On January 19, 2024, I initiated a transfer to my bank account for the proceeds of order number 677d6f2ea84d7e0c902d18d5 for the amount of $292, and on January 30, 2024, I did the same for order number 678699b50841b90598d4ca24 for the amount of $284. At the time of each transfer, your system stated that it would take 3-5 business days for the transactions to settle. However, as of today, both transfers remain in a pending status in the redemption history, and the funds have not been deposited into my bank account.I demand to know when I will be paid. I am formally rejecting your response regarding the continued withholding of my sale proceeds.
It has now been over seven months since you assured me that the funds from my completed sale would be released. Yet, to date, you have failed to do so, without providing a transparent or credible justification.
Your latest claim of a security threat requiring further delay is both vague and unsubstantiated. I have strong reason to question the validity of this explanation. There is no indication of an actual threat to your platform that would warrant holding my funds indefinitely. This continued delay appears to be in direct violation of your contractual obligation to promptly distribute sale proceeds to your sellers.
Frankly, your conduct raises serious concernseither this is a case of operational incompetence, or worse, a deliberate attempt to withhold my money and any interest accrued. This is not only unethical but could constitute a breach of consumer protection laws.
I urge you to reconsider your position immediately and provide a clear, accountable response and timeline for the release of my funds. Otherwise, I will be compelled to escalate this matter further through legal and regulatory channels.

I am rejecting this response because:More than seven months have passed since the package was delivered to the buyer. I fulfilled my obligation by promptly shipping the item, which the buyer received just a few days after placing the order. Despite this, Poshmark has failed to release the payment owed to me, contrary to the terms promised at the time of sale.
Poshmarks continued withholding of funds constitutes a breach of its contractual obligations. It is unacceptable to delay disbursement for this extended period while potentially benefiting from the interest accrued on withheld payments. This practice is both unethical and, arguably, unlawful.
I respectfully request that the funds be released to my account without further delay.

On 05/23/2025 I shipped a pair of **************** boots. Delivery was attempted May 26th. The order status then sat this way for days. I reached out to support, and the customer and no response. The order finally says it was delivered on June 7th at 11:41 . Ive been told multiple times Id have to wait 72 hours to have my funds released to me after the order is delivered. So today June 10th st 11:41 pm I reach back out to support and am told I must wait until June 11th at the end of the day. If the policy is 72 hours my funds should be released after 72 hours as your app and support agents continuously repeat. I feel I am being treated unfairly and this is the first order Ive made on the Poshmark account the second I was wrongfully rated 2 stars due to a discrepancy in the color of the shirt due to me using Poshmark ai not for a description but its ok I most likely will be deleting all my posts and taking my business elsewhere.Business Response

I sold two items on this platform and used poshmarks labels to send out the items. Somehow poshmark, messed up the addresses so the items got switched and the wrong items got sent to the buyers. One of the items supposedly as shipping that it was delivered back to me. I never received it. I keep getting the boiler plate run. Around, i'm from poshmark, on this, of course, they refunded the buyers but not me. I told them I have a ring doorbell camera. Nobody delivered anything. But they want me to walk around my neighborhood knocking on doors, asking my neighbors, if they have my merchandise. I have so many emails from poshmark, harassing me and bullying me, but yet not doing anything for me. Poshmark won't redeem my balance. NUMEROUS attempts to contact their customer service department to no avail. COUNTLESS attempts to update the app to allow me to process on my own, different error messages. I sold an item on poshmark an it broke in transit. I filed a claim with **** which im new at an didn't think I would need it back. Well I did indeed need it back an by a certain date for inspection at my local ***** I've email poshmark support an escalated the chat with support with the buyer numerous times, they keep marking the issue resolved and they did provide the buyer with a return label but it still hasn't been shipped. Hello in order 68176c053ff7eea4b80b237f I shipped this item the day after it was created. I dropped it off at the **** drop off bucket and it got shipped but not scanned. I went to **** about this and they told me there are extreme delays in packages being scanned. I contacted multiple times and my order still got cancelled. I am out both the item and the money now and am requesting this order be reopened and I still be paid since I fulfilled my end of the deal. I am filing this formal complaint against Poshmark due to their failure to fulfill their responsibilities as a marketplace, their disregard for their own policies, & the financial burden caused by their inaction. I placed an order on April 27th with an estimated delivery date of May 4th. The seller promised to send it out next day. When the item failed to arrive on time, I contacted Poshmark support multiple times asking for help with the delay, but they provided no meaningful assistance. I also made it clear that I am now physically unable to retrieve packages from **** due to personal limitations. Despite this, Poshmark offered no resolution or alternative. On May 14th, the item became available for pickup, but due to the delay and lack of support, I had already replaced it and was no longer available to retrieve it. Had I known the actual delivery timeline, I wouldnt have ordered. **** returned the package to the sender. Despite this, Poshmark continues to deny a refund and allows the seller to reattempt delivery of an item I no longer need. On top of all this, Poshmark has threatened to close my account, which I believe raises serious ethical concerns given the ********************* failure to resolve the issue. Per Poshmarks own Buyer Protection Policy, a return request must be made within 72 hours of deliverybut no delivery to me ever occurred. Their refusal to acknowledge this is a misuse of policy that ***** buyers. Poshmarks failure includes: Non-delivery within a reasonable timeframe; Repeatedly ignored support requests; Disregard for my accessibility limitations;Forcing a replacement purchase;Continued refusal to refund despite the package being returned;Violation of their stated policies; Threatening account closure in a situation where I am clearly the aggrieved party. Hello, I received an order I purchased on Poshmark on JUNE 3rd 2025. I purchased one skirt and one shirt. The shirt came with a huge black stain on the front of it and looked like it was caught in a conveyor belt and then the package was re-taped. I immediately reached out to the seller to let her know and she got back to me saying she will message me once she gets home. The next day we discussed the item and she said she did not send it that way and **** held it for some time at the post office before it was delivered. She also mentioned she contacted poshmark about the package and she would let me know when they got back to her. Poshmark finally got back to her and asked her to have me reach out. I contacted Poshmark and provided pictures and all necessary information. I waited days and finally got a reply from a representative named Jade. Jade refused to do anything about the stained damaged item by **** because she says I didnt reach out in the right timeframe even though I did reach out within g the correct time frame. Jade claims I should have filed a case but the seller contacted Poshmark about this immediately. I want to be refunded for the top that came damaged and for future reference it would be nice to resolve issues such as these in a better way with a poshmark representative.Business Response

I sold a sneaker to a buyer who claimed sneaker was not authentic. I paid money to have sneaker authenticated for sale via app CheckCheck. The authentication results are attached. After 3 days Poshmark notified me that my authentication check was not verified and I received a penalty for selling an inauthentic sneaker. I am very disappointed as I have shown proof of authenticity and I am still being penalized as a seller. This is unacceptable.
