #*********) on 5/22. Ive contacted Poshmark support and Packdraw via email but received no response or support, with Packdraw telling me to resolve it through my bank. I am now considering closing my bank account permanently due to my concerns over the security of my funds, and I plan to continue fighting for a refund. I am also reporting this to ***** support and will explore other ways to recover my money.Poshmark is a horrible software platform that should be shut down and is full of cyber criminals looking to prey on Poshmarks customers. I want ********************** to refund me the money or open a case with *********** Banking. It is the lack of security in protecting customers that led to this happening to me.

      The cybercrime occurred WITHIN their software platform (while on was on and interacting with their website to set up a new Poshmark account - it was NOT a phishing email.   I am shocked that Poshmark does not reach out to me for any details in coming to a resolution, this response is a typical hands off and do nothing!


      I will continue to look for legal avenues to report this and this proves that Poshmark customer service is horrible, lacking in protecting their customers that use their software from cybercrimes.

      Hi there, I mistakenly bought an item from Poshmark from a seller. The seller told me they would cancel the order but did not. I filed a case with Poshmark to be able to return the item. The seller did not dispute their error. Poshmark asked me for multiple pictures of evidence, some that did not have to do with the case, and they gave me very short turnaround times to return these. I did so in a timely manner. Ultimately Poshmark did not allow me to return the item (with a prepaid shipping label), stating that it is against their policy. To me this is very poor business practice; I provided evidence for the mistake. It seems to me that, if this were their policy, they would have rejected the case outright. I bought the item, a pair of yellow sweatpants, on 5/30/2025. Order number 6828e2b1ad3a710c2562c772. Thank you

      I made the complaint AFTER the Poshmark email that was sent on 6/6. My complaint is in direct response to the contents of their 6/6 email, with which I disagree.

      Poshmark is simply trying to evade responding to my initial complaint. My goal is to have Poshmark allow me to return an item that the seller said she would cancel but then did not.

      I listed an authentic Loewe handbag for sale on poshmarks website and it sold 5/16/25. They rejected it at the authentication center and are supposed to mail it back but its been stuck in pre-shipment status since 5/23/25. I have contacted the company via email and instagram and they were only responsive when they thought I was asking about another order. But when I gave them the order number and tracking they provided showing it was in pre shipment they stopped responding to me. I spent about a week trying to find someone to help me locate the package. I have sent numerous (in the teens) messages pleading for someone to locate the bag and give me a status with no response.

      On May 25, 2025 I requested Poshmark deposit USD $140.00 in my bank account from a sale of a Hermes Silk ************** Shadow Twilly I sold to a client through the Poshmark platform. Client confirmed receiving the Twilly. The $140 was the net amount of the sale after Poshmark deducted its 20% commission and processing fee. Per Poshmark's own policy the $140 should have been deposited into my bank account in 2-3 Business Days. After 5-business days, I contacted Poshmark inquiring on the deposit. They responded that everything looked good for processing from their end. I then inquired again on 2 June, 4 June, and 5 June 2025 after not receiving the deposit and having no correspondence from Poshmark. It is now more than 10-business days and still no deposit and no correspondence from Poshmark.

      I am rejecting this response because: Poshmark erroneously claimed deposit on 5/24/2025. However, in communication with my bank, Poshmark deposited the payment on 6/10/2025. There is no excuse for an over 2-week delay after my request for payment, which should have taken less than 4 business days. I am also concerned that Poshmark failed to respond to my follow-up emails, which reduces my confidence in Poshmark as a reliable e-commerce platform. I am willing to close this case because the payment was eventually received. But the discrepancy listed above regarding the deposit date should be noted.

      On May 29th, Poshmark cancelled a $300 sale I made and had been shipped but tracking was stuck. They gave me no notification that it was cancelled. The buyer reached out and asked why it was cancelled that they still wanted the dress. How can a platform cancel a sale that is in transit and refund a buyer without contacting the seller. It had been no less than 7 days from the original order date that they cancelled the order that had tracking.

      received a versace bag on saturday that had multiple stains in lining of bag that was not shown in pics that the seller listed Price agreed on was ****** The next day i contacted the seller requesting a refund for item not as described I also made a case with Poshmark stating my problem at the help support site and forwarded pictures of the stains that same day.I received an email from Poshmark that they received my request and i would hear back in 1-3 days The seller did not answer my request till 4 days later in a conversation on poshmark arguing the bag was a good price and the outside of bag isgood condition and the fact there were some stains inside didnt matter because i got a good price That same day Poshmark notified me to say seller left a message Poshmark is privy to the conversations of buyer and seller and then let you know decision for refund The next day Poshmark notifys me in email they are offering me 120dollar credit to use at poshmark as a courtesy one time offer thatthey cant refund because the money has been released and i didnt follow properly making out a case report in a timely manner

      I made my first purchase from Poshmark on May 9th for a purse that was $127.00. I was leaving the country on May 16th till May 26th and unfortunately it turned out the delivery date was going to be while I was away, I believe it was May 21st. As this was my first time and I was distracted being away, when I got notification that the order was delivered, I accepted it. Once I was home and I actually got to see it, it was glaringly obvious that the catch for the purse was a bolt! an actual hardware bolt. I reached out to the seller straight away and she apologized that she hadn't declared it in the ad, she offered to refund me snd asked me to reach out to Poshmark. I contacted them as soon as she asked me, they asked for photo proof which I sent and I also sent a copy of the seller agreeing to a refund. They replied that their solution was to give me a $55 credit! I've told them I don't want a credit because I don't intend on using them again, I want them to facilitate the return and now they're not replying. I asked for contact information to escalate it within Poshmark and again, no answer. Very frustrated, out $127.00 and a purse I can't even use!

      This is a very disappointing result. The response from Poshmark is not acceptable, the seller and myself agreed to a return outside of the terms of Poshmark's policy because of my situation of being out of the country and not being able to abide by the rule and because she admitted that she had not included the fault with the purse when she advertised it. Their unwillingness to facilitate the return makes not sense when both parties are in agreement.

      I sold an item with picture of its original design and the modification I had professionally done. The buyer asked no questions and did not ask for more pics. The buyer is now stating it isnt authentic. Okay finesend my item back to me. Poshmark is refusing to send my item back to me with absolutely no proof that my necklace isnt authentic. They dont even have the item in their possession to make that determination. I have sold several other ******************** items from my personal collection (no duplicates) with all positive reviews. Yet my credibility means nothing now because of one buyer possibly attempting to scam. Apparently Poshmark isnt authorized by ********************** to authenticate. I sent proof that ******************** absolutely modified jewelry for customers (they simply rearranged the charms on my necklace) but the Poshmark *** seems to believe he knows more than ******************** customer serviceinformation available right on the website and through ******. I want my authentic ******************** necklace returned and will simply never do business through Poshmark again.

      I am rejecting this response because: Poshmark doesnt have my necklace in their possession to determine it is not authentic. Poshmark and Posh Authenticate are not affiliated with the brands they sell, including
      ******************** Co. They themselves have stated they are only going based on photo(s) and description are taken directly by the buyer and may be unclear, fuzzy I have provided proof that ******* & Co. DOES absolutely make alterations for customers such as rearranging charms.
      They are allowing Return Fraud: Some buyers may claim an item is "not as described" to receive a refund and potentially keep or swap the item. simply because they  dont want to be bothered to do things the right way.
      I want my necklace returned to me. I have many positive reviews on my authentic collection that outweigh one buyer attempting return fraud.
