I purchased a pair of sandals from Poshmark as the seller stated they were like new being that they were gently worn. I purchased them for a total of $88.67. The seller shipped them to me. I tried them on and they were so loose, from wear and stretching, that I could hardly walk in them. I immediately opened up a case as Poshmark's mantra is they will protect buyers when a sale goes wrong. Well, they contacted me after I submitted pictures and a description of the conditin and told me my complaint does not validate a reason to return them. This is totally unethical and I want what is due to me.Business Response

This item is not as described. The seller stated the sandals are in like new condition when, in fact, they are not. The sandals have been stretched to a different size. I have the same sandals but they are black and an 8 like the ones I am complaining about.They fit perfectly whereas the sellers wont stay on my feet as they have been stretched. I want to return the shoes because they are not as described.

Poshmark has accused me of listing a fraudulent item. A pair of **** Sneakers which were purchased at Dick's ******** Goods were listed and I immediately got an email stating that they were fakes. I checked the sku numbers on the box and they matched the sku in each sneaker. This is a way to make certain the item is not a fake. I want an apology from this company - to accuse me of such an action is defamation.Business Response

I purchased a bracelet from a seller on poshmark.com on August 7, 2022. I found this particular item listed under the category "womens bracelets". When I received the item, it was one inch smaller than the standard size of a womens bracelet. This item was $189.22, so a significant amount of money. I processed a return request, as the item had been listed under "women" but should have been listed under "children" due to the size and their return policy for an item not matching the description. I uploaded photos of the bracelet next to a tape measure as requested. Poshmark denied the return despite its inaccurate description category. The poshmark customer service representative also allowed the seller to be very unprofessional and rude. I attempted to escalate the refusal for return and was told to resell or donate it. I dont feel it is my responsibility as a consumer to become a merchant to resolve this. Suggesting I donate it was also quite audacious. Their resolution was to offer me a $5 credit on their platform. I dont feel this is moral business practice. I am more thab happy to send the item back, I just dont feel I should incur a $189.22 loss for product misrepresentation.Business Response

Your policy clearly states if the item doesnt match the description, it is eligible for return. It was listed under "womens bracelets. I added a photo with measurements showing this bracelet at 6 1/4 inches, as well as a screen shot of womens bracelet size standards. I understand your dispute team looked at the case, but I feel they were negligent. Furthermore, they allowed the seller to be rude to me and didnt back me as a customer. Its easy to see this item didn't fall under the category of women, so of course it doesnt fit my adult sized wrist. It is not my responsibility to resell an item that was sold to me under shady business practice.. I

Ordered LaRegale purse on August 6, 2022 from seller clrncclst (order # **eeaac23e76020697bff5bb). *** received August 15, 2022. As soon as I opened package, checked purse and found it would not close, the clasp is broken and therefore the bag is completely unusable as bottom of bag falls down and there is no way to clasp the bag. Wrote immediately to Poshmark requesting refund. With postage paid $21.48 for this purse. Have written 5 times and sent Poshmark a total of 17 photos of the damage and they have not responded with a resolution. They have an automated response each time I write them, and initially requested more photos which I sent same day. Since that time they don't respond at all although I am sure they can see the damage to the purse as it is clear the clasp is broken. The amount of refund being requested is small but this is an ethical issue. Sellers should not be allowed to send buyers faulty merchandise. I would like my $21.48 refunded. I will happy to mail the bag back to seller clrncclst (based in *********************************************************************). Seller also has not responded. It is infuriating that a business like Poshmark would be so slack in responding and would allow sellers to ship broken and/or faulty merchandise. It is a real scam. For a business, a $21.48 refund should be a no brainer, as most ethical businesses strive to maintain a reasonable reputation. All I am asking for is a refund of my money wasted on this purse that belongs in the trash!Business Response

I purchased an item from this site 26 July and never received it but Poshmark has over $300 of mine and will not return it. They advised that if I did not receive it by 13 jul 2022 they would return my money which they have not, I filed a dispute with PayPal which ticked them off and resulted in them threatening my account status. This site is VERY unethical and I would like my money back that they feel they have a right to keep although I NEVER received with I paid for.Business Response

To Whom it May ********* have been a seller on Poshmark and recently sold on an Authentic expensive ********** Dress on August 02, 2020 for $475 and got a 5-star rating from the buyer. Next, I transfer the funds from my balance to my bank account. Now it is August 18, 2022--The transfer keeps showing as "IN PROCESS" but there is still NO money showing my Bank! I emailed Poshmark over 100 times about where my money is, you know what suspcious behavior they did? They never replied, instead they just deactivated my account!!! How pecilar is this behavior? Funny, When I asked about my money, instead of giving me a reply on why it is taking them over 2.5 weeks to give me my money, they just secretly deactivate my account so they can steal my money!!! I just emailed the *** about this illegal behavior. All I am asking if for my MONEY to be sent to my bank account. I only received one item and was told the other two shipped separately. I never received the other two. I was told the package was lost in transit, but *** is stating they never received the package to begin with. I was offered Poshmark "credit" and to keep the order, but as I never received the total order I refused this as a resolution. When I refused this resolution Poshmark marked the case as approved and is requiring me to return the items to receive my refund. I never even received 2 of the items so how can I return them? And I do want to keep the item I actually did receive. I have tried to escalate and contact support but as the case is marked as approved I feel like my requests are being ignored. I feel scammed. The resolution I would like is to be refunded for the two items I did not receive through Poshmark and/or be compensated for the time I spent fighting for the appropriate resolution. I am working separately with Free People to receive replacement items, and now that a suitable resolution is in play with Free People I feel Poshmark needs to offer me credit again so I can accept.Business Response

The shoes arrived to me unwearable as the material fabric had shrunk and were no longer a true ******************************************************************************************** this matter. I attached pictures showing the interior of the shoe in poor condition something that wasnt disclosed to me at time of sale and it was clear that these shoes had been washed and shrunk by looking at the interior of the foot bed.
